Hi, i like the theme very much, but i have a problem, when i display the page in the mobile version, when i press the menu it take all over the page, and i want to put only in a side of the page
Also, to find the Mobile Theme, you need to download the theme package from ThemeForest, and then unpack it to a folder. Inside that folder you will find another folder called “plugins”.
The mobile theme is to be installed as a plugin from that folder. You will want to install and activate in WordPress the “td-mobile-plugin”.

my mobile menu stopped working suddenly, Although I reseted all database and reinstalled the theme it is the same. Mobile menu navigation and search button doesn’t work.
And Mobile theme plugin is not in plugins folder.

On mobile, our theme is adding a footer logo and a link. I can’t find anywhere in settings how to turn this off, any ideas?
That is just a simple hit counter and only counts main times the page was ‘loaded.’
You should always use something like the stats included with your hosting panel to see “actual traffic” to your site.
And as I stated, Google is changing how they show sites in search results.
So, good time to
a) check your pagespeed score with Google PageSpeed Insights
b) make sure your content is mobile friendly
c) consider using https vs http; your host should be able to give you free open source SSL/https cert
d) check your Google Search Console for messages about any issues/problems with your site
e) if using AMP, note the page counter does not count AMP views of pages
Not sure that helps; but all our sites traffic went down since the election in U.S., regardless of theme.
Theme doesn’t control inbound traffic to your website.

Please keep in mind that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin, do you know? Do you read the documentation for this type of plugin and which is the functionality? The mobile theme will display you another type of homepage to your desktop page. Please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Please try to read this documentation and try to understand the functionality. Also, if you are unhappy with it, you should simply disable the plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile version.

I have tested the translation on my end but the mobile theme gets translated properly
Please also make sure you do not have any extra caching coming from the host.

It will not happen only on safari as the mobile theme does not recognize any post style. It will convert all post styles to a single one that shows a featured image. There is no setting to remove the featured images from posts on the mobile theme except through css. If you require selective posts to not show the featured image, we suggest disabling the mobile theme plugin and using the responsive version of the theme.

We have not tested the adsense plugin. Our theme was built to work with adsense through our theme ad system, not through any plugin. Any ad plugin is not tested and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not. On the other hand, I;m not saying it will; Not work ,only that we have not tested it. It could work or it could not. I can’t say for sure. On the mobile version there is another issue. I have checked your site and it seems all your menu items are pages and you use the mobile theme. You did not add any content in the mobile theme editor so that is why nothing is shown. In your case as you only show pages with content blocks the mobile theme plugin is not recommended as it does not use visual composer and you will not be able to show visual composer blocks on mobile pages. We have assigned a new page as home page for wordpress, which is having custom template in Newspaper7 theme folder.The new homepage its working good on desktop, but for mobile devices, WordPress is not serving the same page, but loading a category page.

Unfortunately it seems this issue comes from visual composer, not the theme. It behaves the same on a wp default theme. It is a plugin functionality. It will not work on mobile on our end as well on any theme. Sorry but it seems the plugin has it;s limits on the video background feature.

Our theme has no sticky ads options so you will have to add it custom or use a plugin.
As for the infinite loading, if you use the mobiele theme, this option will not be available. If you do not use the mobile theme you can activate it from the block settings on each block in particular: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ The latest articles section has no option to change the pagination.
