Well, then, just guessing:

Your footer is broken because td-grid-wrap is the same class used for the footer. What selects the page one is the .td-page-wrap container. What you should be doing is

  padding-top: 0px !important;
  padding-bottom: 0px !important;
  }

Adjust as needed.

If it’s not high enough or too high, there are other elements in the way. For example, the page title, as Steven suggested:

.td-page-title {
  margin: 0px !important;
  }

The footer’s td-grid-wrap is contained in .td-footer-wrap rather than .td-page-wrap, if you want to adjust that.

You can add negative margins the same way if you need to tighten gaps even further, but for widening them I suggest sticking with padding rather than margin.

Steven, using those settings in media is not making other image sizes except the ones created by theme ? That would be great.

I played with your values, it didn’t satiesfied me… also footer code is not changing anything. Thank you, anyway ! I’ll wait.

you just have to play with it to till ur happy with the results…you have to use all the codes i give you not just one..

You ask to removed that white space well that’s what both those first codes do that i give you..if you want it different then wait to monday to a staff member can help you..

The suggested settings add too close to the top and no change to footer. I change values I don’t like it either.

tried also

.home .td-grid-wrap {
margin: -30px 0px 0px 0px;
}

adds better but is making footer broken. I need another solution.

2nd question

Every one do things different for there site like my self,i don’t use all those because they make too many images from the WP end..

My settings for my site as follow…

Thumbnail size 0 by 0

Medium size 700 by 357

Large size 0 by 0

Also, for not making another post… what settings to use in SETTINGS – MEDIA ?

– Height
Medium size:
– Max Width
– Max Height
Large size:
– Max Width
– Max Height

How do I control the posts that are displayed on my homepage “block2” area. I have 6 posts and I wish to have 3 in the top porting using the larger thumbnail picture and 3 w/ the small thumbnail below. When I added the 6th post it only displays using the arrows on the right hand side.
Please help…

Why has 980px been removed?!

We always switch the site to 980px wide whenever we’ve sold a “Homepage Takeover” which includes a background ad. Without that there isn’t the space to display enough room for advertisers.

Please tell me you are bringing this back. I love this theme but this is an absolute dealbreaker and I am not looking forward to trying to find another theme to use because you’ve inexplicably removed a core feature….

You need to provide users with an option for a narrower repsonsive site. It doesn’t have to be 980 but it has to be narrow enough so that those of us who need to sell that space can do so.

I realized that I could create the effect I was looking for by creating it with Page Builder blks and using the Homepage Blank template. So it all worked out in the end.

Thank you. I didn’t realize the options for the page template slider were on the bottom.

One more question. How to I get the “Homepage – bg – no article list” big slider to auto play after 2 seconds.

In the Big Slide that I accidentally added there was an option. But I don’t see one for the page template. Am I missing something?
