Since I did an upgrade to a newer version of Newsmag nothing on Buddypress pages was displayed in the mobile template. It just shows everything except the Buddypress content, like a member list, messages etc. On desktop it still works fine. I downgraded to a version 4 and then it worked again. Now I upgraded to the latest version to see if it is fixed, but still the same problem occurs.
Hey,
I purchased TagDiv Newspaper theme around a month back, and had been working on setting it up even since. For quick setup purposes, I imported the Influencer Demo on the website, which i changed later according to the need. The current problem is that, despite having a different mobile template for Blog Post (Single Page), it sometimes seems to load the Global template itself, and using it’s mobile properties. This causes a lot of viewing errors on the website.

Hello —
I am using this CSS as you wrote above. It works great.
.td-theme-slider .td-slide-nav {
opacity: 1!important;
z-index: 1!important;}
Three questions:
— Can I adjust the vertical position of the “Previous” and “Next” slide icons? If I could, I would like the slide icon arrows to be close to the top of the image.
— Is it possible to add a “Pause” button — probably through CSS — and select that icon, color, and location?
— A question about saving for a Mobile layout. I would like to have the slide icon arrows be different size for Mobile than for desktop/laptop. Would I just save while the Mobile icon is shown, and the program will recognize that one parameter for a Mobile?
I tried this one time — it did not work well for me. The settings for Mobile layout also were displayed on a tablet, which made for a bad display on the tablet. When saving a page or post for Mobile, do you suggest that “Landscape viewport” and “Portrait viewport” also be adjusted and saved at the same time?
It would seem that the display settings for a tablet would be better if it defaulted to Desktop viewport rather than defaulting to Mobile viewport.
Thanks much for a very flexible program.

Hello!
Try this CSS:
#td-mobile-nav .td-menu-login-section a {
color: #fff!important;}
Thank you!
I’ve been trying everything for 3 hours and the only way to not show the duplicate categories in mobile, is activating the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin and only the WordPress menu is shown. (the words are shown in capital letters). http://prntscr.com/pyn2o8
When the browser is smaller, or on mobile version, the menu (which is smaller) isn’t working anymore. Any suggestion ?
Regards,
Bart
I am having the same problem, I have deactivated all plugins, cleared the cache, I have only left the Newspapper plugins but in the mobile menu the categories are duplicated as shown in the picture of the previous colleague. Can you tell me how to fix it? Thanks.
Hello,
1. Please clear all cache. Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option. We recommend WP Super cache because it providing this option.
2. You can not add more than 3 inline ads to the content.
A solution is to use auto ads, those will be automatically placed where they fit correctly => https://i.imgur.com/qX36kT0.png https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9261805?hl=en
If the AdSense code needs to be set between head tags, this can be set in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes. Example: https://prnt.sc/1tju9qf -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq, the code needs to be set only once per page -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-google-adsense-to-your-wordpress-site/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Now, you can use which one is more suitable for your needs.
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. Check the case here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-shown/
If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use AMP, but we offer support for the mobile version only with mobile theme + AMP plugin and set for AMP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ => https://i.imgur.com/1kMs1ds.png and set the AMP for posts => https://i.imgur.com/GLEeeoZ.png, but you can’t customize the layout for AMP with tagDiv Composer.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hello,
This problem is caused by the cache plugin. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option
Thank you!
My website is:ipkmedia.com
Every post in it will be delayed for several hours before it is displayed on the mobile phone
Hi, I have changed some settings in amp with not forcing amp pages on mobile users. As I checked amp pages now, after this setting, the amp pages on one of my website are getting corrupted. And the same settings were implemented on my 2nd website, there I could not find any issue, amp pages are running fine on 2nd website. Can you please tell me the root cause and how to fix it?
Corrupted page: https://www.electronicsforu.com/technology-trends/government-drafts-policies-contribute/amp
Problem 1 : I have switched on mobile theme for my website. However I am not using the AMP version due to the facts that I need certain javascripts running.
However, while surfing my website some of my posts opens like the responsive version while some others open in mobile theme. I want mobile theme to run perfectly for faster loading than the responsive version. Please help.
Problem 2: Also, I have lengthy content, so i can’ t post more than three adsense ad units in the content section. Even if I post the js code, only 3 ads shows at most. Is there any way to override it? (As google now permit to put more ads for lengthier contents)
Problem 3 : Is it possible to customise the mobile theme? I didn’t find enough details in the tagdiv documentation. Seems like the infinitely possible wordpress theme is getting restricted by tagdiv mobile theme. Can you point me in the direction, to which sections or files can we edit to add more features to mobile theme (If possible to the amp version too) via any expert developers.
Thanks

Hello
Currently my website is performing perfectly on front page speed metrics. It’s very good. However, my post pages have very bad performance which is actually now the main reason my news content is not making it into Google top stories/news
How can a correct this poor performance on posts? I have ultra optimised all caching, server site, using litespeed very fast servers and Bunny CDN with all recommended settings for absolute best performance.
Front page is all GREEN with all stats and showing between 98% and 99% on mobile and 100% on desktop. Very good scores with all metrics greened out.
But. With post pages, failing core web for mobile only. This is stopping getting into top news
What can I from here?
When I publish a new post, the page on the computer side can be displayed immediately, but it takes a long time to display on the second-hand phone side. What is the reason?
Brilliant, it’s resolved (desktop/mobile).
You are fantastic!
I disabled, deleted and reinstalled composer and it works.
Thanks.
Hello!
Both articles have no featured image set up, neither in the desktop version.
If you mean the images from the sidebar, then you shouldn’t have placed them in the mobile version for 2 columns: https://prnt.sc/KLkzuuzT8kiZ, only if you make them wider(set 60% and 40% for the second column: https://prnt.sc/yADabbPqMrHs).
You can re-order the columns on the mobile viewport: https://prnt.sc/GUZQ43nJiLEL
Thank you!
Hello!
Other issues here could be the page speed and the configuration of your resources on your website.
You need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar, and so on.
internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed with every update.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Let me start again. I think I have made this confusing for support
Okay so.
For the template I use for my “people category” the feature image shows exactly where I want it to be on DESKTOP. But on mobile. It is showing all the sidebar images above the content.
For my “Blog Posts” category template. The feature image will show correctly on DESKTOP. But it will place the feature image at the bottom on MOBILE.
I have tried changing this via the view window. But I get conflicting results and placement issues everywhere.
For my /blog posts templates on MOBILE. The feature images shows at the top of the page correctly on DESKTOP. But showing at the BOTTOM for on Mobile. I cannot seem to fix or change this.
Example post here
Hello
There is a problem having I am having with this single post template on mobile phones.
Also. In my /blog posts as seen here
https://www.techbusinessnews.com.au/blog/cloud-solutions-and-services-for-business-in-2022/
The feature image does not show on mobile at all.
I have set feature images to the side. On divi preview for mobile screen everything looks fine and okay. But if you look on a mobile phone device. It puts all the sidebar images above the content.
This should not be happening, divi preview does not show this. So why? I have tried feature image on both sides also
Here’s my screen. As I said before, I’ve set all of that and erased all demo content. You can see the header I’ve set in composer on the screenshot, but the screenshot I included in my original post is what is being generated. I thought it might just be on the CPTs, but it happens off and on on my home page also. It will not allow me to create a mobile page for CPTs, which is where it happens most often, but it is also happening on other pages and even my home page. The text is embedded somewhere other than in Composer. I was asking if there is a way to get into a php file or something to delete this line?
