Indeed, the inline ad you use has a bigger width than the post content (696px) in the homepage as well. In the homepage it is breaking outside of the container

Either use a smaller ad size in the homepage or set it on a full row for bigger ads.

In the post you should use if possible ads with a max-width of 696px in a post with sidebar. That is the maximum allocated width to the post content.

For the inline ad you could use a code like this

Most blocks and in this case the hero element have a margin bottom set by default, this code will remove that margin for the hero element in the homepage

The issue was related to the news ticker only, there were no issues with space between blocks. I believe an extra paragraph appeared in the news ticker, but it was fixed quickly. So now placing a news ticker in a page will work properly.

7. The theme width is fixed, it is not recommended to change it and there is no general width setting. The post content width is fixed as well, it will be 696px with a sidebar
