I am trying to uninstall Urban Observer demo and I got this error:
Ajax error. Cannot connect to server, it may be due to a misconfiguration on the server.

I disabled all plugins but the situation is the same. Is it possible to uninstall the demo theme manually?

There is no newspaper-core.zip, I think there is a misunderstanding.

After the theme is installed you need to go to Newspaper > Welcome section and you can install from there the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library plugins – https://i.imgur.com/LyI1bNb.png after that you need to activate the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/ and only after that you can install the demo you mentioned – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/

This looks very shady – I bought the theme thinking I will be getting the Rimont Pro Newspaper theme with exactly the same UI with promise of 6 months support but all I have received is access to this forum. However, when I have installed the theme on word press it looks NOTHING like Rimont Pro Newspaper Theme.

If you want to install a different demo, you can do so directly without manually uninstalling the Default Pro pre-built website. This should resolve the problem.
Alternatively, you can try disabling all plugins except the tagDiv plugins and then attempt to uninstall the Default Pro pre-built website again.

You should also change the name of your listings and taxonomies to display the correct ones you created.

This demo uses listings and is a taxonomy template, so you can not assign it on any page; it is only on a taxonomy. When you install the demo without content, you need to set it up to look like in the demo. When you install it with content, then you need to have the ACF plugin installed and active. Hi,
I just installed the theme Newspaper on my new domain in WordPress but I can´t install a pre-build demo.
I have never had this issue before.
When hover on a demo the button “Install” and “Include Content” should be visible. I can´t see these buttons. When pressing the image it just takes me to the “Preview” href.
I have tried on several computers with the same issue.
Could it be some setting at my end our is there a issue with the latest version available on Themeforest?

Did you assign the single template to an article? Or make it global and check again.

Installing the templates separately from the Cloud Library won’t come with all the demo settings.

I’m not able to import the demo content. It shows installing then it gets stuck there even after 2 to 3 hours it is still and it doesn’t import any content (I have enabled include content)

We are in the process of installing a woo commerce eshop but its seems we have an issue with the current setup and there is no eshop css support eg eshop categories / products https://www.kynigesia.gr/shop/
As we understand we must use a theme with eshop support. We have taken a full backup in localhost wamp to further testing but we cannot install another theme: Your license key is not assigned on this website. Please go to the “My License” management panel and assign it to enjoy the full benefits of your theme. (local url https://localhost/kynigesia).
Can you please advise on how to proceed from now on.
Our goal is not to change the template and design as you understand and or make minimal changes to existing site / design while also supporting the new eshop design.

I have Version: 12.6.8 REGISTERED and all required plugins as well as system requirements met but when i try installing any demo, the site to …wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_demos# and never installs anything and never gives any error.
