Unfortunately, the footer size for the mobile theme cannot be changed very easy because it is displayed in 2 different spans and could not be moved. As you can see, the same layout it displayed and for our demo version, like so -> http://screencast.com/t/lT0UVmaqTGfM If you want to change this, please notice that this is not a simple task and require to make some additional customizations through code that involves custom work and we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry!

I ran a few tests with this but there is no easy way to do it. Unfortunately if you want to revert to the mobile menu from newspaper 6, you will have to downgrade your theme to the previous version. The menu was changed altogether. There is no more old menu to revert to with simple customization.

The mobile theme footer cannot be adjusted in the mobile theme. It can be done with a bit of css though. Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it and provide the proper code. Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins including jetpack, as not all jetpack options are tested. Jetpack is a monster of a plugin that has lots and lots of features. We have not tested all of them and there are some that do not (mobile theme and photon) There could be more as jetpack is ever expanding/. Test this without plugins and see the results. If the problem is still there, please also test this on a WP default theme like twentysixteen to see if the issue is only with our theme installed.

The social counter needs to be updated as well. The new version of the theme requires the new version of the social counter so please deactivate and delete your current version and install it again from the theme;s plugins section.

Unfortunately, our new theme does not have such an option that offers you a way to switch the theme to the older version, sorry! If you want to have the old style for the mobile menu, you will have to downgrade your theme to the 6 version.

Unfortunately the mobile menu is the same whether you use the mobile theme or not. The mobile menu got a face-lift and is now animated as can be seen on our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ The mobile theme is different from the mobile menu itself. Unfortunately if you do not like the new menu, you will have to revert back to newspaper 6 as there is no way of switching to the old menu.

Please deactivate all plugins except visual composer and then activate the mobile theme first, before all your other plugins as there is an activation conflict. It needs to tie into the wp code first, before the other plugins. (this is not always the case but it worked in most cases)

(The bump has the opposite effect on our forums. S we answer from oldest to newest so it will make your topic ‘newer’ again so older ones get their answer before yours.)

Unfortunately, our mobile theme does not support any shortcode and therefore the Social Counter cannot be displayed in mobile theme, sorry! The mobile theme was intent to display a very simple version of the page. At the moment, you can add only text, images.

The mobile version does not appear as before because you have activate the mobile theme plugin. Please read this guide about it to learn more about this new feature: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you want to have the mobile version as before, you can simply disable the plugin.

Please notice that our mobile theme is very simplistic one and will display only the text which you have added in the Mobile Editor when you edit your page, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/cpObQ395 , otherwise, any text will not be visible for your page in mobile theme. Please keep in mind that the mobile theme was intent to display a very simple version of the page. At the moment, you can add only text, images. If you want to get rid of the mobile theme, you will have to simply disable the mobile plugin and the theme will be switched to the default responsive mobile version.

2. Unfortunately we have not tested any pagination plugins neither on desktop nor mobile. We cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

I have notice that you are using the mobile theme and that’s why your Social Counter is not displayed for your mobile mode. Please keep in mind that this our new feature has been designed to be very simplistic one, clear and very fast. The mobile theme was intent to display a very simple version of the page. If you want that your Social Counter to be displayed on your mobile mode, you will have to simply disable the mobile theme plugin and the theme will be switched to the default responsive version and the counter will be visible on the mobile mode as you wish.
