Using Newspaper theme with tagdiv Cloud Library and tagdiv Composer enabled. We have customized the design of the site’s homepage, single post, pages, category, footer, header etc using cloud templates.

When we make these changes, they look great and can be seen by logged in users. However, non-logged in users cannot see the changes to the site.

We are using Cloudflare and Jetpack with our site. Manually purged the cache many times, tested on multiple devices, nothing seems to help. This is an ongoing issue that has been happening for weeks.

Please help – willing to pay for a quick resolution!

Hi, I am trying to display elements vertically, one on top of the other, and I can’t seem to find a way to do it. Some simple things become the hardest things to do. Could you please advise on the easiest way possible to accomplish this? I can’t even find the element’s code to create a css. Here’s a link to a header I’m trying to recreate. How can I create a custom sticky header in Newspaper theme similar to the Echo Verse demo site from tagDiv Cloud?
I currently have a main header with:

Large logo
Main menu with mega menu functionality

I’d like to achieve the same effect as Echo Verse demo where:

Initial header shows full size logo and main mega menu
When scrolling, it transforms into a compact sticky header
The sticky header maintains mega menu functionality but with a slimmer design
Both states keep full navigation capabilities

Is this possible using the header template system? I noticed Echo Verse achieves this effect smoothly – what’s the best way to replicate it?
For reference, I’m looking at the Echo Verse demo header behavior where the large header smoothly transitions to a compact version while maintaining all menu functionality.
Any guidance or examples would be much appreciated.

I want to ask how to make the submenu visible. It is based don Header Template Default Pro.

I tried to play with Z-Index, but it seems the submenu is just hidden behind page content.

I found that I could make one or the other sticky but not both.
I saw this post from:
‘Bettina, Jul 15, 2024 at 1:08 pm, Unfortunately, you can’t have 2 sticky rows there. A workaround there could be to use inner rows in that row and drag & drop the elements from the second row into an inner row. You can add multiple inner rows to the row.”

I tried to create an inner row but I couldn’t make it work. Can I make it work somehow or am I out of luck?

Hello,

I’m using in my header template the mega menu.

For example in my menu you have “Health”, “wellness”, and “family”
And when going on “Health” the mega menu display:
– subcategories of “Health”
– 4 articles for each subcategory

BUT

We have 2 levels of subcategories
Health
– Cancer
— Breast Cancer

And at the moment both Cancer and Breast Cancer are displayed.

How can I do to only have Cancer or only Breast Cancer subcategory level displayed?

1. Why are footer menu links going to blank pages when I have created content for the pages, the content shows up on the web version but not the mobile theme, seen in image link

2. If I create a mobile page/template as opposed to using the mobile theme the designated header I create is not the same in all pages and reverts back to the original header I imported even after I made changes as well as setting the new header to global, is there anyway to ensure that on the mobile template the new header I create is global on every page

I have a 4 files in my child theme
function.php
style.php
header.php
footer.php

I have added google adsense code in header.php file in my child theme, Now how will i update the whole child theme keeping my data? As you have said I need to update the main theme and child theme for best practice.

I have configured my site with newspaper theme and configured menus and everything was working ok. The other day I have enabled WPML plugin to have multilanguage support. Now I wanted to edit something in the header and I noticed that when editing the homepage with tagdiv composer the header looks strange and I can’t edit it anymore as I have this message:

Can you advise why this has change and what can I do to revert or see the same header in the editor as on the page. The footer is also gone in edit mode.
