Thanks for your reply. No I want the ads to appear after the content in mobile view. We don’t think visitors want to scroll through a bunch of ads before getting to the article.
I will check the link you sent and let you know if I have any questions.
Thanks again
Hello!
Sure. Please create a new page, edit it with the tagdiv Composer, add the social share element, and save. Edit your mobile page/mobile viewport, add a modal popup element, choose the source to be a page, and add the page ID there: https://app.screencast.com/qOacJ4NbdKEzU
Thank you!
Is it possible to display share buttons for a post in a popup on mobile to keep design look good?
Hello,
You have the AMP+tagdiv mobile theme, which is why you don’t have the button on mobile.
You’ll need to create a separate content in mobile editor section at the bottom of the page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ – https://i.imgur.com/S83kxsC.png or disable the mobile theme on the page where it is the newsletter -> https://imgur.com/d3kTBRf
Also, the AMP plugin is deprecated – https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve checked your website, and I can see that the ads appear now above the content immediately after the featured image: https://app.screencast.com/ReAKp2SB75MYM, which is correct, right?
You can reorder the columns/inner columns there: https://prnt.sc/HQXqP90oy3vJ. If you can’t re-order, then please check if you have this option enabled: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-re-order-the-post-page-on-mobile/
Thank you!
Also having a similar issue on my homepage (https://northdallasgazette.com/) where I used a inner row to split two columns to insert an add to look like this (https://northdallasgazette.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/SS-HP-Desktop.jpg)
however in mobile it looks like this (https://northdallasgazette.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/SS-HP-Mobile.jpg)
Are there any workarounds for this situation as well?
For example, on desktop view, the left column contains advertisements positioned to the left of the content, which is what we want. However, in mobile view, the ads move above the content, meaning visitors have to scroll through them to reach the content.
Is there a workaround to ensure the ads stay on the left in desktop view but appear below the content in mobile view?
Here’s an example page:

Hi,
I’ve integrated Newsmag with NEWSLETTER PLUGIN app and when I click on unsubscribe button it works fine in case of desktop only. When I click on mobile browser I see the page NEWSLETTER without forms.
The NEWSLETTER PLUGIN support told me that it’s the matter of theme.
Do You have any ideas how to resolve it?
Hello!
@SurFM You need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP and use the option 1 or 2 mentioned above. They can be customized better than the mobile theme. Please read all about the mobile theme and its options above.
@scottjengle This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version. You have to change the cache plugin that you are using and use mobile theme or just use the mobile page or the responsive version(option 1 or 2) and deactivate the Mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
For the past few weeks, I have been having issues which is not constant. On the desktop at times it reverts to the mobile version, the only way to clear it sometimes is to dump the cache but not always. it is very frustrating
Thank You

hello
Excuse my English, but I am using Google Translate. Yesterday I started using the Theme, congratulations because it is just what I wanted. Now I have a small problem, I do what they say but my website on mobile looks one way and on desktop it looks completely different. I would like to know what I have to do to make it look the same on the mobile as it does on the desktop, or to make it look like the latest ones. My website is http://www.surfm.es, currently everything is perfect on the desktop, but in its mobile version it leaves a lot to be desired. I have the AMP and the mobile theme plug-in installed, but I don’t know how I have to configure it so that it shows the latest news and has a “professional appearance” like it looks beautiful on the desktop. Thank you so much
Hello!
The path is this one: td-cloud-library\shortcodes\header\tdb_mobile_horiz_menu.php
Thank you!
Can you please guide me on which files are related to the mobile horizontal menu so that I can try to experiment and see if I can edit them to work as I expect them to?
Hello!
It’s working well now, right?
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!

Hello Bettina,
I am experiencing an issue with the layout of my website, which is working fine on desktop but does not display the same layout on mobile as the theme’s demo does. The website URL is: http://sumantvhindi.itpeople4u.com/.
On the desktop view, it is displaying correctly just like the theme purchase demo but on mobile the layout does not match the one shown in the theme demo. Here is the demo URL of my theme for reference: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_week_pro/.
The desktop view is displaying as expected, but on mobile it shows a different layout. Could you please check and advise how to fix this issue?
Please find below the admin credential

Looking forward to your assistance.
I have set up the front page through the Cloud templates and checked the mobile view there which appears fine. However the front page is not displaying correctly on the live site. I have tried adjusting the theme options but I couldn’t find any relevant settings to resolve the issue. Additionally, I attempted to make changes in the mobile editor for the homepage but the issue persists.I am also encountering some errors and I have attached a screenshot of the error messages for your reference.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue?
Thank you for your support.
Hello!
Please follow the video to see where you can find and edit/build your sticky header on mobile and desktop, too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
It should work on the desktop viewport because I can not relate it. But on the mobile viewport, yes, there is a problem, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
We want to investigate your issue.
Please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– a link to this topic to identify you
Thank you!
Hello,
I use a newspaper with default Pro as a prebuilt template (12.6.8). I am struggling with containers. I would like to force the background image/color in containers to be full-width, but the content keeps the padding as it is.

I tried a few different ways but none gave proper results in stretching the background image, and changing padding in CSS for 0px does more harm than good:
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.tdc-row.td-stretch-content, .tdc-row-composer.td-stretch-content {
padding-left: 20px;
padding-right: 20px;
}
}
Result of changing padding from 20px to 0px:

Current mobile look of the image as the background of container

Result that I would like to get

Container structure in BLock Builder looks like below:

I would be grateful for help.
@Anamaria, FYI
function hide_menu_and_admin_bar_items_for_editor() {
// Check if the current user is an editor
if (current_user_can('editor') && !current_user_can('administrator')) {
add_action('admin_bar_menu', function ($wp_admin_bar1) {
if ( is_admin_bar_showing() ) {
echo '<style>
#wp-admin-bar-td_live_css_css_writer, #wp-admin-bar-tdc_edit, #wp-admin-bar-tdc_page_mobile_template {
display: none !important;
}
</style>';
}
}, 9999);
}
}
add_action('init', 'hide_menu_and_admin_bar_items_for_editor');
Hi Bettina – but my issue is not related to mobile viewport. The issue is for Desktop and all other responsive views.
As a matter of fact, on mobile I do not even have a Live Search element. Please see screenshot.. hope you can have a closer look and help me with this. Thanks

Hello!
Click/tap on the image and enlarge it. Those things depend on the browser you use on your mobile phone.
Thank you!
Hello
We don’t know why, but when you view the photo on the following website with your mobile phone, you can’t enlarge it. It’s a fixed size and you can’t enlarge it with your fingers on the mobile screen.

Hello!
You should use the Mobile live search in the mobile viewport. That element has a problem in the mobile viewport; we will check and fix it.
Thank you!
