Good evening, yesterday I installed on my website the new version of Newspaper 9, but after the installation the iubenda code is not recognized in any way.
If I insert it before the closing of the head, it is not even recognized.

Hello…I bought newspaper theme and install it on my website thetekhelp.com.Also I activated the theme using purchase code.
Now I want to delete this theme from this site and replace it on another site.
My question is that….
Can I will be able to activate the again using the same purchase code?
Or…The purchase code is valid for the 1st time activation only?

You are trying to install the ‘all files’ zip vs the theme only zip.
I have the news9 theme, but can not complete the install because I get the failed message: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. How do I resolve this issue?
Wordpress said my them is installed but missing files.
This is what it says:
“Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.”
i think its because i have the black theme installed. with the other i had news theme was working fine

Is it a secret your website URL? Why did you send me for more investigations? Before this, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Please notice that demo was custom made using only the TD Composer (Flex Block) which is not available for Visual Composer, sorry! We recommend installing the demo from Theme panel and check the results.

Image height (percent) wont effect on image. When i use flex block 4 it will work. how to fix this i also reinstalled composer plugin, I use demo black theme

Each demo has a certain style for it which is not easy to replicate it and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you! I have a particular issue that i would be great if it worked.
I am using a cloud template of a single post, and when i click the button, which i have squared in red, the page doesnt scroll to the content.

when that same button is pressed it scrolls the page.

Just purchased the theme and need to install tagDiv Composer plugin. My server setting is secured and there is no direct FTP/FTPS/SSH connection (ssh connection uses a different port number than 22). Can you please make the direct download link available for the tagDiv Composer plugin, and also the others like tagDiv Amp and Mobile plugin.

I have verified what you said, it is not a firewall block, nor is it any plug-in, because the only ones installed are from the theme itself, it does not have any third-party plugins. But anyway I deactivated everyone else and left only the tagDiv Composer.
When I click save it returns an error in the console, I could not understand what this error is, it follows the image.

Try to make a new install to another sub-domain for testing via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the ad code, clear all the caches and check the results.
