Hi,
While on desktop you can select that post template and not show the featured image, on mobile there is a single post template which does show the featured image. I could give you a code to remove the content image and only show the featured image on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6l25M7q7WU
That should work, make some tests with it
.td-post-content .td-post-featured-image + p > img {
display: none;
}
It will remove the first image after the featured image for all posts that have one. The code can be entered in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section.
Thanks
Hi guys,
Just purchased the theme and migrating my current blog. However, I have 2 issues and just can’t figure it out.
1. I have the categories listed on my site in multiple places, so when people click a category all should show. However, only the primary categories will show, how can I change this?
2. Compared to my previous themes the title of a post seems very big on mobile, which results in taking way to much space. How can i reduce the size of the post title ?
Thanks very much in advance,
Wilfred
The mobile theme settings are in the theme panel plugins section as far as I can remember
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0UWPIOfC
Maybe in very old theme versions it was different.
I see you activated the mobile theme plugin at the moment, seems to work properly. Without displaying dates in modules and the post pages it is hard to tell if latest posts are displayed.
The delay you are referring to is probably generated by a caching plugin or service. Try to clear the cache if there still is a problem.
Hi all!
I’ve had a big uptick in traffic on a smart list post, so my apologies for the multiple posts relating to the mobile theme today. I have bog standard image galleries imbedded in each area of the smart list, but none of the images within the galleries are displaying in the post when loaded via the mobile theme.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround?
Many thanks in advance!
Use this code but change the color code to any you want.
.td-post-content a {
color: #f30f0f;
}
Enter it in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section.
Hi there! I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction of changing the link text color in the mobile theme? Sadly my mobile links are the same color as my text with no distinction and I’m missing out on lots of affiliate revenue opportunities.
Many thanks in advance!
I will take a look for the mobile plug in. You used to have a section in the theme for mobile, now it’s a plug in? Anyway, the blog is there now it seems that there is a two day lag for it to display on the mobile site (using the desk top view). http://www.traveltipsandpics.com
Hi,
The mobile menu is always loaded, this can be seen by checking the page source of a desktop page. So when the mobile theme is not used, the mobile version can be applied quickly when needed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lfCzbrq9o1
Installing a different menu by plugin will not cause this menu to stop loading.
This is where the mobile menu is defined if you want to make any modifications to it

Thanks
I am using shiftnav for my mobile menu and not default mobile theme menu but it is still loading mobile theme when i check from source. https://snag.gy/EMUOgR.jpg
How can I completely remove it?
thank you
Hello,
Sorry but there is no simple way to place more inline ads to your posts. Our theme only provides 1 inline ad spot you can use. All the available mobile theme ad spots can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/gt5RkWjR2
Thank you!
Hi,
On desktop the titles have 35px it seems, on mobiles you are forcing it to 24px with a code in the theme panel I believe
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2Sw57AJO2l
Modify it accordingly in that code if you want it to be smaller.
Thanks
Hello,
This probably happens because you use the mobile theme plugin. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
You have to create separate versions of your pages for the mobile template.
Thank you!
hello,
I’m not sure what mobile view you mean. The mobile theme? https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The mobile view in the tagdiv composer? https://www.screencast.com/t/gCFUWdHw
Please provide more details.
Thanks.
Hello.
I’m using Newspaper Mobile theme.
I’d like to add several add-sensitive ads to the body of a mobile theme article.

Hi,
@jessicaraleigh So the author name is missing? Is it missing in modules or the post page?
Please check these settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/mE75qiy7QG
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3Jj79MQ0Ok
If those are enabled and the author name is still missing, please clear your cache, also browser cache or test with a different browser. Also provide a link to your website so I can take a look.
@Alicegreentree Where exactly are they not showing? Do you use the mobile theme plugin? Provide a link to your website so I can take a look.
– If you do not use the mobile plugin, then the same content from desktop will be seen on mobile.
– If you use the mobile plugin, then in the homepage there will be a top grid displaying featured posts and a latest articles section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Thanks
Hello,
That is the body background color you have set as grey. The mobile version shows the background. The containers on the mobile version cause the background to be visible on top of the image. You can add this custom css n your theme panel under the custom code section to change the background for mobile devices:L
@media(max-width:767px){
body{
background-color:white!important;
}
}
Thank you!
Hi,
As long as the theme login setting is enabled there will be a sign in option in the mobile menu
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/login-how-to-enable-user-registration/
Disable it in the theme panel and it will not show anymore.
Thanks
Hi
I’ve got the same issue with my category pagination (desktop website & mobile theme):
“If I use normal pagination clicking on the next page e.g siteurl.com/category/page/2 gives a 404 error.”
I’ve deactivated all plugins (except from theme) and the problem is still there.
Link to the website: http://www.ikwilgoedkoopreizen.be
Through this issue, the mobile theme & pagination aren’t in working for the moment. I sent my login information via contact@tagdiv.com.
Thank you!
Kind regards,
Jens
Hello,
I do not use the mobile theme. The existing looks great on a mobile and is fast enough in my view.
However, after clicking on de menu sign (three stripes in upper left corner) on a mobile screen, a front screen appears with social media icons and the menu. Center on this page there is an avatar and “sign in”. How can I disable viewing this ‘sign in’?
Many thanks,
its on:

No. You will have to make the changes in the mobile folder of the parent theme. Ensure you keep backups to ensure your changes are not lost in theme updates and also to look at the changelog for theme updates to see if any files have changed.
Hi, Just I switched my website iSports League from genesis theme to NewsPaper theme. Most of the content on my website is based on the table.
When I saw the table on the mobile device it won’t show fully.
You can check here T20 blast schedule
Hi there,
is it possible to ovveride the “mobile” theme in my Child?
Then I don’t think that will work. I think the mobile plugin is not designed to work with shortcodes. You better disable it and use the responsive version of the theme for the contact form to show up. https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
