From what I can see there are no mixed content issues, so the problem is elsewhere. I believe Google Chrome treats all http pages as not secure now

Double check your SSL implementation and certificate, go over the required steps again. Maybe you missed something. Ask your hosting for assistance, they might have a service of their own for SSL or at least provide some information how you might achieve it.
– The theme will allow you to place ads, there are ad spots in the theme panel. You can use Adsense or different ads, depending on your preference.

@ryehillmedia2018! if you look under Appearance>Menus in your WordPress dashboard, you will see an option to assign a menu as “mobile menu” alongside other options like top header menu and header menu (main) as shown here http://prntscr.com/kdmspd (the mobile menu option will show at the end if you have the mobile plugin installed_. Make sure you have selected the main menu in that section and just tick the mobile menu option so that it now has the main menu and the mobile menu ticked and save. Clear your caches as above and check again if it worked. You can also create another menu and assign it to the mobile menu.

Ive purchased the Newspaper 8.8 theme a few minutes ago at Envato Market, downloaded it directly from Envato to my copmuter and checked it for malicious code before uploading to my webserver. It says that it contains the following issues:
Security breaches : Use of base64_decode()
Security breaches : Use of base64_encode()
Presence of iframes : iframes are sometimes used to load unwanted adverts and malicious code on another site
Malware : Operations on file system
Malware : Network operations
Admin menu : Themes should use add_theme_page() for adding admin pages.
Is it safe to install your theme on my new Webserver? Can this code be used to hack my WordPress site or anything like this?

Usually, child-theme installation is done just like the parent, through zip files. I understand that this tutorial shows how to put child-them files manually, which is not exactly simple, right? Also, I’m not sure if I have to do ALL these steps or just the first one?

Do you use an older WPBakery plugin with a newer theme, or maybe old theme with a new WPBakery version? Try to use the WPBakery provided in the theme package you currently have installed

If you have a purchased license for the WPBakery page builder, use the same version as in the theme package. Don’t update the plugin unless the same version you update to is provided with the theme.
I see many users that have the plugin installed, but no such issues when sharing. So maybe settings from the plugin could cause it. I don’t have experience with the plugin unfortunately, maybe experiment with different settings.
Also if other users that have installed the autooptimize plugin and have more experience in this matter, please share your thoughts.
I have recently installed Newspaper theme and kept the Article Display view on Module 4.
Also, I have enabled 324X235 Module 4 in Block Settings, but when I preview it shows to enable 324X160 Size in Block Settings.

The topics display properly in the main forums page. Do you maybe use some additional bbpress plugins? Try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and bbpress, check what happens then.

Installed bbpress correctly, created forums and topic but in front end I have strange behaviour: On the forum “bar” it reports the correct number of topics and replies near the icons, but once I click on the forum link to see discussions I have message who informs me that no topics exist.
– In the backend it seems all correct.
– If I change theme to a wordpress default one forum show correctly also in the frontend.

We installed video news demo without content, however, the top band of dark background didn’t show up on the featured blocks in the home page. We tried changing the background color of row css in the td composer that didn’t work. Any inline CSS or other files/configs to be changed as well ? I installed newspaper 8.8 and my website is gone immediately off line. I cancel all plugin e transfered again with ftp and the problem is the td-composer plugin.

Everything the demo imported will be removed. The demo stylesheet (meaning demo custom CSS), demo posts (if you installed with content), the theme panel settings will be removed. If you for some reason edited demo posts (dummy content) note that these will be removed.
You could make a full backup before removing the demo, so if something goes wrong you would have that.

Installing a new demo removes the previous one automatically, that cannot be changed. Only one demo can be installed at a time.

I’ve recently bought the Newspaper theme and whilst its great and really easy to use I’m at a loss when it comes to why the social media links have stopped working.
When I share my articles via Facebook or Twitter it doesn’t show the preview of the link. Yoast has been installed and configured correctly, the OG code is there also, however I am getting error from the URL debugger on Facebook, see below.
Inferred Property
The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Missing Properties
The following required properties are missing: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id
Curl Error
Curl error: 23 (WRITE_ERROR)
This was not occurring prior to changing the theme over, I feel it must be something simple, and any pointers would be great on this.

I see what you mean, it waits for a few seconds than loads the page all at once. Maybe the total cache is doing this, I don’t have a guide I could provide you to configure it. Check online guides for a better configuration of the cache, try different settings.

The guide needs to be updated, some settings were renamed but they are still the same. Make some tests with this plugin if possible.
I’ve installed the AMP plugin and I know it opens a set of AMP Ad options on Theme Panel but they’re all fixed to a certain position.
Some of my posts have 6000 words, while others only 300. Obviously on the 6000 word pages I would want to show over 5 Ads while on the 300 word posts just one or maybe two Ads. Is there a way to insert the Adsense code on AMP pages manually like on posts? (On posts I go to the text editor and insert the Adsense code into Html). I prefer inserting ads manually because certain positions work better for revenue on my website, and filling up all the AMP Ad spots in theme panel would make 5 ads show on the 6000 word posts but on the 300 word post obviously 5 ads is not going to be good.
