Hello @cryptopsyche !
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
The header menu and mobile header are different, but you can copy-paste elements from one row to another to add some elements.
Also, the header sticky is the same if you use a global header.
Thank you!
Hello!
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contains less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There is all about the DOM. Which means you need to have less elements into that container or row, as such on that page. I can suggest you only to take care of how many elements you use on that page. You can try to use a cache plugin or a plugin which can minify the page or combine some elements in order to reduce its size.
To increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.

Thank you for understanding!
Hello Dave!
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If there are no results, then uninstall the Mobile theme plugin, clear all your cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
How do I remove Pop up Menu background on mobile? Please check this image

As a side note, we had to turn mobile theme off because it doesn’t work with editing Pages on mobile and we do not have the capability to turn that off for pages like we could in posts (per my previous ticket and answer from you on this). If we turn mobile theme back on, our other pages will unformat. I need a way to edit this account page for mobile. I tried formatting the page in an aesthtic way in WordPress editor and it worked just fine, but then I could not edit the mobile page that way either and the formatting was much like you see in this screenshot. Thanks.
Hi,
My website aibotmaster.com is not live now. So can you please check whether this website is mobile-responsive or not? If not, can you please make this mobile responsive?
Hi, sometimes the mobile layout works and sometimes it doesn’t, I created 1 different layout for the mobile version, but it happens several times that it shows the desktop version layout.
https://ibb.co/pZk94Lw – it shows the desktop version of the layout on mobile, it cannot.
https://ibb.co/rMHWLNd – orginal desktop layout
https://ibb.co/K2CHzLH – layout mobile, what should this be to show

Hello,
Would you please direct me to the documentation to edit the WooCommerce My Account page in tagdiv or where I can add css to make this page functional? The default is an absolute mess and there are no proper edit options in tagdiv to organize the sections where they are not all bunched together. This looks absolutely terrible and is going to cause a lot of issues for my customers. Thanks for your guidance. See screenshot.

Hello,
I can’t figure this out.
I have ALL Post Settings correct, to go to the Cloud Template I want. I have each Mobile Header/Mobile pages set and turned on, and yet – on this page, as you can see it is still coming up with the LIVING MAGAZINE header. How do I get rid of this, and go back to my own Mobile header?

Very strange, some how Newspaper is NOT saving or assigning the Post Template / Mobile Header on the “Post” pages. I have many and it would be very helpful to do this globally, all at once. Any ideas? I can share web admin access if absolute necessary..
Thank you.
My website is: houseofbinge.com
For some reason, the mobile menu does not work after making some optimizations. Can somebody help in understanding what could be the problem here?
Right now I have the mobile theme at the default url: https://content.triethocduongpho.net/home-mobile/
But what I want to have is when the home page https://content.triethocduongpho.net is accessed through a phone, the content of https://content.triethocduongpho.net/home-mobile/ is shown.
Right now the default template is shown (with the grids and the latest articles).
Do I need to install AMP for this? I’m using version 12.4
Thanks for any help.
Greeting
I’m not a professional, so I have a problem with the speed of the website – http://www.dijasporovac.com – even though I have very few plugins activated. The mobile version was especially slow for me, so I installed the mobile theme. Now the speed is solid, but it doesn’t seem like I wanted, but ok.
I am wondering if the header and footer can look the same on the mobile theme as on the desktop version?
I don’t like the header on the mobile version. Even though I delete the website logo in the settings, it still appears in the header.
P.S. Before installing the mobile theme, the mobile version looked very nice and simple (as well as the desktop). Is it possible to achieve high speed without a mobile theme?
Thank you very much

The $ symbol for the Initial Price seems to be off a line or not inline with the the Initial Price text on mobile view.
As seen here: https://i.imgur.com/ucGgrox.png
I have received a notification from Google Search Console that the content on my article posts is wider than the mobile screen. The posts they particularly flag are:
https://brooksysociety.com/top-10-coffee-shops-in-the-bishop-arts-district
https://brooksysociety.com/top-10-coffee-shops-in-little-italy-san-diego
I have hundreds of blog posts published in this format, are there any suggestions you have to ensure my content is not wider than the mobile screen?
How can I add more space between a post’s text and the left and right sides of the screen – for every post?
Hi Calin,
Thank you so much for your help, I input the code you sent and the problem was fixed. I’m wondering if you might know which element on the homepage is over 714px? Is there a way for me to see or fix this sizing issue on my end?
I noticed that when I added more elements (spaces and Block 2) to the homepage, the side to side scrolling on mobile returned. I removed the spaces and extra block and the problem was once again fixed.
I love your theme and would like to be able to use it for the foreseeable future, but also need to know if it can display optimally on mobile.
HI,
Thank-you so much. I have set Sticky header for Both ipad & mobile on the HOME page only at this time; and wonder if there is an EASY method to apply this to ALL mobile headers at once? Global settings perhaps – not sure where I go to do this, all at once.
Otherwise it will be very time consuming to do this on EVERY page that I have.
Thank you.
Hi All,
I’ve had a hunt for others if they have the same issues as this but can’t find anything.
Any post we create on a computer and click the preview button will always load in Mobile view. I’ve been through every setting I can think of and can’t find any way to resolve it. I’m wondering if it’s a plugin doing it but again can’t find one that is the cause. Yoast even has a tick box that says preview in desktop mode. When I click that and preview, it’ll load for a millisecond in desktop view and then revert to mobile view. Is anyone able to help?
Tx!
Dave
Hi,
Please edit the mobile header and sticky header like in this video -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually this situation can appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin, if the responsive version is used, then the same layout should be on mobile as on desktop.
Thank you!
Hi,
Depends if you use for entire website mobile template or not, but you can do it in the phone section and after copy the entire row and paste it to the mobile template. The footer will apply globally if you use the same footer template.
Thank you!
Hello,
What I recommend is to change the background color for the mobile search – https://i.imgur.com/nU5OswA.png
Thank you!
Hello
Please also check MAIN page @ http://FODPhotosite.com – I felt sure the mobile header was on this page, but when viewed it goes to LIVING MAGAZINE… I have lots of pages, and need to have my MOBILE Header Added to every page.
I have checked with Mobile S23 Ultra, and Apple iPAd Pro and it is doing sam thing – showing LIVING magazine. It seems to work some times for mobile header and then reverts back to the Living Magazine header. How do I keep my Main MOBILE HEADER and get it on every page, globally – all at once?
Thank you.
When I access my website via cell phone/mobile, after clicking the search magnifying glass symbol in the menu bar, my whole screen goes white and I can no longer see any symbol or search bar. It is technically there and still functions properly (although it’s not visible, I can still click and type into it), but I have a feeling its color is blended into the backgrounds (white). I’ve altered my theme’s Mobile Menu / Mobile Search color settings and still cannot find a solution. Perhaps it’s some kind of bug?

Side note: I deactivated and uninstalled the tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP Plugins. The tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin renders my mobile homepage little more than a column of blog posts. It looks cheap, tacky, and utterly uninteresting.
Thank you for your help in advance
When I access my website via cell phone/mobile, the homepage allows users to scroll from side to side, as well as up and down. I have tested it on multiple iPhone screen sizes and the side to side scrolling persists, is there any way to stop this from happening?

It seems like there is no middle ground for the homepage display, either users will be inconvenienced by side-to-side scrolling or encounter an uninteresting design.
Is there a way to get the best of both worlds: for my homepage to look the same on mobile as it does on desktop, without bugs like the side to side scrolling?
Thank you for the help in advance!
