Hello !

99% of this cases the mobile theme is rendered on desktop because of the Cache plugin. We recommend using the WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you !

Hi,

The mobile theme uses predefined thumb sizes, they can’t be changed, but basically all the thumbs the theme creates are cropped center top. This was decided to be the best overall solution.

There are ways to add a custom thumb and crop it differently
https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_thumbadd/
and then modify the mobile theme modules to use that thumb. Or update the existing thumb
https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_thumbupdate/
This would be the only way to display differnttly cropped thumbs in the mobile theme modules.

Thanks

Hi,

From what I can see the header looks like this on desktop – https://prnt.sc/r3j7ki

On mobile I see you have activated the mobile theme, so the mobile theme header will be displayed – https://prnt.sc/r3j94j but I see it looks broken. Are you using any custom CSS in the theme panel? Please check.

If there is no custom CSS, then we could take a closer look at it. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Hi,

The top menu won’t be displayed on mobile, for the predefined header templates. I could provide a code to make it visible if that is what you want, it will look like this – https://prnt.sc/r3iszd
Here is the code – https://pastebin.com/bzD7vxpP it can be entered in the custom CSS section of the theme panel.

Or you can use a cloud header template, and design it as you want for mobile
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/

Thanks

Hi,

Why would you like to do that exactly? AMP is served by Google, through the search results page – https://prnt.sc/r3igi8 and lately some socials are serving AMP as well for mobiles.

The cached AMP versions of your content can only be accessed through the Google SERP.
If you check AMP only, that means that the mobile theme will be used only for visitors coming from Google, the others will see the responsive version of the website. An option to serve AMP for all users does not exist, I don’t believe that is even possible.

Thanks

Hi,

That is not possible at the moment. Only one inline ad spot is provided in the mobile theme. So there will be a top ad, inline ad, and bottom ad. Maybe more will be added in the future, sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks

Hello !

Mobile theme can be disabled from here:

Unfortunately you cannot remove the mobile theme for all pages at once. This has to be done manually.

Thank you for your understanding !

Hello !

On mobile sticky menu you would be able to insert an ad box and have your ads rendered there: https://www.screencast.com/t/MiUXR9hnAhT6

I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !

I’ve designed custom Home page using WPBakery (set as home page) and even after AMP is disabled the home page is showing the AMP version home page when accessed through mobile.

Please help on how to disable AMP on the front page.

Greetings, is it possible to display content below the latest articles, the section that comes up by default. We are using the mobile editor to display custom content, and the content we add shows between the featured posts and latest blog posts. Thanks for your great support!

The mobile version does not allow you to click on a category. I thought it was due to a “WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click” plug-in problem, but I don’t think so.

The link is not linked to the part that shows the category in the mobile version. Until the theme update, there was no problem. I’d like to attach a picture, but I don’t know what to do.

Looking at the contents of the forum, others seem to be having the same problem as me. How do we solve this?

Hello,

Can you help me out with how to change the thumbnail size on the mobile homepage (mobile plugin is activated)?
This is my website – https://monkeysfightingrobots.co/
As you can see from the desktop version we use a vertical featured image.
Thank you for your time and help.
