Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
You should update the theme and plugins too.
Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
3. install TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
4. activate TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
Delete all the cache and let me know the results!

We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please provide more details about your issue when installing the theme.
Please make sure that you don’t have mixed content errors; you can check the console. You have to use an SSL plugin to fix it and then try to activate it again -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-mixed-content-wordpress/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

I have been using the “newspaper” theme for approximately four years for various news websites, and it has performed admirably in this domain. I am trying to install Artist Pro as a prebuilt website, however when I try to click on the link install I am taken to the top of the page. It is not working.
I bought an additional license and extended support for 12 months a couple of hours back. I installed the theme and trying to activate it. It “Activate” green button becomes lighter in color, cursor changes to circling icon, and it is showing that it is doing some work in the work in the background. However it never finishes activating license. Can you please look into this activate the license please?

If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.
After changing the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
NOTE: If the thumb specific for that block is not enabled, then the image won’t be displayed.

Please provide an example of the issue you have now, and it wasn’t when you installed the theme, so we can check if there is a bug or not. You have the option to hide the featured images from Flex Block, for example.

I am having the same issue with the TownTalk Child theme. LCP check is failing for mobile view in Google Page Speed tests. LCP for the mobile view of posts is about 5 seconds.
I am using WP Rocket Premium with all optimizations turned on.
Obviously, this is mainly related to the thumb image on top of the posts. This image is loaded in full size and then resized to the mobile width.
For some reason, I did not have this issue when installing the theme first time. Could it have turned up with the latest version updates?

There must be a better way to include this image. I assume, that all your child themes have this same issue.
If there is no way of optimizing this part from a developers point, would it be possible to do a custom workaround: removing this feature image from the mobile theme for posts and pages?

Hello,
I’m having trouble getting the Social Counter plugin to display my follower count. It doesn’t seem to be working for me.
I updated to the latest version of the NewsPaper theme today (Version: 12.6.5). While updating, I noticed it said the Social Counter plugin was out of date, so I allowed it to update to the newest version.
I have installed the social share counter plugin (see screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/J9m3eRV).
I have also connected the accounts I would like to use (see screenshots: FB: https://imgur.com/a/xZ1CMuc, IG: https://imgur.com/a/6FagWDf).
When I add the correct IDs for the accounts to the social counter plugin, it’s not grabbing the follower amounts and displaying them for me (see screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/vapaBZ9)
Can you help me figure out what’s wrong and how to fix it?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
Also tried deleting the theme completely and reinstalling, but no change.
Theme and plugin wer updateed to fix the issue; however, if your site already infected only you can scrub and repair your installation *then* install the latest “safe” theme and plugin versions.
(I don’t work here; just loooooong time user.)
After an update to Version: 12.6.5, the website is only showing text where blocks are, i.e. [td_block_11 category_id=”57″]
I deleted and reinstalled the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, but no change. They are both active in the tagDiv theme plugins.
What am I missing?
I noticed in the plugin overview that “Dedicated Plugins for Prebuilt Websites” is also included, but this plugin is not included in the prebuilt installation of the Cali Sight demo and is not automatically activated.
So I’m wondering what exactly does this plugin do? Everything seems to work fine without installing it. Can you elaborate on that? I don’t understand. I think someone else might be interested in this as well.
Is it really necessary to use this plugin if I use the pre-installed demo? As I said, everything works great without it.

I have Installed “tagDiv Mobile Theme” and added the Mobile Template for Homepage, Category Page, Tag Page, Single Page & Author Page but when I am checking the settings on my mobile it’s not reflecting and showing a default structure. Also when I am trying to open the Menu in Mobile it’s responding too late.
