Hi,

So you want to left align the content of those text elements on mobile to the left? Edit the page with the tagDiv composer, select the mobile view-port, click on the respective elements and align the content to the left in the CSS tab

Hi,

That is possible. Select 3 modules per row on desktop
https://www.screencast.com/t/hbVhTo9q
And select 1 module per row on mobile
https://www.screencast.com/t/tgxrBC4o9V
This is even recommended, having 3 modules per row on smaller devices would be not the best and practical layout.

Thanks

Hello be2name,

At the moment, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to manage your Ads to be different than Desktop version if you will not use the Mobile Theme.

Thanks.

Hi,

What exactly do you want to change about the mobile homepage? The mobile theme plugin does not have many settings, it’s front page layout is predefined
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Settings are kept as few as possible with predefined values and content, for a faster performance on mobile.
So any advanced modifications to the layout or elements of the plugin, will have to be made in the plugin code most likely.

The plugin is optional, you could not use it. Then the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile.

It was already deactivated. Another thing we noticed is that the menu button doesn’t work on iOS.
Edit: Menu and images work fine when using the mobile theme plugin. This shouldn’t be a must-have?

I’m using tagdiv composer to do ads, the one in sidebar works fine. but when I insert a custom ad below the sidebar ad (using the same image and code) it does not appear. However mobile shows 2 ads while desktop shows only 1.

In short I am only using tagdiv composer however the ads aren’t behaving as I expect them to.

Have loaded new 9.01 version of theme and re-installed Tagdiv. Website on PC (using Microsoft Edge and Firefox) seems ok but new posts are not loading on mobile/ ipad versions of site.
Additionally on the mobile site you get the tagdiv errors
{vc_row}{vc columns]

and the header/ social media counters not loading correctly with tagdiv errors.

Is this a theme error or something we need to fix?
Thanks

Hello,

I would like to know if I can put a publicity bar in the mobile version. This is very effective to monetize the blog and it would be fine if it could be done 🙂

Thank you!

P.D: (in the image that I attach, I refer to the top horizontal bar of adsense)

Hi,

I’m trying out this demo at https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_dentist/

These texts:

“Welcome to Dental Studio
The Modern Dentistry Office for Your Entire Family
Our ever growing patient base rates our dental studio very high. To see for yourself, visit us and get a free consultation from one of our highly trained dental specialists.”

are left aligned on desktop, but it will be center aligned on mobile, how do I do this? Can this be set from tagDiv composer?

this error message is showing in my blog post.

(/set the template id, used to get the template specific settings – this was the old home.php template $template_id = ‘home’; //prepare the loop variables global $loop_module_id, $loop_sidebar_position; $loop_module_id = td_util::get_option(‘tds_’ . $template_id . ‘_page_layout’, 15); //module 1 is default $loop_sidebar_position = td_util::get_option(‘tds_’ . $template_id . ‘_sidebar_pos’); //sidebar right is default (empty) // sidebar position used to align the breadcrumb on sidebar left + sidebar first on mobile issue $td_sidebar_position = ”; if($loop_sidebar_position == ‘sidebar_left’) { $td_sidebar_position = ‘td-sidebar-left’; } ?>)

What i do.

Okay. I will just do away with the block or put it in the sidebar. I wanted the loop to stretch my homepage content. Thanks. If again I may ask, I use a different post loop for the desktop and mobile view with each hidden for either device respectively in the CSS section. Does that affect SEO in any way?

Hello Catalin,
I don’t use the mobile theme and it would be great if there is a solution for the normal responsive theme, too.

On some of my posts, the social media share icons get cut off, on both PC and mobile.

I find it very strange. If there is only 2 icons, then it is fine. However, once I have 3 or more, every icon after the first two looks like it is cut in half.

I imagine it has something to do with the td_block shortcode I am inserting into the page, because it is after I do this that the problem appears.

It is after I insert this into my post that the social icon problem appears:
[vc_row][vc_column][td_block_7 category_id="88" m6f_meta_font_size="0" limit="12" m6f_title_font_size="18"][/vc_column][/vc_row]

For an example, see here:
http://www.zhongmeigames.com/2018/08/05/01/

Thanks for the great theme.

P.S. As a bonus question, I’m curious if there is a way to put the social share icons in the smart sidebar, as many popular websites tend to do. I have tried to find the right block in the widgets menu, but haven’t found anything quite like that yet.

Hello,

I’m curious to learn more about why the featured images in posts viewed under categorizes or on the home page have the images displayed off center; they are pushed downwards of the picture frame;

Here is an example: https://www.screencast.com/t/mTwxmDYz

Can that be fixed in the theme settings or is that how the theme is coded? Perhaps there is a Custom CSS fix to center the featured images to appears on desktop how they appear centered on mobile devices?

Thank you for your help!
