Hello,
I have another question, related to this one. How can I make the top menu to be visible on mobile devices?
Thanks,
Blagoj
That was not the problem. The problem was your AMP plugin. I Deactived the AMP plugin and now it shows the correct mobile wiev.
As the topic says my category page is broken in mobile, https://sidedtech.com/category/internet/ Check my website
Hello all,
Please notice that the AMP plugin does not have this type of functionality implemented and we do not know if it will be or not implemented in the feature, sorry! Please understand that the main functionality of AMP plugin is to display the posts very quickly on the Google’s eye. Basically, when a client in on AMP version, he is not on your website and the main goal is to redirect it to your own website. The AMP will have to be viewed as a preview to the posts pages of your website which are delivered by the Google AMP Cache. This is a proxy-based content delivery network for delivering all valid AMP documents. It fetches AMP HTML pages, caches them, and improves page performance automatically. For more information about this case and to better understand the operating system for this plug-in, please check the following useful manual from here -> https://www.searchenginejournal.com/difference-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp-mobile-friendly-pages/172967/
As a very good example, please check the official page of Seo Yoast and there you will see that they have not implemented the menu bar on AMP pages, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OfzMGTLPQk
For more references and for a better understanding of AMP functionality please read the plugin documentation!!!
Thanks for your understanding!
I have this problem in mobile cache;
The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results
I looked at the mobile version of other phones and it’s always the same thing, I do not understand why at home it works and at home no. Can you help me if possible? Thank you very much.
Hi,
I have tried sharing a post from your website on whatsapp, from a mobile phone
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gUJaT4nVE7
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tWNNPxNpAp0
There is a thumbnail displayed from what I can see.
From what I can see the mobile theme version is displayed for me as well. That could only happen if the mobile plugin is installed. Or if the website is served from cache. Try again, check if the plugin is deactivated, clear all caches and CDN if used.
Hello,
This is because you use the mobile theme plugin. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello giovanni114,
I have checked your website on Android Mobile and the Ad seems to be delivered by on the Ios it seems that the ads are not delivered, sorry! Please contact the Google Adsense, tell this problem because it seems to be a problem with your Ads and they should be able to provide a more accurate response in this case.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Where are you placing your ads? Please note AMP is for mobile only so td visible desktop will not work.
You have to place the ad code in the amp section of the theme panel
Thank you!
Hi,
If you activated the mobile theme plugin, a latest articles section will always be displayed on the homepage. It cannot be disabled, all the templates the mobile theme uses are predefined. More about then mobile theme here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Note that the mobile plugin is optional, you can choose not use it. Then the same content from desktop will be displayed on all devices.
Thanks
You are using Visual composer on posts, that is why the post content is displaying like that. The composer is removing that default padding set for default post content created normally. I could give you a code to fix this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vE5H2gXVR
Enter the code in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section
.td-post-content .vc_row {
margin-left: 0;
margin-right: 0;
}
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected the website on mobile, everything seems to be correct, there is a top sharing and a bottom sharing
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xFOnFlMOmMO
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5qKRxA0n2yK1
Please correct me if I misunderstand something.
Thanks
Maybe you removed it previously with custom code or modification in the child theme. Check the mobile theme custom code section, check the mobile theme files

Hi,
When i use the mobile browser’s share button option from the menue to share something and then pick whatsapp app from the list of app, the thumbnail appears after few seconds. But if i directly click on the WhatsApp button to share from the post share bar, the thumb never appear.
I inactivated mobile plugin but it still shows mobile version (not the usual responsive) on all three of my mobiles. Emtied cache and everything.
This is interesting, I also found some of my page directed to AMP and some not.. But, I don’t care about that. In my prespective AMP just to improve blog search rank (Google should love more blog with AMP) and leave visitor with article in ad, so it will increase my ads click.
That why I prefer to uninstall TD mobile and use TD AMP instead, bacause Newspaper mobile responsive theme.
For me, whatever it will be show on google page with AMP or not, it doesn’t matter.. Just my opinion.
Thanks
Hi,
When I check my website on my cellphone, I sometimes get the AMP version and sometimes the mobile one. I don’t understand the logic as I use the same cellphone. Could you kindly explain?
And, is there a way to just push 1 version? (AMP for example)
Thanks for your help
When a user clicks “Join” on mobile in the mobile menu, I want to redirect them to a registration page of my choosing.
Upon inspect element, this is what I found to be the registration link. https://www.screencast.com/t/SFGqk6v8
So I go to themes/newspaper/mobile/parts/login.php to edit this file at this location
https://www.screencast.com/t/oElykXzS)
And I make this change: https://www.screencast.com/t/xelABrxodc
But it does not work after I upload it to my website. Am I making the wrong change?
—
Do I make the change in the /menu-mobile.php file here?
https://www.screencast.com/t/N52rkf3WOymf
If so, how would I insert my href there properly?
Thanks.
Hi!
Our site is not updating a mobile version correctly. By the visual of the theme in TD Composer the whole site should be running well, but when we access by mobile, the pages HOME, ABOUT and CONTACT do not open correctly. No content is displayed on the Contact and About pages. We already cleaned cache and tested on several devices, but it is not working.

Tks!
hi guys, I’m having a problem loading my site consistently, especially on mobile. I’m not sure what to do or what the problem is. Can someone please help?
Hello,
in my domain http://www.fjclassitalia.it the homepage in mobile version always has the reference to the last articles, although I have selected the static page mode.
Is it possible to remove them? If yes, how?
Thanks in advance,
Yours sincerely.
Dear Simion,
Thank you for all replies.
All good except The header menu to be centered. Code is working but on mobile, menu goes over the logo.
Hello! I have successfully hidden the Instagram widget in the footer of the pages on mobile using the following code in the mobile section of the Advanced Custom CSS area, but when I do this, it’s also hiding the widget within the Smart Sidebar and default Sidebar on mobile.
@media {
.td-instagram-main{
display:none;
}
}
I was able to successfully show the default Sidebar widget by adding a custom CSS class to the widget, but I can’t seem to find the area to do this within the Smart Sidebar.
