Hello miejan,
In my first response, I have referred to the General Mobile Responsive Mode. I did not know if you are using the Mobile Theme. In the second response, I have referred to the Mobile Theme. Notice that our theme has two way of displaying the items on Mobile. The first of is the General Responsive Mobile Mode and the second one is through using the Mobile Theme which is different than default and that’s why maybe you are confused, sorry!
Let’s clarify! If you will not use the Mobile Theme plugin, you should simply add your videos everywhere you want at your page because all of these will be rendered on the mobile layout in responsive mode. Also, if you will use the Mobile Theme plugin, all of your pages which were created with TD COmposer or Visual Composer will not be displayed at mobile mode because the Mobile Theme does not recognize the shortcodes of these page builders and you need to add the video links in the Mobile Editor section if you want to display some videos in mobile devices. I hope that you understand that functionality.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
From what I can see the website looks like this at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/oBXjiN1arx
Please check if the tagDiv composer plugin is active. Also temporarily deactivate the minification or caching plugin you are using. Then check if the theme and mobile theme are working properly.
The most common problem with the mobile theme is caching plugins. We recommend the WP super cache to be used if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
Ads cannot be disabled on specific posts or pages. Once entered in the theme panel ad spots they will be displayed at all times. They can only be disabled by device
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tMZQsVie
If you require more advanced ad options, many users recommend the Adrotate plugin. Based on user feedback this works with the theme, more about it here if you want to take a look
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/
– https://ajdg.solutions/manuals/adrotate-manuals/
The mobile menu will be accessible when the page is fully loaded. So if the page takes a long time to load, the menu may not respond. Our demo would be for demo purposes, we will try to optimize it more however.
Thanks
Hi,
1. Don’t know about that, we made no tests with that plugin. Maybe check with the plugin authors if that happens only with that specific plugin.
We also provide an AMP plugin in the theme package, it is a simple plugin offering basic AMP functionality. In the future it will receive more features
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
2. Then there is a general problem if you can’t install any plugin. Check with your hosting provider and ask them to take a look. Also check the theme requirements guide and make sure there are sufficient resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
3. We provide a mobile theme plugin, which should improve the mobile performance. More about that here, if you would consider to use it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Of course speed is influenced by many other factors, website optimization takes a lot of work.
Thanks
Hi,
What exactly do you want to do? The hamburger icon is displayed on mobile as an option to open the mobile menu modal window. On pages it is available as an icon

Thanks
Hello kennysous,
Notice that by default, the More Article Box element is hidden on mobile devices. So, you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
@media(max-width:767px){
.td-more-articles-box{
display:none;
}
}
Thanks.
Hi,
If that message is displayed, then maybe you have not update the mobile theme plugin. Delete it and install it from the latest theme package, then one you have downloaded
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YyVih6oHej
Then there would be no more problem. After each theme updates please remember to update the plugins as well. Only the tagDiv composer and social counter should update automatically.
Thanks
Hi,
No, those are predefined blocks. That block will always look like this
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-24/
The 1 column look will be the mobile look. What you could do is to hide the block on mobile, and display block 15 instead if that is what you want.
The tagDiv composer allows blocks to be removed per viewport. Check the CSS tab of the block, while selecting your desired viewport
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PduFaZaQn43
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1UJ6WiPGcqXl
So for example hide block 24 on mobile, and block 15 for desktop and the other devices (to display it only on mobile).
Thanks
why my site opening evertime mobile version on desktop.

1) can’t activate amp in my website, i am trying to use AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages
By Ahmed Kaludi, Mohammed Kaludi

2) i can’t install updraft plus for backup plugin showing same 500 error
3) my google page speed in desktop is showing 84 and mobile is showing is 34, how to increase it ?
how do I remove the entry record that is inside the mobile menu
hello,
I need to put mobile menu (hamburger) on 2 pages, please give me a clue on how to do it.
thanks a lot
After updating to the newest version, my mobile page just didn´t load as it used to. Then I noticed that I needed to reinstall the mobile plugin again, and then I got this message.

webpage:
It used to be like this:

Now it is like this

Thanks for the update. I was confused because your first response was: “You should simply add the Video element or video playlist and it will be rendered on mobile.”
Now you say the mobile theme will not render the video element or video playlist.
Two contradictory responses.
I have my featured post set as a single item in Block 24 style. I don’t like the way Block 24 displays images on mobile though. Can I change Block 24 to display images on mobile like it does for Block 15 (or another block)?
You can view it here: https://www.InterestingAnswers.com
I noticed that it’s impossible to read articles (posts) on my website http://www.agendang.com via mobile devices any longer as a slider or sidebar blocks the reader’s view from reading the contents published.
How do I deactivate that slider?
To ascertain my peculiar problem, kindly click this article: https://www.agendang.com/foreign-automobile-investors-show-renewed-interests-in-nigeria/ or any other post using any mobile device.
You simply have to copy it from here, then enter it in the Custom CSS section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IRQ9MqsZDs
Once you save the settings, the code will be loaded and the top menu should be displayed on mobile.
Not really, the website will be simple and light when using the mobile theme. There will be no page builder content, this will increase the mobile performance.
For each page you have to create two versions, one with the page builder for example, and one for mobile, with the mobile editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8bwtCisIew
The mobile theme has many predefined settings which cannot be changed, this is to further improve the performance, everything is kept as simple as possible. You could give it a try, compare before and after.
Hi,
The top menu is removed on mobile. I could give you a code to make it visible, the result would be something like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RI1YoMXcI
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-sp-top-menu,
.td-header-top-menu-full {
display: block!important;
text-align:center;
}
.td-social-icon-wrap{
display:none;
}
.menu-top-container {
margin-right: 0;
}
.top-header-menu li a {
margin-right: 12px;
}}
If needed I could modify this code. It can be entered in Theme panel custom CSS section.
Thanks
Is there a way to apply the design of the PC to mobile design when using the mobile plug-in?
Hi,
1. That would not be possible, when the mobile menu or search is accessed the page will scroll to top. Currently there is not setting to change this functionality, maybe there will be in the future.
2. That would depend on how well the website is optimized. As soon as the page is fully loaded the menu can be used. We provide a mobile theme plugin for more performance on mobile
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
After working on the website for a long time, I realized that the top most menu does not appear when I open my homepage on mobile. The site I need help is with https://defencelover.in
Hello miejan,
There’s no issue! I saw that you are using a Mobile Theme and notice that plugin does not recognize any TD Composer shortcodes and that’s why your videos do not work on mobile. You should manually add the link of your videos into the Mobile Editor section. For more information about this plugin, please check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks.
hi,
I am troubled to discover problems while using your theme.
Please help me.
The problem arose in mobile devices.
Please check the contents below.
1. After scrolling, pushing the hamburger menu or search button in the sticky header causes the problem to move to the top.
-> I want the menu to appear on the page I am currently viewing.
2. The response is too slow when you press the hamburger menu or search button in the Sticky header after scrolling.
-> I want to respond quickly.
Best regards
Wakui
