Hello,
To have the automatic updates option, you had to have version 10.3.1 and from version 10.3.2 you could use this option -> https://tagdiv.com/introduction-to-newspaper-theme-automatic-updates/
Please try to do the update manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, please do a full backup of all files and databases before updating.
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you delete the code? I verified and seems you don’t have set an article top ad -> https://i.imgur.com/WowbJVa.jpg, if you delete it please add it.
If the code is added, then we can take a look to investigate and find out what the problem might be, but we need to have access to your website.
So, if you agree you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin and FTP/cPanel access.
Also, please make a full backup and include the link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!

I would like to implement the theme on my live site but i don’t want to kill the live site with a product key issue.
Let me explain more:
the dummy uses the key (the code of purchase) but i need to see both at the same time to copy al the styles and format from certain entries.
if i put my key on my live site, the dummy will be off?
i remember an issue months ago in which my dummy without product key was broken and i was only able to enter deleting the theme via FTP.
Hi akashchopra,

2. ” Destination Folder Already Exists Error” – what you need to do in this case is to delete the folder with the same name (it can be use file manager/ftp/cPanel), here is a guide that can help https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-destination-folder-already-exists-error-in-wordpress/

Hi Stanford Nix, you are not looking in the correct place, you need to do this using an editor (for example plugins editor) or via FTP/cPanel, from your screenshots, I see that you check it in the website source page. That is only to see the code from that page, not to change it. The changes must be done in the theme and plugins files. Also if you didn’t do that before and you do not experience with this is not indicate do do it, because, you can damage the website. Also, when you want to make change sin the theme or plugin require to have some skills and to know what you want to achieve, so you will know what you need to change and how.
In our theme for the mobile version the sing in and join modals are called using js and are call the links ids -> https://i.imgur.com/4Xrda1h.png what you can do is to remove those ids and set instead of id a href with a link to the custom page where you want to redirect for login/join -> https://i.imgur.com/FX8pJyE.png Now this example will work only for the mobile theme plugin. For the responsive version you’ll need to make the changes -> https://i.imgur.com/5qdneqp.png
I hope this will help you!
Hello,

Hello,
If you want to update the theme I recommend that you update the theme via FTP/cPanel on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.
Before the update, please make a full backup to all files and the database if something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Here you can find information about the changes that have occurred in each update over time https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Also, if you want, you can contact our custom work team here and they can help you to update the theme safely: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you!
Hi,
For me your website is look like it is deliver the mobile version on desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/5qJ6nBR.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/arB2T75.jpg so please clear all cache and check again.
What method did you use to update the theme? Did you checked our guide ?
If only the theme panel settings were removed, after you installed the theme plugins, did you loaded a theme panel backup?
Do you use child theme? Maybe you have set in it some custom changes that interfere or it can be an extra plugin that is interfering during the theme update.
The most safe option to update the theme in my opinion is still the manually theme update and is not hard to do it, all you need is FTP or cPanel access, you delete the old theme and you set the new one, after that you need to go in Newspaper > welcome and update the plugins (in case that those are not update automatically form welcome section, update them one by one from Newspaper> plugins). Using this method the chance to lost your settings will be minuscule.
Thank you!

Hello, I read previous posts where the support staff mentioned the menu-item-inactive class is added and then removed. Unfortunately, the class is not being removed on my website and the drop-down menu behavior is being disabled. Please view the testing site here: https://up1.4df.myftpupload.com/. This website is a redesign of a different domain and we are trying to increase the site speed: https://www.seetucsonhomes.com/
I do not wish to use Mega Menus, how can I disable them and configure the testing site to mimic the menu behavior of the live site? If I cannot disable the mega menu for some reason, how can I get rid of the menu-item-inactive class or prevent it from being added to my menu? Thank you for your help!
Hello,
The CSS ANALYZER creates files for critical CSS which can be deleted only manually (FTP/cPanel).
Those files can be find in this path wp-content/td_cache/td_analyze/css
Thank you!

Is this a problem with the plugin?
I have a WordPress site that uses a different theme and it works fine with PHP 8.
Hello,
This problem can be if you have a custom wp-admin link. Also, from what I see in the above details, it will be better to remove the theme and theme plugins and reinstall them because those may be damaged.
So, my suggestion is to connect via FTP or cPanel delete the theme plugin (if you want you can delete the theme too, and set the theme from ThemeForest using FTP/cPanel), then login via wp-admin and install the plugins from Newspaper > plugins. After that please make sure that the theme is activated (to be sure you can reset the license key and activate it again) and all the theme requirements are set correctly -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi Tim Moore,
Can you please let me know the steps that were made to install the theme and the theme plugins?
I think that the plugins were set via FTP (usually in those situation appear that message, and most of the time when the plugins are set via FTP is because of some restrictions from host) and were not installed from Newsmag > plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/EMGxEpL.png now if the plugins can be activate from Plugins section, then this message will not affect you (most probably you already have the last plugins versions -> https://i.imgur.com/UxC8E5e.png and that is only a message because the plugins were set manually via FTP).
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure your theme and plugins are installed correctly, also, you can try to reinstall the theme and plugins
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also, please make sure you do not have other extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all lower requirements, and follow all steps.
Thank you!
One more point – I understand the cache purge at the host is done by FTP or SSH but clearly wordpress supports neither of these – the cache solution on the Newspaper forum is to use WP Super Cache which is no longer downloadable as it is incompatible on the plugins site. Hence I would appreciate being told what to do here as I have no idea what else I can try to get rid of these tagdiv ads.
hy, I try first in staging ambient
it is impossible to save the changes
appear this
Something went wrong. Your changes may not have been saved. Try again. There is a possibility that you need to manually fix the problem and upload the file via FTP.
Only the codes appear throughout the site
https://staging.nazioneindiana.com/
It’s possible eliminate the attual Tag div composer plugin an download a new to reinstall it?
The social icons now appear in theme panel.
Thanks

Hello,
You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items
– https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error
