I was using Newspaper9 version on my website.The support period had expired long time ago. Today, I purchased your Newspaper X. I deactivated Newspaper 9. Now I am trying to install Newspaper X wordpress zip file only. But it’s not getting installed. Please guide me how to update/install it. Please provide me your guide & step-by-step instructions to do it.

We have a serious image loading problem on the newspaper theme. It started since we updated the theme version. I installed autoptimize plugin but it created a problem that images are not visible, every image compression plugon created a loading problem. Right now, there’s no plugin and the site works with the theme default settings. But as you can see, there’s a problem in some of the post (with a sidebar) – https://www.allinallspace.com/here-are-all-the-satellites-orbiting-the-earth-in-2019/

What is the problem and how can I fix it?

Every time I install this theme along with a demo, it runs very fast for a period of time. Currently my PageSpeed Score is 96%, and YSlow Score is 91%. So those are optimized very well. But, every single time… Usually after a couple of weeks, the site slows down dramatically. It went from 2-3 seconds Fully Loaded Time, to about 19-20 seconds Fully Loaded Time. And this was without any changes to Plugins.

Does anybody else have this issue?

How do you fix this?

We’ve installed Newspaper & we’re having issues installing the demo ‘Default Pro’ with the content & activating the theme.

When trying to install the demo it comes up with the error tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo… that error shows multiple times & unfortunately doesn’t install anything.

We’re running Ubuntu 18 with php v7.2 on Apache, WordPress v5.4.2
PHP memory limit is set to 256M
MySQL version 5.7.3
The Newspaper system status is all green (except the ‘Theme is not registered’) and yellow as no caching plugin detected
We’ve tried deactivating all other plugins (there’s only one other installed) but unfortunately the same issue. We’ve even tried setting the directory to 777 in directory permissions in case there was an issue there.

With regards to activating the theme we’ve tried both the automatic & ‘Activate the theme manually’ & unfortunately both show the loading circle infinitely.

If you have any advice or anything else for us to try would be great.

currently it is not possible to import pictures to e.g. header components and so on in my installation.
Every time I try to do so there is an error message shown like “Failed to import. Invalid state”

Can you help me solving this issue?

I’ve installed newspaper theme and after trying to edit pages i receive the error
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

Am using the theme at localhost at the moment, is that something that might play a role?

Hello, I’ve installed the demo theme but the logo of the demo is not removing.

I want to enter my license key to activate the theme. But when I go to the Newspaper, the ‘Activate Theme’ tab is not appearing. It shows only the following tabs: Welcome, Plugins, Support, Install Demo, System Status, Updates and Theme Panel. But I cant see any ‘Activate Theme’ tab so I don’t know where to enter the license key. When I clicked on activate theme in System Status, it states “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Could you please tell me how I can re-active the theme after I have uninstalled and re-installed it?

Note: I am using the theme in only one domain and I am not trying to use it in multiple domains.

We are pleased to address you to try to solve a problem as a team that occurred with the Newspaper template that we acquired from you, this morning the front of the page dawned without format, when checking the wordpress panel we realize that all the plugins They integrate the default template, they were not installed inside the panel. Only those with tagdiv starts were uninstalled. No other plugin was disabled or uninstalled. We proceeded to deactivate the remaining plugins within the panel, and activate them again and automatically began to install and activate the tagdiv Plugins that the template brought. The template displays well on computers, but the thumbnails of the articles are not displayed on cell phones. Please give us logical reasons why this event may be happening.

I was designing a news portal in Nepal and I want my posts date to be converted in Nepali local date, instead of the English date. There is a local date plugin named “Nepali Date Utilities” that works perfectly fine with other themes but when it comes to this theme (Newspaper) it is only showing the date of plugin installation even after posting new articles on different dates.
How can I fix that?
