Hi there Calin:
I have read all your info about mobile theme and unfortunately is not so clear (any least for me). First I thought that activating the mobile theme will shown a new page called “Mobile Theme” to customize the mobile theme, but not. Now i just discovered that i have to create a new page for mobile theme and use the classic editor that i eliminated following your directions in order to use the TAGDIV COMPOSSER. Is there any other way to do it? if not could you be more specific about the steps to do it?? (we are not PRO´S and sometimes every change is a high mountain to climb)
Hi,
Unfortunately we did not tested our theme with WP Fastest Cache plugin, so we can not say way this provide the amp fails
Please check with other browses too, is possible to be a cache problem , here is how I see your website on desktop -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7GApiCtmfa and like so in mobile/am version -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KwHjZJYiozV
Thank you!
Hi,
That is happen because you have install mobile theme, and the mobile theme have others settings for layout, and will not apply the responsive one from the theme; if you do not want to have the feature image on mobile theme, please add this custom css in Newspaper>Mobile theme>Custom code > css
.td-post-featured-image{
display: none
}
Thank you!
I changed all the setting.
1. amp enabled on the mobile theme: http://prntscr.com/mxc46u
2. Disable admin bar on AMP pages: http://prntscr.com/mxc4ft
3. add line: http://prntscr.com/mxc5hi
after changing then getting this error: http://prntscr.com/mxc5zo
also amp pages only working on desktop not on mobile.

Hi,
Please make sure that you activate the amp from mobile theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6m5bxthx8ec and you check the box from general Amp -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WEyXhNzY
Please provide some screenshots with the settings that you made for mobile and amp also with the code set and the errors that you get.
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, all that layout out can be make with Newspaper v9.6, also I check that version and is seams that on beebom.com are a lot of custom made, also the v7.2 is very old and unsecured, we can not longer provide it, sorry!

Hi,
The mobile friendly test is somewhat inconclusive at times – http://prntscr.com/mxagd1
Sometimes if the theme resources like the CSS is slow to load the result may be negative. There is a discussion in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-have-two-problems-in-mobile-friendly-test/
Thanks
@gossiponthis You would have to redo the modifications even if the theme still used the old AMP plugin. After a theme update the theme plugins have to be updated, older plugins will automatically be deactivated.
@kumushka The current functionality with AMP and mobile theme may change, we are looking for solutions to allow more flexibility. Changes may be made in this matter starting with the next update.
You could try and enter it in the mobile theme analytics, of this form
– http://prntscr.com/mx9twh
Seems to be similar to a analytics code, it may work this way. Enter it and keep check to see if it works, maybe wait for a while before checking.
Hello Simion.
No, the problem is that I don’t know where I should manage the mobile version theme. From the theme panel, everything I change does not appear in the mobile version. I just can change the site in desktop versions. The web site showed in the mobile devices is not getting manage or designed from me. This is my complain… Thank you!
I think the main problem of Newspaper Theme is “menu”.
The menu is loading after the page, after too many elements. This is a big problem specially, when the Internet is SLOW and in mobile (I don’t want to complicate my life and use AMP).
When the Internet is slow, if you touch the hamburger menu stay stacked and avoid the loading of page.
Anyway, hopefully there will be a solution to this in future releases..
Hi,
@borvazq quite unusual, the header seems to be invisible on mobile
– http://prntscr.com/mx94ch
The mobile theme and AMP is loading, the issue is with the header from what I can see. It is there but it has a white background and icon color. Check what colors are used here
– http://prntscr.com/mx9714
Try setting them to default or use a different color than white, if a white color is used. Let me know.
@blyerts I have checked the website, the menu seems to open alright
– http://prntscr.com/mx98nu
But the menu items don’t direct anywhere, the links are not valid on desktop and on mobile. What exactly are those menu items supposed to do? Have you added them properly when you created the menu, if those are pages add them as pages, if they are categories add them as categories
– http://prntscr.com/mx9arv
Thanks
Hi,
For this error https://prnt.sc/mupdgl here is the fix.
You’ll need to go in wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/td-mobile-plugin.php
and at the bottom of file set this code
$theme_options = get_option( 'td_011' );
https://prnt.sc/mv165e
https://www.screencast.com/t/NclX3sIf
Thank you for your understanding
There will be some changes in a coming theme update to how the AMP and mobile theme works.
All with problems in the matter can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can investigate. Mention as many details about the issue as possible. If we identify problems we will fix them. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi but I’m not using mobile theme (it’s company website – not a news). I’m just using main theme. Does it mean that amp on newspaper theme wont work without mobile plugin activated?
what do you mean it “The mobile theme always use those type of thumbs not just now”?
on my sites I have only activated 80×60 and 218×150 and mobile normally appear in the previous version.
Hi Catalin, Thanks for taking out time.
1) Any other good plugin you guys have tested? Like Wp-rocket? Since WP super cache is outdated and is not recommended by many.
2) Please check the screenshot, in the first two days we have over 1,200 amp problems reported.
https://prnt.sc/mx7gj3
Because of this none of the articles are being served as amp pages on google –
https://prnt.sc/mx7lwd
Getting same error for all articles when testing its amp compatibility.
2B) getting this amp error in over 300 pages
https://prnt.sc/mx7ri3
3)Yes the mobile theme is enabled, but still there is no hamburger menu, now because of amp errors we are not able to see amp pages, otherwise would have sent you a screenshot.
4) IMO it is the most important part of the mobile theme, please bring it in the next update 🙂
6) Our website is http://www.gagdetbtidge.com
7) Let me elaborate on this one. Like we see how many users/unique users come from mobile or desktop in GA. Is there a way to see how many come from mobile AMP, since that is now showing in our GA.
Regards

Hi,
That would be correct, most of the elements ion the mobile theme are predefined. The homepage can only display what it is defined in the code, there are no settings for it
– http://prntscr.com/mx7k0d
So there will be a top grid with featured posts, the content you enter in the mobile editor for the homepage, and a latest articles section.
The other pages will display only what is entered in the mobile editor.
Now that the mobile theme can be used together with the official AMP plugin we will add more settings and customization options for it in future updates.
Thanks
Hi,
If you have the Newspaper v9.6 you can set the code for ads in theme panel>mobile theme>amp ads -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OlBghsToH
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
This has already been done – Cache has been cleared too.
Please make sure that you activate the amp from mobile theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6m5bxthx8ec and you check the box from general Amp -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WEyXhNzY
Still we are getting constant amp problem errors. Please see the below and also from webmaster tools.
https://prnt.sc/mx78ku
https://prnt.sc/mx790e
An AMP component ‘script’ tag is present, but unused.
First detected: 3/11/19
Status: Error
http://prnt.sc/mx7gj3
Thanks Please help.
Followed your steps and this has been rectified. How to rectify rest of the issues.
There is content which fails AMP validation. However, your site is configured to automatically accept sanitization of the offending markup. You should review the issues to confirm whether or not sanitization should be accepted or rejected. Review issues

Hi,
We know that, that’s way our developers team try to make a better version of mobile theme.
Thank you for your message!
We could take a look, maybe something could be done about it. The mobile theme is limited when it comes to using various shortcodes or maybe plugin elements in the post content for example. Some may not work correctly or at all.
Hi,
The mobile theme always use those type of thumbs not just now.
And yes you can use the responsive theme an use an amp plugin, you should achieve the amp version.
Thank you for your understanding!
From what I can find online it is a script that has to be entered between the head tags in the header
– https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/1205-banner-and-prior-consent-setup-and-customization
The mobile theme header is here – http://prntscr.com/mx6tfb try entering the code there.
A section in the theme panel for entering and loading code in the header when using the mobile theme does not exist at the moment. It may be added in a future update. So the code has to be manually added in the header file.
