Hi, I just bought the newspaper-theme and tried to install it. Unfortunately it shows an alert that it can´t find the style.css. As i´ve seen it´s in the folder “patch_9.0_9.0.1” .. but it doesn´t seem to find it. I also tried to put it in the root-folder .. didn´t work.
Can you help me plz..?!

Yes, you can use the revolution slider plugin as it comes bundled free of charge in the theme package that lets you create such slider elements.

In the most severe cases first: check your own computer for viruses; then treated with a MySQL database of your website; then re-installed WordPress from the official distribution, and only then installed the Newspaper Theme last version.
Hi Support team,
My site has been a victim of the last malware campaign, it has been infected with malware which redirects to a unknown site which install walware on your computer (e.g. unverf.com)
I’ve followed tutorial found on the internet, and in theory had removed the codes in the theme that got infected, however it is still re-directing…. when i switch to a standard theme twnety eleven.. it doesnt happen.
any advise on this?

I followed your suggestion above, had someone made the adjustment but I still cannot insert a link into my Sidebar Ad. The ‘thinker’ just keeps going around and around still. I have also added the WP Super Cache and it does not seem to be helping. I am not sure how to install the theme via FTP as you mentioned. Do you have a link for that?

Hello there,
My hosting does not support Cloudflare but I did purge the files anyway and installed the latest version of the theme in a sub domain with only theme related plugins. Still the same error: Received a response code != 200 while trying to contact the templates API server.
I suppose this must be a hosting or server related issue in this case. No plugin conflicts.

I’m trying to save edits made with the div composer tag but it is not saving, it keeps spinning the save icon forever. I already uninstalled and installed it again and still have the same problem, can you help me?
To be blunt, I am paralyzed. Back in 2006 I had an AdSense account and was developing a website. I innocently clicked on some ads that were displayed and was promptly banned. Fast forward to 2018 and I have a restored account and am getting ready to set up ad serving scripts on my fresh installation of Newspaper.
Can I get some experienced advice on setting up AdSense? If I set up my div script now, do I risk getting in trouble for SIMPLY VIEWING my site? I surely will never CLICK on an ad again. 8>)

First of all, I will recommend you to make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. After this, make a new install to another sub-domain for testing, for example, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, purge all CDN files if you are using any CDN system, clear all the caches and check the results. Check the theme’s requirements to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ All the data will be loaded to your database and you should not lose anything but to be safe, make a full backup before.

you might be facing a cache issue. Please remove any other cache besides wp super cache. Contact your host and ask about any hosting side cache as it will need to be disabled.

The only requirements are listed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ We can only recommend wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Any hosting side cache will have to be removed and only wp super cache used for the proper functionality of the theme

There wasn’t really any changes prior to the issue. No new plugin was installed. Or code altered. I was simply in the process of uploading templates and testing them on my site. Everything worked well, till the mentioned time. As I am the only admin, I would have been aware of any changes.
This is what the Google console (backend) states:

I checked my cpanel also. All ports are open. Perhaps this issue is because of my hosting or the server.
My question is if I reinstall the theme and cloud template plugin. Will it solve the issue? Importantly, what will happen to the templates I have downloaded and am using, presently. Will they remain or will I again to apply them.

1. WP Install needs fixing. How do I do this?
2. My sidebar widgets also were deleted.
I tried created them but first two widgets created do not show Title.
a. 1st one is a Text widget but the Title Search Properties does not display,
b. 2nd one is a TagDiv Block 7 Title created is Luxury Properties Spotlight but it does not display.
Why not? I created them before and titled displayed.
What do I need to do?

Hello, we’ve been experiencing issues with our site hosted on Siteground and it started to be more sensitive after we installed Newspaper theme. We often receive “503” error messages, and Siteground answered that one of the problems is Vary User-Agent which caused the Siteground cache to be less effective. We’ve been suggested to use the following strings in wp-function. Would it be possible for you to support and suggest a proper configuration – what agents should we use?

So my question is if your plugin does support Cache-Control of AMP content. This is not about the caching plugin I installed which is not supported according to your support policy. The AMP project is independent on the caching plugin I installed even with WP Super Cache.
