Hi Support Team,
This is my website https://stratheia.com/. I made its mobile view templates for the homepage, category, and posts. But I am unable to show it on mobile. The newspaper theme just shows the default theme. I wanted to ask if there is any way to show my customized mobile view instead of the default view.
Hello,
Sorry, but I can not understand exactly the problem, but I think that you are referring that the mobile version is different from desktop version and you’ll like to have a responsive version on mobile, right? If so, then all you need to do is to disable the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, or if you want to use it on amp, make sure is set like this – https://i.imgur.com/LJDdmIN.png
Thank you!
Hello TagDiv team.
I am using the pre-made template: Single Post Template 4.
But this template makes the featured image very large and I want to reduce its size.
To reduce the size of the featured image I have set the size 265 x 198 in the options, but when choosing this size the image looks blurry. Now if I choose another size the image looks very large on the PC and on the mobile too.
I don’t care that the image is cropped on PC and Mobile, what interests me is that it looks good and doesn’t cause problems in PageSpeed with the CLP.
Additionally, this causes a performance conflict for me when viewing the entry in PageSpeed.
Another important fact. In the WordPress options: Thumbnail size, I only have these measurements: width 227 width 300. Medium size and Large size, it is blank.
on my side my website have iusse with mpobile view its seen 2 section and simple ? design not good as theme design, also mobile main menu not show
Hi Bettina,
huge apologies for my late response due to the holiday period. I just managed to check out your suggested resources this week, and found everything to edit the mobile environment properly.
Many thanks again for your support
Betty
Hello,
How can I disable animation on the mobile version of a website? When clicking on Menu or Search, the navigation bar or search panel slides out slowly. How can I remove the animation so they appear immediately, without delay? I need this to address an issue with INP (https://web.dev/articles/inp?hl).
Thank you very much!
Hi,
We frequently use tables and they display really poorly on mobile, where the table automatically scales to the available width.
I believe this to be a relatively new behaviour as I recall tables previously having the option to scroll horizontally.
Is there a way to get that horizontal scrollbar back? Even better would be a table that sticks both the header and first column, but I don’t want to have to install third-party plugins.
Thanks!
I select: Entry -> Add new In the text editor, select (from the top toolbar) Add a medium -> in the open modal on the left, select ‘Add URL’ I paste the link to the entry into the URL field – manually. The entry is automatically loaded with a thumbnail. On the desktop it’s OK, on the mobile version there are still red links.

Hi,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated, please deactivate it.
When the mobile theme plugin is used, you need to set for pages the page content in the mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png. also, there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can assign the mobile page.
Thank you!
Hi. Thank you for reading. For https://www.techtaffy.com we want to have a static Home mobile page that we build out on the composer. What would be the settings that let us ship this please?
The mobile site is just a list of latest articles right now.
Hi,
You can edit with tagdiv Composer, select the viewport for phone delete the element and add the mobile menu.
You need to create a page to set in modal popup https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
Thank you!
I would like to be able to have the classic mobile burger menu, without any external window…. how can I do it? Thanks
Hi,
while working on a website where the Newspaper theme is implemented, we noticed an error when displaying links and post thumbnails.
By entering any main entry, e.g. https://motovoyager.net/newsy/brytyjska-fabryka-opon-marki-avon-tyres-po-112-latach-ostateczne-zakonczyla-produkcje/ in place of promoted entries, red links are visible instead of thumbnails.
The problem is visible on the mobile version and randomly on the desktop version.
I will be grateful for help
Hello, I’m using the Momentum Pro template, and I can’t view the menu on mobile.
When I click on the burger menu I get the attached message: “popup modal: you have not selected a page o another modal in order to display its contents”.
How do I make the menu appear?
Hello @Oliver07!
Click on that hamburger menu and choose a menu in the mobile viewport: https://prnt.sc/KM1WiaiJlPSD

Hello,
Unfortunately, you can’t display the number of comments for the mobile theme.
You can only display the number of comments if you use a mobile responsive or mobile page.
Thank you!
The Main Menu of this site https://redstickmom.com/ is not showing on mobile devices.
How can I fix it? What’s wrong?
Hello,

Hello David!
Did you use the feature “Remove unused CSS” of a cache plugin?
Click on that hamburger menu and choose a menu in the mobile viewport: https://prnt.sc/KM1WiaiJlPSD
Thank you!
