I just checked your website and now the mobile theme plugin is use only for amp. If the problem reappear, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Unfortunately if you are using same plugin for shortcodes, this will not work on mobile theme, it will be interpreted as a html text, this will work only on responsive version. Also because amp plugin is use with mobile theme plugin the shortcode will not work on amp too, only if you do not use the mobile theme for amp.
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.

I original had Mobile theme active for “mobile and amp”. I recently changed the setting to have mobile theme active for amp only. Somehow the setting changed itself back to “mobile and amp.” I click on save settings after selecting “amp” too. Please help

Can someone help me change the font size of the blog post title? If I change the default size 32px it only changes in the desktop version the mobile version remains unchanged at 32px
I’ve tried this but it doesn’t appear to work.
Also the text on Website Manager showed “Pulses Pro” and not “Newspaper-Discover the Art of Publishing”
There is no icon to remove on Website Manager and when i amend the Pulses Pro text to indicate the name of my site and Save it doesn’t over-write “Newspaper-Discover the Art of Publishing”

If you want to change the background image from mobile menu or search , you can do it from theme panel> background -> https://i.imgur.com/a5UgjpK.png also the colors can be change from theme panel> theme colors > mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/p6H7Dz0.png
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you need to change it from > theme panel> mobile theme > https://i.imgur.com/H2lwlCw.png

Please remove the link from the Business Directory 2 element from menu and let the url only for sub-menus, this should no longer activate the link in menu, as long this is activate the anchor on mobile will not work, you need to re-access the link each time on mobile.

currently, I am using black pro theme.
1-when I trying to modify flex box 3 , in the mobile when view when we click “more” than a drop-down menu use to open, I want to change its background color as it is appearing white but I want to match it with my theme. I could not find any option to change the background of drop-down menu of “more” in the mobile view. please tell me how I can change.
2- when I am placing a block, the words of its title are coming in black color. in flex block, I can change colors of a title but in a block, there is no option provided to change its title color.i was using block 7 and 8 . its article titles default color set is white but as my using black theme I want to use white in color. please tell me how I can change the color of the title in a block.

The thing is that the anchors that you set in Business directory will be executed only the first time when the Business directory is not visited, after that the page will not longer load and will only search for the anchors, on desktop this is working, but on mobile not, what you can do is to set before the #tag the ? like this -> https://i.imgur.com/12tAKC6.png setting this parameter in your menu elements should fix the problem.
