Thank you.
Hello,
If you have a pro prebuilt, please make sure you have assigned the menu on the mobile menu with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/ncMNlxpOA
Also, please make some screenshots to better understand the problem.
Thank you!

i noticed that my mobile theme as it appears in the tagdiv composer is quite different from how it appears on my phone device.
I have customized the mobile edition of my homepage in the composer and saved but yet some other theme appears on my phone device.. i want my phone device to pick up the mobile theme as seen in the composer.. i just want the responsive version of my desktop website as my mobile theme
enclosed is the screenshot of the mobile version as it appears in the composer and the other is as it appears on my phone proper.
thanks.
I didn’t fix the problem, I now make sure the desktop and mobile pages are all as I said above:

Problem moving image (confirmed in Firefox and Safari) :

Hi, I need to change this color (black to white): https://i.ibb.co/Qmnd775/Immagine-2021-02-22-123315.png
I changed setting to: https://i.ibb.co/qNXGjVR/Immagine-2021-02-22-123734.png without success
I can change icons via css without problem, but i can change header mobile color via css.
PS: I don’t want to use the mobile plugin because it changes my whole home page.

Hello!
I checked your website and it seems to work well on both versions: desktop and mobile.
Did you managed to solve the issue?
If not please send me a screenshot with exactly the part which seems weird to you, so I can help you efficiently.
Thank you!
Please see the screenshots:
Standard-Page: https://ibb.co/yNKQM97
Mobile-Page: https://ibb.co/Cn42SkV
For the test (that I can differ from the normal page) I have an “Block 1” on the mobile page labeled “Test”. But when I open nerdified.de on a mobile device, the mobile page would not be load.
Can you tell me whats wrong?

Hello,
We’ve recently completed developing our new website with Newspaper. When we were doing the final testing for the site, we found that they mobile theme and pages were not the same as the desktop ones.
We’ve activated AMP and Mobile Theme, but we still have the same problem.
Is there an easy way to create the mobile pages without having to recreate them in the TD Composer?
Thank you!
Hello!
Please make sure that you have activated the proper thumbs for the mobile theme. The mobile theme requires the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.
This can be found in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh
After activating the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
Thank you!
Hello!
They are not like mobile theme “light weight”, but you have the opportunity to change the design however you want.
You need to access your homepage and you will find a section where you can assign your mobile page created: https://www.screencast.com/t/JP0xigDwtZ
Thank you!
Hello !
This is how your website looks on the mobile devices at the moment: https://www.screencast.com/t/201MV5yW
If you want to use the Mobile theme plugin here is a quick guide on how to do it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Updated:
I’ve reactivated the mobile theme and AMP to speed my page load. I’ve set it to Mobile and AMP. I’ve also then tried AMP only but I see no changes when looking through my phone (cleared cache).
When choose Mobile and AMP vs only AMP what will be the difference from mobile view?
Also, how can I see these changes on the mobile (not as preview but browsing through the phone)? currently doesn’t show changes
The tutorials and documentation do not explain things fully or step by step. https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
This doesn’t tell me how to set it up properly, what Mobile vs Mobile Amp vs AMP actually mean and which to choose. It doesn’t tell me how to preview the AMP version for changes. It doesn’t tell me anything (this is a recurring theme throughout every issue with these documentations they need a MAJOR update).
Thank you!

I am using your Newspaper Theme.
Google Console has detected and advised me to fix the following two Mobile Usability issues:
(i) Text too small to read; &
(ii) Clickable elements too close together
Please advise how I can fix these two issues.
Thanks & Regards….. Renu Bakshi
Hi,
I would like to have a custom logo size in the News Week theme, for header and footer, both on desktop and on mobile.
I understand I would need some custom CSS code, would you be so kind as to provide it please?Thank you
Eduardo
Update:
I tried starting with a blank mobile header, instead of the Lifestyle Pro header, but it did the same thing as before.
Then, as a work-around, I ended up just putting the hero image in the header and then I put the sticky row nav-bar (that I wanted to have just below the hero) at the top of the webpage itself (rather than in the header) and it seems okay.
Although I do now have a very thin white line between them that I haven’t figured out how to eliminate yet. I may eventually try eliminating the header all together, but for now I’ve already spent way too much time on this.

Hello! i have an issue with td-header-wrap color background
as you can see on homepage https://ibb.co/DLj0nWR is different from single post page https://ibb.co/DLj0nWR
Seems that in homepage there is a sort of opacity filter in all homepage
You can also try to click on menu from mobile and close it and you can that for a while color will change..
Let me know thanks
I’m having a problem with the sticky header malfunctioning on mobile vertical-view on a mobile site.
Initially it was working fine. I have the sticky header below a hero image (Lifestyle Pro header template).
Then, I made a change to the horizontal view and when I went back to the vertical view, the sticky header was broken. Instead of remaining at the top, when scrolling it would disappear right when it hit the top of the screen, also, at the moment that it vanishes, the elements just below the sticky header flicker & flash.
If I turn off the sticky, everything is fine, except I want the header sticky!
I turned off all other plugins and turned off the Godaddy CDN (no firewall) trying to resolve it, but none of that made any difference.
I then figured maybe there was a glitch with the header itself, so I created a whole new header from scratch (again starting from the Lifestyle Pro mobile template). It was again fine on mobile vertical view after my changes. Then I went and made my changes to mobile horizontal view and, when I finished those, I went back to vertical view and the sticky header malfunction had returned!
I do have the sticky position set to “top” and it’s the row that I’m setting as sticky. I’ve tried it on multiple devices, using both safari and chrome and it does the same thing everywhere — but the problem is only on mobile-vertical view (desktop, etc is fine). I tried changing the z-index for the row to 90 thinking maybe it was in the background, but that didn’t make any difference.
Pls Help!
Hello! i need an info about social counter with AMP
As you can see this article has 458 views https://ibb.co/BZYzL51
For testing i made 3 views from 3 differents phone but counter was always block on 458 instead to display 461 views
Then i move with desktop and counter UP to 459 https://ibb.co/YPLKJKm
and then also views in mobile UP to 459 https://ibb.co/N25kt45
Seems that Desktop Views are counted but not from AMP.
Waiting feedback about this
Thanks
Hi,
i’m dealing with your mobile theme and AMP integration.
Followed your instructions on how to but Amp single pages seems not work.
When i try to check and test AMP there is no active page when i add /?amp.
Even testing on AMP tools give me a response that there is no AMP page on url.
Maybe i misunderstand the integration between mobile theme and Amp, but i followed your instructions.
You can try this url:
https://www.macitynet.it/recensione-ravpower-pd-pioneer-65w/?amp
I have Wp-rocket for caching and cloudflare Pro.
Any solutions?
Hello,
I’d like to add a Back to Top button for my site on responsive mobile versions. I can see it on desktop / PCs, but mobiles.
Please assist me on how to add it!
Thanks!
Hi thanks for your response. The menu works fine for the home page. However, the issue seems to appear on post page such as follow https://www.keselamatankeluarga.com/mencegah-keracunan-asap-genset-knalpot/. The menu and search icon in unclickable and the header layout is also messy in mobile responsive mode. Hope you can share your advice on this.
thanks
I am currently using Header Template 26.
The display is normal on both desktop and tablet, with no extra area at the bottom of the header.
Previews of the Settings screen on the mobile were also normal, but when I browsed on the phone, there was an excess of white space at the bottom, as shown in the red box below.
This is a link to my website that you can check and verify on your phone: This is a link to my website that you can check and verify on your phone.

The site is dolfanradio.com. This only happens on the mobile version where the thumbnails are grey boxes.
Hi,
My website is mindfulpump.com
Setting up the mobile theme was an absolute disaster so now I’m just working with the responsive mobile version of my websites. Online it seems great but in reality on my phone the header overtakes the top grid half way. Columns don’t seem to work on mobiles so how do we align everything on one line?

1) I would like to make the logo, menu and search bar all on one line to not kill space
2) Can someone please explain how padding, margins and borders work so I can know how to play with them correctly.. I just keep throwing numbers in hoping it work but it doesnt do anything 90% of the time
3) my speed report is bad, any way to improve the loading of this site?
Thank you
