I very recently purchased Newspaper 9, and installed and uninstalled a few of your demo themes (with data). But on the second installation of News Week the font sizes are incorrect. I’ve deleted the caches and re-tried installation via ‘Install Demos’ option a number of times, but still no luck. You can see here: https://www.reformingeducation.org/

This is heaping because firs is load the default css from them, and after that is load the custom made in theme panel or blocks.
Pleas install a cache plugin like WP Super Cache and see if the problem persist.

Be sure to regenerate first as mentioned in the guide, so the necessary thumbnails are created properly.
Once activated the mobile theme will take over. Each page, post etc will be served by it. So if you link to a page from your website, the mobile version will be served.
To achieve something like this would be like deactivating the mobile theme for specific pages, which is not possible with our plugin unfortunately.
A caching plugin would increase the loading speed significantly. We recommend the WP Super cache, this plugin works properly with the mobile theme as well

Please provide more details about your problem and some useful screenshots so I can identify it. Also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and all the WordPress file are not corrupted. To be safe, I recommend to re-install the WordPress and the theme to another sub-domain and check the results.

This plugin is created for mobiles specifically, there should be a noticeable improvement in terms of loading speed. When active the website will not be the same as on desktop, you could make some tests. Read the guide and activate the plugin.
Using a mobile theme would be a solution to speed up the website. If not, the same content will be used across all devices.

After upgrading to 9.1 I’ve got a new problem with this site I’m maintaining. When I trying to edit a block of text using the Edit Content button (like in the Text With Title block), I get the edit window with no editor bar, no way to save and cannot click on the Text tab.
I’m on Safari on MacOS 10.14.1
In Safari when I inspect the issue, I’m getting the following error which makes sense since I’m not seeing the proper editor:
TypeError: undefined is not an object (window.tinymce.editor)
I’ve tried to reinstall the theme. I’ve tried to deactivate all the plugins to see if that makes a difference. I’ve tried editing in Chrome. I’ve tried clearing caches.

I noticed 2 major differences after installed the demo compared with the one in your demo site.
1. If you click at the each post details page, you can see the differences of the layout. How can I get the exact layout as your demo?
2. In mobile view, side menu, when click the 1st level menu, it’s not working (not opening any page), different from your demo site which is working fine. And for nested menu (2nd level), it’s working (opening the related page) but the layout of the page is different from your demo site. How to fix this?

I have installed the newspaper theme with mobile theme plugin.
everything is working good but the pages are not loading like a desktop.
Only showing Page title but not content.
and also footer content have issue.

I also took a screenshot using a third party app:
The thing is, if I were to now log into the the ubuntu shell and delete the login captcha plugin from the wp-content/plugins folder, the images would appear again, and would go away the moment I reinstall either the login captcha plugin (or some other captcha plugins from the wordpress selection), or either of the two tagdiv plugin.
Once that happens, even if I delete the newly installed plugin, the images would not come back.
If you can see the images, try using snapito.com to see the website from a different server.

If you have some cache plugin install , please deactivate it and clear all cache, and try again.
If the problem is still there please make a test, remove all ad from the theme panel, clear all cache and try again.

Seems to still use 4.6 but the thumbnails are visible. We tried to recreate this issue on our end but without success.
So basically you updated the theme and installed a plugin (any plugin) and the issue begun to happen. What plugin did you deactivate now? The images are loading from what I can see.
Try to update again, this time try by FTP. Delete the theme folder from the WordPress themes folder and upload the new one.
Any details you can provide are helpful, so we can investigate more if there is a problem. Please let us know.

Glad you sorted out some of the problems.
Besides installing the mobile theme plugin there would be no other solution to speed up the website on mobile.
The same page content will be loaded on mobile if the plugin is inactive, so using an average or low internet connection speed it will take more time to load everything

Also I see that there could be a problem with the thumbnails. Try to regenerate them with the plugin mentioned in this guide

Then edit the homepage and check what image sizes are used by the flex blocks

Use a lower or the lowest image size defined there. No point in loading big images for small modules. That should reduce the page size.

Those aren’t available in the theme. Maybe consider using a plugin to display additional socials in the website. That would be the easiest method. Try and install a few social plugins, that have the required networks. Sorry for the inconvenience.
