It seems to be a problem generated by your untested plugins which interfere with the theme and create this type of issue. So, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Yes. Please try to delete the old version of your Woo Commerce and re-install it on your side, clear all your caches and test it again and check the results.

for the update I did according to instructions “How to update the theme” and I did it via FTP.
How I can do now to fix it? I I erase WooCommerce plugin and I reinstall?
I did some testing on a standalone installation. At first i installed the newspaper theme and only two plugins (vc and social counter). There is not any problem.Then I installed the plugins i need without turn them on. There is not any problem. At last I turned them all and there isn’t any problem. Every time i deleted the post and (in media library) the featured image taken from the video. I do not know what to think, surely on standalone installation there is a different version of php, a slightly higher level, but I do not think it’s important. I agree close the ticket if you want. I solved with a static featured image.

Please notice that each our demo has their own style with different Visual Composer elements and Revolution Slider. If you have installed the baby blog, you will have to make a new page and customize it by your desire using these elements. Also, please notice that the Revolution Slider come bundled with our theme and it is not necessary to register to use the sliders. For more information about how you can use the Revolution Slider, please check their documentation here -> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/ As you can see, this plugin is more complex and has a lot of feature through it. Please try to understand very good all these functionalities of this plugin and try to implement yourself all of these on your side because these involves customization services and we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello everyone, I was so excited about Newspaper 7 and its one click demo install.
I installed for my blog the demo called “baby”. However, when I make changes in Customizer, nothing changes on the site. The default content just remains there. Not even my site identity uploads.
It’s a nightmare.

There is nothing to ‘fix’. Newspaper 7 works. If there was a problem with it, you could see it here as well: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
The problem is not the theme but your install. There is something affecting the css. Please try to create a sub-domain and install a fresh version of wp and a fresh version of the theme (version 7) there. If you still get the error there as well, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will look into it to figuire out the cause of the problem.

Please ensure that you have right updated your WordPress to the latest version of it (4.5.2) without any errors in order to achieve best results in your panel. I recommend you re-install your WordPress again, clear all your caches and check again the results. Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the plugins. VC ->4.11.2. Social Counter 4.0, Newspaper 7.0.1.

Hi, thanks for quick answer 🙂 I am not shore if we understood each other 🙂 We do not need more customization, we are going to install recipe demo (just preparing for the right moment, because of visitors on the site and changes that have to be done). We already tried demo on our test site and are very pleased with it. I was just asking did I get it right, that, for Prepare time, Cook time and Ready in to be shown as in your demo posts, I have to use that code? (I may confused you, because it was translated to Serbian…) It is OK if there is not, just wanted to be shore how you did it.

I have checked you website and I saw your errors which you get when you access your page. So, please notice that this error appears because the theme calls a function from woo commerce which was removed from Newspaper 6. Please try to do a backup only via FTP because this is the surest method for updating (you will have to remove the oldest version and try to install the new version), clear all your cache and please ensure that your theme has right updated to latest version. Hi! i have a lot of Events i need to duplicate using a separate plugin. i’m really slowed down by the fact that when i view Events in the backend, they are sorted by starting date or some other opaque metric. As with regular Posts, i want to be able to see my most recently-created Event at the top of the list (regardless of when the Event starts or ends).
i installed your Advanced Post Manager plugin, but even it doesn’t give me the option to view Events by creation date. How can i accomplish this?

I was able to upload it, but am now having trouble with the theme demos. I have installed the baby blog and the slider revolution (wedding and baby). Here are my questions:
1. Can I use the wedding slider with the baby blog?
2. How do I insert either slider into the site? I tried to register, but it seemed unsuccessful. Is it necessary to register to use the sliders?
3. Is there a tutorial video on how to use the slider revolution? Like how to create the sliders?
4. What are the sizes of the sliders? Can I create them on Canva and then upload them?
And finally, where are all the baby blog items? Like the About Me, social icons, recent posts, popular categories?

Hi, i installed news paper 6 three months back and every thing is fine, but when updated my site to latest version of wordpress, my visual composer stopped working and also my wordpress basic visual editor is also not showing.
Now, i just downloaded updated version of Newspaper 7 and reinstalled it, but still, it didnt work and it has broken my whole system view to a terrible condition.
Please anyone help me to resolve this problem.
A partial solution of the problem when setting up Facebook in this widget.
As far as displaying Facebook Access Token: Get Access Token, and then it says please wait.
The menu is the same thing happened when I work in the Mozilla browser. Try Google Chrome and go without problems, immediately.
I still have not solved the case with the running fans. It stands 0. Installed theme 7 and the new plugin …
Google+, Twitter …. showing OK.

What version of the theme are you using? The woo commerce file is no longer present in the current version as it’s been divided into single-product and archive product. Please make sure you have the latest theme installed https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and make sure your woo commerce plugin is up to date.

I have checked your website and you console and I saw that you have some js.errors through it and also, you are using a lot of untested plugins which might interact with our theme and create a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN if you are using the CDN and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please check our demo version and there you can see that the search page is working well.

Your documentation shows that it is possible to edit the category layout and design.
The example shows options for Layout, sidebar position, Show featured slider, category color and category sidebar.
When I go to edit category via the admin panel or by clicking “edit category” on the frontend, I do not see these options. I only have the options Name, Slug, parent, description.
Do you think there is an incorrect setting applied somewhere, or is this a problem with the installation?

I’ve recently updated newspaper 4 to 7 and I have some issues with visual composer..
I can’t save/update any page (getting redirected to a white screen).
Visual Editor disappeared.
Sidebars not showing.
When I disable the Visual Composer everything is fine again..
I’ve reinstalled WordPress, theme, visual composer and nothing changed.
I’ve disabled all plugins except VC but again no luck.
I don’t see tagDiv mobile theme in plugin for installation.
What can I do?

I got fresh installed wordpress 4.5.2 and Theme Newspaper 7, after installed Visual Composer I lost visual editor in posts. At the moment I don’t have any others plugins…it is not conflict.
I tried manually update wordpress by FTP but unfortunately without any positive result.
I have also the same problem on another test installation of wordpress with Newspaper 7.
Could you tell me please, how fix this problem?

Please notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of the them are not written fine so the developer took this decision.
