Disable all untested plugins (for example “autoptimize”) and try again.

Any other untested plugin can interact with the theme core files and might cause a lot of unknown issues.

Such issues may not be caused by database problems. It could be caused by plugins. Please try as a first step to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear any installed cache. Check if this has any effect on the website functionality.

Hello. Suddenly, out of nowhere, no plugins changed or installed, no themes changed, no code changed, the theme panel stopped working. Whenever I click an item like Header Ad, the loader shows up indefinetely, it never loads or opens.
This happened simply suddenly, I went to bed and it was working, woke up and it’s not working anymore.

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare System and check the results.

I’d like to create a custom page in visual composer or tagdiv composer. I already read the article about the tagdiv composer but it seems you can only load blogposts into the columns.
When I create a new page I can only choose for the tagdiv composer. The pagebuilder button doesn’t show up. It is installed. How can I create a custom page with multiple columns?

I did find the button now. I just looked different than in the tutorial video. Now I can’t find the templates. Is there a place I can download them?
Megamenu, featured images and x button wonât work anymore. Something is broken. How can I repair it? Is it something broken in the newspaper files or in the database? How can I reset database Newspaper info, so if I want to cancel and reinstall this theme, WordPress doesnât ârememberâ the setup? Thanks

The theme does not have options to customize the category descriptions, at the moment. These descriptions will have a default styling predefined in the theme. The Yoast SEO plugin if installed will add the MCE editor for the category description field

Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Clear all the caches and check the results. Purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare.

I’ve re-uploaded the theme files using FTP, but the issue persists. I can’t do a clean install because this is an existing production site and this error did not exist in the previous theme that I was using.
Hi guys, I’ve been running with your theme on my development environment to understand it all and get all the items prepared. I like the theme a lot and we’ve decided to go with it.
Tonight I’ve been implementing the theme on my live site. All has gone OK with the configuration, etc. I started to resize my images using the plug-in you recommended, then when I realised how long this is going to take I paused it…. with the intention of letting it run when I’m asleep.
Continuing with the widget setup etc., and I’ve been checking through the 2,000 posts we have on the site (many have lots of images) and I see that many / most posts have their image links broken.
This is a disaster.
Please can you advise as soon as possible as to how I can fix this. Is the paused Image Resizing to blame? is it terminal? (do I need to restore the backup?)

I installed Newspaper and Toolset from scratch but still, only title shows up.
Also tried all other plugins for custom content and custom fields but not luck. Not able to code so had to skip ACF, and this looks like a perfect solution.

I have installed latest version of newsmag theme, but Theme says that “Speed Booster” isn’t compatible with plugins as akismet, wp-cron-missed-schedule etc.
I think there is a bug/error, because I don’t guess that a plugin as “Speed Booster” is conflicting with a so important plugin as akismet.

Since installing , Newspaper 8.5 , if I try to edit a newpage, I get a blank screen. If I try to create a page I get a blank screen.

Notice that the theme does not manage these things sections. You should install the Seo Yoast plugin if you want to have more settings for these. Please check here -> https://yoast.com/wordpress-seo/
