3)You can customize your menu, only from the panel. In order to achieve as you wish, please try to read our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ because there you can find all the steps to configure the menu.

4)Please notice that the retina logo is only for devices that have this option, for example, Apple devices. The retina logo is used to offers you a high quality for your mobile devices while the logo mobile is a normal logo which is used for normal devices that do not have retina logo integrated. As you can see in our documentation, the header style 9,10,11 do not use the logo mobile. 5) a)As you can see, these are additional customizations and you can change the color only with some Custom CSS code. For example, you can use the following code and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS Area.

I have checked our Fashion demo again and the logo was displayed fine, on the mobile and on the desktop mode, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/4hoWf5m6fik Please notice that for Header Style 9,10,11, the mobile logo is not displayed in mobile version because the logo will be from the desktop. This is the style of the theme for these kinds of header styles.

I have checked your website again and I saw that your mobile menu is working fine now. Please noticed that we cannot provide support for custom modifications, modifying the js files or other changes through code. Please notice that we can only guide/recommend you the right direction. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you need more technical support for your custom modifications, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Please keep in mind that is not an issue in our demo preview. So, this is the style of the theme. As you can see in our demo, the mobile bar have to appear after the logo and not inline with your logo. As I noticed on your website, you have some additional customizations that change the original style of the theme.

Please notice that our Background Click Ad behaves like a normal background-image with the desired URL as a click. Please check the Background section from Theme panel->Background section, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/FSgAw8rsX and from there you can set the position of your background. For more information about this feature, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-ad/
Also, as you can see, the background is not displayed to mobile devices because the display is too short to show the background and I do not understand why you want to hide this option for mobile devices.

If is not what you mean, please provide more details about what you want to achieve. Also, please provide some useful screenshot so I can understand what you mean and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

1) Thank you for pointing this out. There seems to be a problem with the alignment on mobile. You can use this custom css to fix it and i will add this to our bug list and fix it in the next version of the theme:

2) I’m not sure how your plugin ads the separator to but this is just a symbol and it should not affect anything. The plugin you use is not tested so I cannot say for sure if it will work properly. The plugin we recommend for seo is SEO YOAST as it is tested and works properly with our theme. (It will also control the separators.)

Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to use two differents menus for desktop and mobile version, sorry! Please notice that is not a simple task and to accomplish that involve custom work. We will consider in our next major update, adding some options that offer you the way to change the menu for desktop/mobile version.

I have checked your website on the mobile mode and I noticed that is not working. Also, I have checked your console and I saw that you have some js errors -> http://screencast.com/t/Mez2clOBHzaV. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please try this advice and let us know if after this your problem persists.
