Hello,

When I import a cloud template, it is duplicated to pages too. So, the document is found in both Pages section and Cloud Template section. If I edit it in Cloud Templates, it gets edited in the Pages and vice versa.

This is a new fresh installation of WPML + TagDiv.

Deactivating all plugins, including WPML, did not help.

Do you have any hint/advise?

Here my doubt is

1)How can we delete the empty column rather than hiding it in all views such as Desktop, Tablet ( Landscape, portrait), and mobile?
2) is there any way can i install a third-party plugin that can be used in Tag Composer
3) how can we add the Justify text in blocks in the editor?currently, I’m using a classic editor(advanced) to make the text-justify in my posts
4) For social media icons can we their style icons rather than using one-color icons(https://prnt.sc/S3beG8U98pdb)? what about a custom-colored icon upload

If I install these dedicated plugin, can I then on other basic TagDiv prebuild og just build websites, use the fearures , ot will this Dedicated plugin be seen as a whole website ?

Thoughts; OK I have a blog, I am happy, uing NewsPaper. Now I want to have Real Estate functions also. But will a such install erase the prior used prebuild or just give me oportunities to use the Real Estate Features on some of my subpages. ?

we have a problem since weeks on our website.
The live version of the website is not working properly. our template Newspaper version it is 12.6.2

Hi,
recently i decided to make a cleanup to my 16 years database, also because i started suffering of big slow response from the server due to huge database dimention (over 1 Gb).

After the cleanup i’m now with a 70 Mb database when “normally” it was at around 200.

One thing i noticed that could create problems is the amount of amp transient in wp-option (arount 3000) where most of them were missing the primary key.

So i decided to turn AMP down, cleaned, tried to reinstall AMP but againg in half a day i moved from 70 to 250 Mb all because of it.

And so again: uninstalled AMP and cleaned up.

Do you have any idea of the reason of this behavior?
The questions are 2: why so many transients and why no primary key?

I am trying to upgrade my Newspaper theme from 11.5.1 to 12.62. I see there is an update available, but when trying to install the update, I get stuck on the screen that says: “Your themes are all up to date.”. I’m guessing this is because my license was over a year old.

I just purchased a new license, but not I’m not sure how to swap out the license. I unassigned the current license from my site, but don’t see an option to add a new license instead.

Issue: I am having an issue with content changes in cloud template elements blocks, they are not updating when edited.
Some of my cloud templates are not updating the element assigned content after editing they remain stuck displaying the old content or no content. The same cloud template will work fine with some categories but not others.
I have tried uninstalling, deleting , and reinstalling the tag div composer, but the issue persists.

Please advise how to resolve this issue as it would seem to be a bug in the Tag Div software.

Just made a fresh installation of the theme and enabled a specific homepage. https://hub.onequity.com/

I edited the Theme Accent color to green, within Theme Panel > Theme Colors > General Theme Colors. But when refreshing the site, still receiving the old red colors. I also installed wp super cache just in case it was cache issue, but no luck.

Can you advise please?

Hope you have had a good holidays.
We are facing a problem since today.

We have the latest NewsPaper theme 12.6.2 on http://www.GadgetBridge.com and today morning when were editing the front page by clicking on edit with TD composer green button on top a problem has started to occur.
We wanted to add a link in the footer menu.

However as soon as we clicked save. Every resource in our (RAM, DISK iO and CPU) dedicated server went to 100%. We have lot of RAM and CPU cores, yet this happened. The site would just not open or respond because of that.
Upon looking the error logs we found this error – AH01067: Failed to read FastCGI header, referer: https://www.gadgetbridge.com/

Upon searching, found out it has to do with a plugin problem.
So, we carefully 1 by 1 from the server end renamed each plugin to deactivate.
As soon as we deactivated the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin, this website came back.
We rebooted the server and all resources went back to normal below 20%.

We thought it could be a plugin mismatch, so –
1) We deactivated all plugins and then just activated TagDiv ones like mobile, composer and all resources were fine. As soon as we activated tagDiv Cloud Library, the website went down again and resources went to 100%. We deactivated and rebooted, the website came back.
2) We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling tagDiv Cloud Library, that does not work. (all other plugins were deactivated)
3) We have tried going back to Newspaper 12.6.1 and activated that tagDiv Cloud Library plugin again same problem. (all other plugins were deactivated).
4) We have deactivated the tagDiv Cloud Library, and reactivated all others so some part of the website is working, however because tagDiv Cloud Library is not active, menu and other systems are not working and there is a naked code on every desktop page in header and footer.

We cannot figure out what the issue is and how to make it work.
Please help, how to solve this problem.
