Hi!
First sorry for my english.
I have been using this theme for a while and no problems, but now (Don’t know if since a host change or a update of theme) the “hide on devices” feature in “Settings-> responsive options” doesn’t work, and many blocks that I had hide in mobile devices and tablets now shows up in all devices.
For example, the sidebar, I only show it on deskopt, but now it appears in all devices even if I have checked the “hide box”.
I need to fix, I tried the mobile plugin but its limited, so I need this. Thanks in advance!
I have my header color set to a purple on the desktop but I can’t get it to change from black on mobile.
You can look here. http://interestinganswers.com
Is there a way to do this with CSS?
thanks.
Hello,
I have reinspected your website and I saw that your sidebar for post pages are not displayed on mobile devices. It’s strange! Please try to update the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches and remove all of the untested plugins and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi there,
I do not know if this is the correct way to suggest new improvements to the them, but here I go:
– Better Search bar: In desktop, the search is too small and it could be better a full screen search (like in mobile) and like many websites do. Example: https://pitchfork.com/
– Hamburger Desktop menu: A lot of webs have this feature. You can show the post title as you scroll in the menu and show only website logo and a hamburger menu to open all links, or just show big logo centered. Example: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/01/theater/come-from-away-sankoff-hein-grammy-awards.html?hpw&rref=theater&action=click&pgtype=Homepage&module=well-region®ion=bottom-well&WT.nav=bottom-well
– Auto Load Next Post. MUST. This is a big thing nowadays for publishers. This could work: https://github.com/AutoLoadNextPost/Auto-Load-Next-Post/issues/85
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Please keep in mind that the Sidebar for post pages or pages will be falling down under the articles by default if you are not using the Mobile Theme, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HaLqsotkt Also, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks for the message!
Glad you could sort things as you wanted. A different menu on mobile is possible, with the mobile theme, by default. Other than this, it would only be possible with theme file modifications.
I could try to give you a solution to load a different menu on mobile when the mobile theme is not activated, but it should be noted that the modifications will be lost after an update. Some of the theme files cannot be modified through a child theme.
The mobile theme is meant to be used if you want to display a lighter and different version of the website for mobile devices. Each page has to be created once for desktop, and once for mobile, through the mobile editor
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
It has predefined templates for category pages, posts etc regardless of what it’s set for desktop. Also it does not have many settings, at the moment.
Please let me know if I missed something.
Thanks
Hello Mercuriel,
Unfortunately, I have checked your website on mobile devices and I did not saw any problems with the images, sorry! Please check the demo preview to your phone and check if this behavior happens.
Thanks for the message!
Sorry for the delay. I had the mobile menu activated
Hi support, please follow up my case. mobile plugin will shown 500 internal error in wordpress. and another case, how to trigger my website social sharing. because i wanna reward point to my user when they share my article out. / my-soso.com
Braaaaaaaaaaaavo!!! Simon. That is exactly wha I needed and the options are awesome.
1 . To move the search to the left so I can insert another nav menu check
2. A way to the X to a spot that doesn’t conflict with extra menu. check
3. Got more than just one options but several Big check. and Looks great.
4. Timely response On Point!
Now another question is that is there a need for a 2nd NAV menu on the right in the industry or multisite such as this. My network is going to grow pretty large and want customers and user to be able to navigate and make it simple and helpful for all to scroll around with no conflict. Check example. Left NAV bar is categories in site 4 i.e gadgets, phones, tvs, smart home etc.. in towards the middle but off slightly is search icon. then on the far right is the extra nav menu of the whole multsite, site 1,2,3,4,5,6 so that user can navigate there quickly without the nav dropdown on left under submenus. Because it will look odd on homepage of site under the home tab with list of sites. Look good on regular mobile.
Will it be better for loading purposes to use the mobile plugin that way I would have two different menus one you pc and one for mobile with the sites listed. But I don’t like the layout of the mobile because I want it to resemble the site.
Or is that where the industry is going to be more compact.
Let me know and keep up the good work. You guys are awesome and I am sure all the your customers and developers who bought the theme can agree. Can’t go wrong with this.
Hope more updates and Mods to come soon!
Hello Catalin,
I can understand you don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins, that is understandable.
Nontheless though, if we look away from the facebook plugin, the SidebarPost (which from what I understand is a part of your theme) does not show on mobile. Is there any way to push it down/below our articles/posts (or just make it show at all) on mobile?
Also, the footer, which is completely different on mobile as opposed to desktop, is also a part of the theme.
For example, why does the text on desktop footer not show on mobile footer? Why does mobile footer show a logo when the desktop doesn’t have one?
Since these two issues are theme-related, maybe I could get some help with that? 🙂

Hello,
I have a plugin called “Facebook Page Plugin”, which is added as a widget to “SidebarPost”. However, SidebarPost does not show up on mobile.
Sidebar on desktop: https://prnt.sc/i7sy2p
Sidebar not showing on mobile: http://prntscr.com/i7syhw
I can see there is no room for a sidebar on mobile, but is there an alternative to make it show?
We also have the plugin added to our footer, plus a bunch of text, however, on mobile, neither the facebook box nor text shows up. It’s as if the mobile version uses a separate footer?
Footer on desktop: https://prnt.sc/i7sx1q
Footer on mobile: http://prntscr.com/i7sxid

Hi,
I am still having an issue with the blockquote styling.
I need the paragraphs to show, for the text not to be all caps in both the main and the mobile theme, and be left justified.
I have used the theme panel but I am not getting the results I want.
I am playing around with the css but I cannot make it anything but left justified.
blockquote {
font: 16px italic Georgia, serif;
width:500px;
padding-left: 70px;
padding-bottom: 18px;
padding-right: 10px;
margin: 5px;
text-indent: 23px;
text-align:justify;
}
Please help.
Page here.

Glad you could achieve what you wanted. There are plans to improve the mobile theme functionality in coming updates. These changes have to be carefully picked so they will not interfere with the mobile theme performance.
Thanks
Hey guys my client did something while trying to post an ad script to the header and now on the mobile version of the site there is a big whitespace right below the ad that I cannot get rid of HELP !
I checked the script, i tried creating a new page but still getting this big whitespace up top.
the url is: http://www.blackgirlnerds.com
its not appearing on the desktop it only shows when sized down for smartphone
I notice that on the mobile version of the site, some of the text doesn’t align properly around images, which really impacts the trust.
Is there some way I can prevent this or mitigate the risk of this occurring?
Thanks
i added that css code and it didnt change the font on mobile. here is a link http://triplehq.com/ill-trip-woke-sleepville/
Hi,
The css provided above is not correct. The is no display:all property – https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_class_display.asp
And like you can see here the css is not applied – https://www.screencast.com/t/Lwf7kxVUrd
The category tag was is hidden on mobiles for module 14 and it appears on your site because you have removed display:none; from stylesheet file.
I suggest to remove your custom modifications and use this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css – https://www.screencast.com/t/vIaNZgxgb
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td_module_14 .td-post-category {
margin-left: 14px;
display: inline-block !important;
}
}
Thanks!
Hello,
i have a problem on my site in both mobile and desktop, the website move to the left side and when i move to left side i can see the main menu,how i can make it fixed not moving to left and right
My website is : http://www.arabdebate.net
Thanks
The X icon could be easily moved if needed, by default it is aligned to the right. You could align it left or centered
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fgKgA6z0m
– https://www.screencast.com/t/l7ALj0Lso9w
.td-search-close {
text-align:center;
}
I could give you solution for the menu close, that would depend where exactly you want it to be positioned
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NQGpSgNi
Maybe like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/azNPo45Hq
#td-mobile-nav .td-menu-socials {
padding: 0 20px 0 65px;
}
.td-mobile-close {
left: 1px;
}
Thanks
