Hi, every post has an author link.
There is only one author on my site so I redirect back to the homepage.
The link shows up in crawlers but I cant actually see it on the site.
Is there anyway of removing the link?

Hi, I need help with TD composer. I get the following error when I go to the homepage and click on “edit with td composer”:

” ‘mysiteaddress’ didn’t send any data.” (the rest of the page is blank).

I already checked the forums and did not find a solution, system is OK according to documentation.

I can give a temp admin account so you can have a look at it thanks!

My homepage working fine, but i can’t edit it. When i try to edit the page with TD Composer, it got warning above says”Errors at elements: 1(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content”, if i see in normal edit, i dunno what the problem is.
Please help.
If i use other page, or new page, TD composer working fine.

Just bought the theme, setup the demo content and tried editing the homepage with TD composer but it does not work. Tried multiple browsers but still nothing..

Website is optimised, homepage loads quickly, but articles (links) take time to render / load, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Most website speed-tests report positive results, but the site isn’t snappy enough, feels slow – it stalls for a few seconds, then loads completely.

Hello, we activated the Neswpaper theme on the site triesteallnews.it after testing it locally for several weeks, all seems to be ok but one error from Yoast SEO appears: “Error: Your homepage cannot be indexed”, and also testing from https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly , we do not properly see our homepage. Can you please help?

We checked with Siteground hosting provider and no block towards Google indexing appears to be set, we need to be sure the articles can be properly indexed. Thank you

I have several questions related to issues I have with images.

1) I notice that images that I upload are sized differently to scale in different elements. For example, on my homepage for collabhype.com, the images in the features articles are sized to scale differently from the posts below. Is there a way to change this or make sure it’s always consistent so images don’t get cut off?

2) For the tagdivslider image gallery, all the images I upload get scaled differently and get cut off. For example, https://collabhype.com/uniqlo-x-disney-illuminates-mickey-and-the-sun/, the images in the gallery are cut off. Is there a way to change this? Or do you recommend an alternative image gallery?

3) Images within my articles posts don’t seem to load right away until I reload the page. For example, https://collabhype.com/mexico-66-x-disney-polka-dots/. What is the reason?

4) When I embed an Instagram post like in this article, https://collabhype.com/kid-dangerous-x-native-son-empowers-pride/, the image is huge. Is there an easy way to resize this? Similarly for the tagdivslider image galleries. Is there a way to make these smaller or use an alternative with more options?

Hello,

On my blog, collabhype.com, is there a reason why only the images above the fold and the image for the first post load? Not until I scroll down do the other images for the posts below load.

Also, where can I adjust the criteria, such as number of posts, for the infinite loading on the homepage?

I’m trying to create and set a Posts Page as described for the Front Page here

I add a new page and edit it with the tagDiv Composer. Works good. But when I set this page as the Posts Page under Settings->Reading I can’t any more access the page with the Composer. I get an error tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers().
How can I set and edit a Posts Page?

I have a problem. I can’t see the Author page…If you go to any Author Card and click on the name takes me to the homepage. What it could be happening?

I’d like to use a template from your Cloud Templates…but firstable I must find a solution for my problem.

Do you have any tutorial about how to set up an author page from your library?

I first Installed newspaper theme and then under Template Settings > blog and post template I select M6 style. Now after that I installed the News Magazine demo. The homepage view as mentioned in the News Magazine demo isn’t coming up. How can I get that?

Great theme! Playing around with it and still loving it the more each day!

Instead of putting my questions one by one, I have compiled them these past months into the following?

1- How do I reduce the time that the dropdown menu falls for the mega menu, upon mouse over the menu items? It’s a bit distracting when it shows with the slightest mouse over. It will be good to reduce the time.

2- How do I reduce the height of the “Top Bar” (top bar is the black top menu)?

3- How do I make all posts on frontpage to open in new tabs, when clicked on?

4- How do I make all posts on category pages to also open in new tabs, when clicked on ?

5- How do I make some of the elements on the homepage to show visible border?

6- How do I make the widget “Recent Articles” in the sidebar to show featured images/thumbnail pictures, as it is in the demo:

7- How do I make the “Related Articles” and “More from Author” to show bigger featured images in mobile, rather than the current small images:

8- Is it possible to make the smart sidebar remain constant when scrolling down as well as when scrolling up? Right now, it shows the last item on the sidebar when scrolling down, and shows the first item on the sidebar when scrolling up. Is it possible to only show just one when scrolling down and up?
