Hi, I am using Newsmag, but facing the same problem – uninstalled and installed again tagdiv composer, but now I’m not able to reconnect instagram account – getting error {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”} . Please help!

Hi there, maybe it’s just a coincidence, but we started to look at your scuba pro theme a couple days ago. We installed it today for the first time (https://111.chat) and the background video on the home page doesn’t work. And we just noticed that also on your hosted live demo it no longer works either. Perhaps this is just a coincidence that WordPress 5.5 came out? Either way keep up the good work guys!

Hi, I have already installed the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, tested and configured it in Mobile + AMP.
I notice that all my pages look good, except the Home (attached photo- HOME) https://www.radiomarcabarcelona.com/goodnews-design/home.png
The Home looks like in Mobile format, and I don’t know why, now while I wait for your answer I have deactivated it.
I have also done a PageSpeed test and attached the 2 screenshots where you can see how my website looks with tagDiv Mobile Theme activated.

I upgraded by NEWSMAG (NOT Newspaper) theme to the latest version AND went into the Theme Panel and obtained a new Instagram API key. It says “expires in 60 days” after installing it.
I then added the Instagram widget to my footer and it still will not update. It’s showing photos from a month ago, teh same ones that were in my widget before the API changed (and before I removed the widget.)
Based on other threads here on the forum, I waited 24 hours before writing to you, as some people said it took time to update. But I posted a new image to my IG account today and it is not showing> No update.
What else do I have to do to get this thing working again?
If I dont install any child theme & add any custom code, will I lose any settings? will my customization get reset after any theme update?
Hi I have two sites both broke after latest update.. first one removed all plugins and site was total trash – i have manually fixed that one… the other one seems to not show any wpbakery blocks….. i can’t seem to fix that.. i havent turned on debug tools yet.. but i suspect I will need to clear some cache or reinstall wpbakery again (which by the way is showing out of date)
Hi, just installed the 10.3.6.1 update and when I click on any Page in “Pages”, it starts to draw the page but goes no further than 1/4 of the screen. Have turned off all plugins except tagDiv plugins and Akismet, flushed the server cache with no success. Site is visible from the outside. All other parts of the dashboard are available. Running WordPress 5.4.2. Please advise. Thanks, Alejandro

I found a solution though for images whithin flex blocs. In case someone has the same problem, just add this to your CSS:
.td-thumb-css {
background-size: contain!important;
background-repeat: no-repeat!important;
}
But I still have the problem with the images which are not within flex blocs (for example in “related articles” or “more stories”)
I installed the plugin “Simple Image Sizes”, set all thumbs to “not crop” and regenerated all images but this still does not change anything.
Could you tell me what can be done?

Hi dhananjaymittal, as I suggested above, you need to have the mobile theme plugin installed and activate -> https://i.imgur.com/2CeKZ4Z.png then you should be able to access that part of theme panel.

Do I need a Child Theme with Newspaper? If I normally customize the theme using Theme panel & Td composer then do I need a child theme? If I wish to customize the theme with custom code in the future then do I need to install a Child Theme now?

I’m trying to edit the Footer Cloud Template – Animals PRO but instead of the friendly TagDiv Composer UI I just see a bunch of shortcodes.
All the other templates seem to work fine.
This is a clean local WP install with no plugins other than those required by the theme.
Please help.
As Newspaper Theme offers license key for 1 site at a time, If I activated my Theme in a Domain & then little time after I decide to shut down the site, reset the Theme Key & uninstall wordpress.. Then Am I able to use the Theme key in a new site?
