Hi sir, perhaps you have not understand properly.
We know how to disable a theme, what I said in my previous post is that I do not know if this is the proper function of the themes directory, but when activate the standard theme and mobile, for some reason enters primary mobile theme and is something of a main theme and not the standard
There is no way to work with standard theme & mobile theme together or i do something wrong
Thanks in advance
Hello stevemitchell,
As a mention, our mobile theme does not use the Visual Composer and therefore, all your pages which are created with this composer will not be rendered in your mobile theme. This is just the behaviour of this plugin. The mobile theme will show you only the Big Grid, your desired text -> when will be added in your Mobile Editor from Visual Composer, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/yScETLv8a and the latest articles in the bottom of the page. So, please notice that the Big Grid will render you only the posts which are included in Featured category, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/stIfQqn0o Please notice that this is the goal for our mobile theme to be very fast and clear. If you are unhappy with this, you can disable it from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ST8XuqHtyZh and then you will have the normal mobile responsive mode.
Thank you for your understanding!
hi,
The “Bollywood” and “Southzone” menu has submenu under it. The submenu is appearing in desktop, but no appearing when i use mobile theme plugin.
Bună,
- Dacă schimb de acolo, tot nu apar. Am găsit unde e problema: Site wide> typography style (http://www.screencast.com/t/td8T5dC1TycY ).
Hello Augustine,
1)If you want to have the Back to top button for your Mobile layout, you have to use a bit of CSS code to do this. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-scroll-up {
display: block;
}
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/pyG0JGuC3zqV
2)Unfortunately, at the moment, this is the behaviour of our mobile theme. We work hard to add more improvements our theme and in next our updates we will try to develop this plugin to render and the Visual Composer shortcode.
3)Unfortunately, this type of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this type of plugin on our new latest version.
Thank you for your understanding!
Before thanks for this theme and working. i love it..
1 – Post inline:

2 – Contact page not working (Contact Form 7): http://kuaza.com/iletisim
3 – How change mobile home page. Example, how add grid on top new article?
4 – How add adsense attachment page ?
Hello darkmesaia,
If you want to disable the mobile theme, you have to simply deactivate it from plugins area, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Hk04u7pd and then you will be on the normal theme. Also, if you are caching plugin, please try to clear all your caches and test it again.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
After updating the theme to version 7.0, Google adsense ads are not showing up on mobile, however, they do show on desktop. I activated mobile theme plugin and inserted ad codes into the respective ad blocks, even then they are not showing up on mobile. On either cases, they do not turn up on mobile. But yahoo ads are showing on mobile as well as desktop. Site is http://techiewheels.com. I’m not sure which is causing the issue. Pls help me to get out of this. Thanks.
I upgraded my staging site to 7.0 and the Social Counter seems to have been broken. The icons for the social networks are grey/white compared to their original settings, and I can’t see any of the numbers.
I have also looked at https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and several other places for documentation on the new feature of being able to choose different formats and styles of the social icons, but I have not found any. I’m sure that’s what’s happened here – the defaults have changed, but I don’t know where to change them.
You keep pointing to the page https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ which has absolutely no documentation on the fact that you have to re-create each of your static pages by hand using a completely different method.
Perhaps you should add documentation or notes to that page indicating this is a completely separate theme, that no existing pages will work with the mobile theme unless you re-create them or create new content by hand.
I for one will be disabling and uninstalling the mobile theme until documentation is provided on how to do this, as I have no idea what will/won’t work.
I love how fast it is, but right now every single one of my menu items and pages are completely blank without documentation…..
I’ve searched the forum and found some posts about having both the main menu and top menu display in mobile.
Those posts were for the Newspaper theme. Just for the heck of it, I tried the Custom CSS as suggested. Not a surprise, it didn’t work.
How can both menus be displayed in mobile for the Newsmag theme?
My site is helpuconquer.com I’m using header style 8.
Thanks,
Hello Tagdiv,
I had updated my blog to Newspaper 7. Simply, Awesome!!! I need some help regarding the following issues.
1) How to display the Back to top button in mobile device also. By default Back to top button is hidden in Mobile layout.
2) I tried Mobile Layout. It is very good. But My blog mainly depends on the pages created using Visual Composer. So I disabled it for now. Is there any chances for bringing the Pages to Mobile theme?
3) Icons in the entire blog are missing when I use Mailchimp forms by Optin Cat (https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-wp/) . It was working fine before. Any Fix for this?
Thanks.
Hi,
there seems to be an issue with the implementation of the font awesome icons in the new version. The css method does not work properly anymore so you have to use the alternative implementation. Please follow this topic:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-7-mega-menu-icons-not-showing-in-mobile-theme/
Thanks.
Hi,
I will add this suggestion to our list of future updates. Until then you can read more about the mobile theme here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello fajrialhadi,
If you have the mobile theme plugin installed, when you access your Backend, the first editor refers to Mobile Editor, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/zAtWOmb4 and then when you scroll down on your page you will see the Visual Composer editor, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/MJhylybrzE7n So, if you will disable the mobile theme plugin, you will have only the Visual Composer editor. If you are using the cache plugin, please try to clear all your caches and check again the results. I suspect that it is most likely a caching issue.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi sir, please view my latest post
Update: I think I understand what has happened, because i have activate “mobile theme” showing for some reason the mobile version as the primary. There is no way to work with normal theme & mobile

Thanks for your time
Hello svharishtech,
Please notice that the mobile theme shows only the Big Grid, your desired text added by you from your backend (if you want this) and the latest articles. Please notice that the Big Grid will show you only the post from the Featured category, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/OYpBabWYV Unfortunately. Please notice that another method to filtrate the posts for your mobile theme does not exist at the moment.
For more information about mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you for your understanding!
testing the new theme version and when you click on the menu it drags behind the home page and takes a couple seconds before it fully opens, tested with all plugins disabled and caches cleared, any suggestions?

Hello svharishtech,
I have checked your website on mobile mode and I saw that the menu is right displayed, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/NKPJ7mN8 Please try to clear all your caches and check again. For more information about our new mobile theme, please consult the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Also, for better results, please try to use the theme only with our tested plugins and without any untested plugin to rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hi,
My mobile menu with icons is displaying strangely (using the mobile theme and default responsive display). I’ve tried removing all custom CSS code and cleared caching, etc. but the problem persists.
Basically, any main menu item that has sub-menu children, displays the icon above the text (screen shot below).
Also, all the sub-men items are misaligned as shown here:
Can you think of anything that would be causing this?
Thanks,
John
How can I translate phrases as “follow us” and “about us” on the mobile theme?
Thanx in advance.
1) A child theme is not update proof unfortunately. The files will still have to be replaced and customization re-added if the file itself gets updated in the main theme. Think about it. A file gets updated with new code and you serve the old version from your child theme. It will not work properly. This is the thing about customization there is no update proof way of doing it.
2) Yes, you need to first copy over the child theme folder from the base theme archive and then create the same path for the file you want to customize as the guide shows.
3) + 3a: In that case you simply copy over the file from the root directory into the root directory of the child theme.
4) + 4a i;m not sure exacly what userpro should do as we have not tested it. I cannot provide any blind solution as I’m not sure what it is supposed to tie in. Sorry but we can’t provide any solution for this. In order to add the file to the child them, you need to maintain the file sctructure and create a /parts/header/top-menu.php in the child-theme folder
5) and 6) unfortunately these are untested plugins so we are not sure exactly where to add the code. Unfortunately this represents customization that falls beyond what support can offer you/
7) You can find the list of modified files here: http://tagdiv.com/td_deploy/Newspaper/changed_files_6.6_7.0.html Each of the files on this list were modified.
8) The mobile theme will not be affected by the child theme in the classical way as it uses a different file structure and different files. It will not use the same smartlist files as the desktop version: http://screencast.com/t/8ElxdYM2AlvV
8)a. There are 2 mobile versions now. One is the standard version and one is the mobile theme. Every setting for the mobile theme can be found here: http://screencast.com/t/fGer1I2jJzN6 so settings for the mopbile theme are made here. If you deactivate the mobile theme this panel will disappear.
8)b. I send you an email for it.
9) As I wrote above, you only need to create the file structure replicating the one in the main theme and copy your files there. As a note on the child theme all of the wp-booster folder will not work from the child theme. any modification to files in this folder will have to be made in the main theme.
Thank you!
Hi
At the moment mobile theme have a fixed layout for category page which display first three posts with a module and next ones with a different module. This implementation can be changed only from code at the moment. The design from desktop category page which includes grids or category styles is not available when the mobile theme is enabled.
Thanks!
