Hello !

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you !

I couldn’t get the mobile menu (hamburger) to show up without the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin but now that it’s installed my pages are blank on mobile. The only thing that shows up are posts.

Everything showed up before I installed the plugin. Is there a way to get the correct mobile look (the way it currently is with the plugin active) without the plugin? Or is there a way to get the rest of the site to actually show up with the plugin?

I am looking into using SpeedKit
https://www.baqend.com/guide/topics/speed-kit/faq/

Obviously, I do not expect you to support that! But, do you have any thoughts in that in general?

And, the mobile theme & AMP get lost: Which URLs would you say I should exclude to keep those?

Hello, and thank you very much for your help.

Yesterday morning TD Composer stopped loading quickly and bringing in the correct layout. That is: it is not rendering correctly.

DETAILS about my installation:

. Newspaper System status shows that everything is ok with version 9.8.
. After a long chat with Namechep technical staff, they confirmed there are no problems, errors logs in PHP, etc.
. I can create the posts etc. because WP is ok.
. It gives the impression that TD Composer keeps looking for information on the server constantly.
. Plungins installed are TD Cloud Library, TD Social Counter, TD Mobile Theme, AMP for WP, Akismet Anti-Spam, Loginizer, Quiz and Survey Master, Really Simple SSL, and WP Super Cache.

I can share with you 2 snapshots of Dashboard and TD Composer second showing the same rendering issue.

I’m scared of losing days of hard workand my main client if the situation gets worse and TD Composer proves to be useless.

Thank you so much for the prompt reply and your help,

Gino

Hellow our website built in Newspaper is having an issue. When we post to it the posts immediately appear on the desktop but not mobile. Have tested it over 20 times as this is a news site and my client is posting every hour or more. We are using CloudFlare with page rules set not to cache and W3TC caching plugin. The posts will simply not show up on mobile unless we manually clear all cache in W3TC.

Any any, any settings I need to be aware of for mobile with this theme?

Hello !

Mobile + AMP means Mobile Theme and you will have to copy and paste your adsense codes in here too: https://www.screencast.com/t/uIKaSEfqX

As per this: https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/

I would have expected to see the AMP settings, but they disappear as soon as I activate the TD mobile theme.

What am I doing wrong?

I’m having an issue with my logos on both the desktop and mobile app, they aren’t showing the full logo just a tiny square.

I have installed one of the preset themes.

I managed to find a workaround, but its not good for my Google rankings..

If i change my mobile theme to just “Mobile” (not AMP) in the the theme’s mobile settings, it goes back to normal..

Hello,

If you are using the a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library with the Header Manager then you can set that template in Theme panel as global for your website -> http://prntscr.com/orgl6n ( this will be apply on all post/pages/categories … that do not have set an individual header ).

If you build a new header template, then yes the mobile header will be empty, but if you import some header templates, this will be set for mobile deceive too.

Thank you!

Hello.
There’s a bug on all the posts at http://www.pasteur.gr/nea/. When seen in mobile, there’s a huge gap of over 5000 pixels under the featured image. For example,
http://www.pasteur.gr/%ce%b4%ce%b9%ce%b1%ce%ba%ce%ae%cf%81%cf%85%ce%be%ce%b7-%cf%83%cf%85%ce%bd%ce%bf%cf%80%cf%84%ce%b9%ce%ba%ce%bf%cf%8d-%ce%b4%ce%b9%ce%b1%ce%b3%cf%89%ce%bd%ce%b9%cf%83%ce%bc%ce%bf%cf%8d-17-2019/
You can also check the screenshot:
http://www.dropbox.com/s/newdctpz7dekeuz/Pasteur%20bug.jpg?dl=0
FYI this site is using a child theme and the bug may be due to the code of that developer (which we don’t work with anymore). On the other hand, the problem persisted when I temporarily switched to the parent theme (Newspaper version 9.0.1).
In any case, I’m hoping you can point me to what is causing the problem.
Thank you

Hi Simion

Can you also reply this?

Additionally, the mobile theme’s header style is just the way we like it. So if we are to create a header and leave the mobile version as it is, does the mobile theme still loads the original version? Or we have to also create the mobile version too when we have a new header?

Also, whenever we translate MORE for mobile version from inside the tagdiv builder, the menu brakes. Please see the image

Hello,

In order to use the auto ads you’ll need to use the mobile theme and amp plugin and you’ll need to use one of these options from mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/okbyin
The codes for auto ads need to be set only in analytics, the path is theme panel > mobile theme > amp analytics -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0WqKEVLN

Also is possible that our auto ads from your account to not be yet approved and Google is not yet serving the ads, the console will return a 403 error on ads.
Some topics I found – https://techbegins.com/adsense-403-forbidden-error-complete-solution.html

Hello,

That is the padding set to have a nice design on smaller device, if you want you can change this padding using some custom css -> http://prntscr.com/p9opei
.tdc-row {
padding-left: 8px;
padding-right: 8px;
}

The above custom css need to be set in Theme Panel>Mobile Theme> Custom code> Css
Also, if you want, you can change the number set for px.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please make sure that you clear all cache after you remove the ads, also if you are using some mobile plugins, please check the ads section from these plugins, for example if you are using the mobile theme plugin -> http://prntscr.com/p9omsb
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect this problem.

Thank you!
