From what I see there is no background used. Under the header menu is a big grid, but I don’t know what you want to do with it. If you could provide some more details it would be helpful.

3. That is not possible with the options in the theme. The header logo is set once in the them panel and displayed on the whole website. It would only be possible with modifications in the theme files, like creating conditions based on category

First I see that the page template used is the empty template, the header and footer will not be displayed when this page template is selected

This is used for landing pages for example, it was only recently added in the theme along with another page template (menu overlay).

The issue with the images could be caused by a plugin conflicting with the theme. There are some errors on the page

In some cases these conflicts cause the lazy-loading feature of the theme to not function correctly. You could try either to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and see if the issue is solved. Or try deactivating the theme-lazy load

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the autoptimize plugin which can break some theme functionality. Disable this plugin, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you can use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area as a quick solution.

The composer sidebar does not look as intended, seems to be broken. I have checked the text column widget, there is a text color setting in it with block header style 6

If you do not have these options, try deactivating the composer and removing it. Then install it again from the theme panel plugins section

That would be possible but not with a theme option. For the header and top bar background there is no setting to set a gradient, only color. So you could set the gradient with CSS

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean. Do you want to display H3 or H4 in the sidebar? By default the title heading for Widgets in Sidebar is H4 and the theme does not allow you to change it from the panel, sorry! You should edit the theme core files and change the HTML for this, which is not a simple task, sorry! Sorry but a color change does not have any effect on google. There is no link between the header color and google not receiving images when caching.

That happens only when the block header style 8 is selected in the global block settings.

These images could be replaced with your own if that is what you want, just be sure to use the same name, size (dimensions) and format for the images. Those image will be used when there is no featured image set.

If you could provide a link to your website I will try to give you a solution for the header space. It would be more accurate that way.
