Sorry, I dont know how to attach an image here on the forum. Still new to all this
Hi,
This situation appears when tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is used and the cache plugin do not change the mobile version separate on desktop version. First recommendation is to check if the cache plugin supports separate cache for mobile, if not what you need to to is to use the tagDiv mobile theme plugin only for amp – https://i.imgur.com/FfcFP6t.png (in case that amp is used) or disable the plugin.
Thank you!
I am new to website making and am facing a problem. my mobile version of the site displays the content going off screen. The post samples that came with the theme work just fine but when I make my own new post, the test goes off the screen. How do I fix this? Please help
Hi,
The tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is used to provide a simple and clean version for mobile version, but this one is very limited in options and permissibility.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually this situation appears when your cache plugin do not make a separate cache for mobile version and is using the same cache for bot versions. In case that your cache plugin do not have an option for this, then you’ll need to disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin ( or use it only for amp)
Thank you!
Hi,
Ok, so I use my phone and I checked all but all mobile menu elements but for me the that ‘tipobet’ was not displayed. Do you have the possibility to test it with more mobiles? It is possible that this popup/redirect to be only for some regions or it can be an isolate case. I tested using android.
I also tested on desktop using a mobile simulator and everything as ok.
Now checking your screen record by checking the network it appears that this is a googlebot – https://i.imgur.com/DDIevxw.png also, I so code related to apple, so it is possible to be a problem that will be only on iOS.
Thank you!
I think I have a similar problem — I’m not able to enable the mobile version of the site. It seems like I’ve done everything correctly, but it still doesn’t work.
I disabled the mobile theme plug in and it seems to be working now. Is the mobile theme just incompatible with wpforo? Or shortcodes in general?
Hello there.
What can cause this issue: on desktop computer is showing mobile version of the site. I use AMP and mobile plugin.
How can I fix it?
Hi,
I want to show some menu items under the “More” dropdown only on tablet view — not on desktop or mobile. There’s no setting in tagDiv Composer for this.
Please let me know how to achieve this or if a workaround is available.
Thanks.
Hi Tagdiv theme.
I am having trouble with my mobile version of the site CaribbeanNationalWeekly.com. It seems to be showing an AMP version I think. Not entirely sure if that is the issue. I have a mobile template that is set to Global but it is not showing. Please assist. I read other issues on the forum regarding mobile, but none seemed to have a solution. Kind regards
Hi there. I am having trouble with wpforo not working on mobile. It works fine on desktop. The only thing on that page is just the shortcode required for the forum [wpforo]. I have tried this with amp installed or uninstalled. Here is the forum link and you will see that its just a blank page on mobile but loads normally on desktop.
I saw an old issue but I didn’t see any resolution on that.

As shown in the video the redirect appears random in the different site’s pages but this only in the mobile version. I analyzed all the theme’s folders and files via ftp but I can’t find anything.
Hi,
I just checked using my mobile and it seems to be working ok, Also I used a tool and this looks ok, but there are a few suggestions – https://i.imgur.com/9tmNFDF.png – https://socialsharepreview.com/?url=https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2025/05/02/reviewed-rebecca-vasmant-emily-saunders-robert-lee/ maybe this will help you.
Hi,
Please keep Wordfence and Cloudflare enabled, as they help protect your website from potential attackers.
I checked the site using three different mobile devices and didn’t encounter the redirect issue. Could you let me know if it only happens on the homepage, or does it occur randomly across the site?
Thank you!
I’ve tried Wordfence and Cloudflare but no malaware was found but i still have this problem only in the mobile version. Other suggestion?
Thank you
Thanks for the answer my friend.
The ad is defined in the theme panel, as in the 2 links below:

For the mobile version I did what you said and it worked, the display returned correctly on the desktop.
However, I’m still having problems viewing ads. No ads appear in my original browser, and when I open them in another browser, the ads appear normally, but others appear that I can’t view in my original browser.
Other browser – https://ibb.co/LDk3n2hh
Origin browser – https://ibb.co/sv0RQkWb

Dear Support Team,
we are currently experiencing an issue with the Newspaper 12 theme (latest version) in a WordPress Multisite environment. On any post or page where the paywall is active, the burger menu also displays the paywall overlay. This is incorrect behavior — the navigation menu should remain accessible and unaffected by the paywall restriction, allowing users to browse the site structure even if the article content is restricted.
This issue is particularly noticeable on mobile devices and occurs consistently on all pages with active paywall protection. It seems that the paywall overlay wraps the entire page content, including the mobile navigation menu.
We are using the following setup:
• WordPress Multisite with separate instances per blog
• Theme: Newspaper 12
• Page Builder: tagDiv Composer (for all pages)
• Post Editor: Gutenberg (for all articles)
Relevant Plugins in use:
• tagDiv Cloud Library
• tagDiv Composer
• WooCommerce
• WooCommerce Memberships
• WooCommerce Subscriptions
• and others

Hi,
1. I see that you have the ad box element and you chose the header section from the theme panel for your ads, make sure that you have the ad set there.
2. This situation appears because the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin (this will change the mobile layout version) is installed and activated and your cache plugin do cache the mobile version separate on desktop version. The most simple solution for this is to disable the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and clear all cache.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m not sure, but it is possible that your website to be infected, because the mobile version should be different from the one from your screenshot, that one seem to be a different website or it can also be an ad popup and has been touched/clicked and that one to open that website.
What I’m recommending is to use Wordfence plugin and also Cloudflare.
Thank you!
The mobile version of the site doesn’t work properly even when changing the settings from the theme panel. In addition, on some pages, always in the mobile version, this page appears (see attachment). How can I solve it? Thanks in advance

Hi,
The mentioned demo is using for mobile version a popup element that is displaying a page, if you want a simple menu, please use tagDiv Composer, select the mobile version and replace the popup element with mobile menu element (this will use one of the menus created in WordPress) -> https://i.imgur.com/moyiEMv.png – https://i.imgur.com/CwTQkAI.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme can not control that background color (this one – https://i.imgur.com/jw5pUnW.png), in case that the theme panel option for “MOBILE TOOLBAR BACKGROUND” is set, this should be display on browser, e.g: https://i.imgur.com/NAyn1RU.png – https://i.imgur.com/C0YSlDY.png and when I check your website for me it’ll like that – https://i.imgur.com/xjPgvAO.png but this has nothing to do with the mobile shortcode icon – https://i.imgur.com/ULmg8Vg.png
Thank you for your understaing!
Hi,
I just rechecked and the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is still enabled (you should use the responsive version not the plugin), please disable this plugin – https://i.imgur.com/cvDpoin.png should be like this – https://i.imgur.com/W7FzJSD.png
Thank you!
