If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.

It seems that the images inside the gallery are not displaying properly. If you could provide a link to your website where the issue is happening, I will inspect it. You could try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer and the plugins bundled with the theme, clear any caching installed and see if this has any effect on the problem. Also check any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel, or modifications made directly to the theme files.

Also please check if your Facebook profile page is set to public, the counter will not work if it is private. After configuring it, try clearing any caching installed and check again.

It seems to be a problem cache. Please ensure that you are using the WP Super Cache plugin which is fully compatible with our theme and make sure that is was right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Also, if the problem is still there, you should contact your hosting provider and request them to clear all the caches from hosting server and check the results.

I think this is because the theme has not been properly installed, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ First of all, try to make a full backup to your database and then clear all the caches and install the latest theme version with this method and check the results. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are not using the latest theme version, sorry! If you want to bring best theme result, you should update your theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Remove all the old plugins and install only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results. I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed, then check to see if the thumbnails are displaying properly. In almost all the cases some problematic plugins are causing issues.

Also you do not seem to have the theme active anymore on your website. If you are having problems using the theme the first step would be to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if the problem is still there. The video link seems to be wrapped in that div and a style is applied on the video, like the huge padding. You could try a code like this

But it would be best to get rid of the problem from the source. Please try and disable all your plugins, except Visual composer, clear any caching you might have installed and purge cdn files. Also check any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel, or directly to the theme files. Then try to simply paste a link in the post content and see if the problem is solved.
