I designed a mobile webpage through tagDiv composer. Even used a template (News Page-Nature Love-mobile) and it looks like this on the screen:
But when I pull it up on my phone it looks like this:
I can i fix this? What am I doing wrong? Help?
And I wouldnt be angry if you could tell me how to get rid of the green box at the top as well.

Hello, for a few days, I have received complaints from my clients because the menu does not load when it is on mobile, it stays waiting and never shows up, you have to enter PC mode and from there you access the categories. Could you please review or what do I have to do to solve this.
Checking if I am logged in if the menu appears but if I am as a visitor it does not load.

This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Copy-paste the URL in another tab of your browser.
It could be a cache issue if the mobile pages are assigned correctly on all your desktop pages. Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

we have deactivated the cache and also the settings in Cloudflare are as you describe, but still the problem is persistent.
Could you please help us further as we need this menu to work – otherwise mobile visitors can not use our newsroom.

When i use news ticker my website hangs on mobile devices, When i remove news ticker then website loads faster…
But one issue, How to change default fastnews logo in mobile devices, On desktop it shows correct logo but when i open website newstodayflash.com on mobile devices it shows fastnews logo

Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache and check if this problem related to loading the website on mobile persists.

I’m guessing a lot of your buyers will be wanting a tag manager analytics implementation when using the mobile/AMP version of Newspaper?
The AMP plugin will only use the a gtag set up rather than loading the GTM container itself.
It looks like GTM4WP is about the most popular plugin that caters for everything, just a suggestion.

Question was – is this an issue only affecting us or a general plugin problem which we have to be patient until you have a fix?
Secondly is this related:
Mobile header in Chrome and Firefox.
It is not opening for us,
We can open the header in Safari just fine and also on desktop.
From what we checked, it seems not to be an issue with the cache.
Can you perhaps point us to the right direction on how to fix this?

please see my header, it’s deplaced after the site loads completely: 
In the mobile view the header image/logo is moved down if you scroll. If I am logged in as admin, the error disappears.
Any idea? I’ve disabled the plugin cache and cleared the cloud flare’s cache, too.

I imported a header template (Estates PRO) and installed it as my top menu, after modifying it a bit. I have also installed a sticky menu from the same template. They save fine, but when they display, there is an extra space at the bottom of both menus (the regular and the sticky one). What is causing this extra padding at the bottom?
None of the CSS rows, columns or elements have any padding or any borders or margins in both menus. All elements seem to be properly set, with no extra spaces from the original template. Yet the problem persists on most computers and on the mobile. Can you help?

At times the home page freezes and I don’t be able to scroll from the first viewport on the theme. In addition to this, I am not able to edit my blog posts while browsing on mobile. The edit button isn’t clickable when I try to edit a post on a mobile device.
I have enabled this plugin: tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, On mobile when I click on the menu button on mobile it shows “Click here – to use the wp menu builder” I need to have the same menu as desktop, while tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is active. SOS Help
