Hello !
I see that it is working on your website, also tested on a mobile device. Take a look at this: https://www.screencast.com/t/wHB15zrV
Thank you !
Sorry for borrowing the thread but I have a similar problem. For one of my articles, no ads are shown on mobile nor when using Apple devices (only tried a Macbook Pro so far though). On Windows-computers all ads show just fine, even with window minimized to mobile-browser size.
The article in question: https://www.enkelteknik.se/se-vilken-modell-av-iphone-du-anvander.
I´m using the same ad-code for all pages and posts with the Advanced Ads Pro-plugin.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
Hi @Desde el murete,
From what I can see, you have a header template set, but on mobile version this is not displaying, is display the logo text.
Please make sure that you clear all cache and try again, also make sure that all them settings are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hey, thanks for the reply.
And do you have any patch code to avoid it ?
Because like this, the slider isn’t usable (especially on mobile device)
Hello @Cryptodex,
This link https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.blockdelta.io/%3famp is only for amp, this is store on google not on your website, only when the users/visitors click on the post/page are redirect to your website.
This indicate that your website have amp -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cdTey56DX4 and this will be the amp results -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ay77q1rZZRv just make sure that you are using the amp as in our documentation ( use the mobile theme with amp option https://www.screencast.com/t/bOszthO3GKrd ).
The only way to remove that link is to not use (deactivate) the amp plugin.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Please provide some more details about this problem, do you use the mobile theme plugin or the responsive version of the theme ? if you are using the mobile theme, theme there should be no problems, using the responsive version the sidebar will be show after the post content on mobile version, please provide a link where I can check this problem, in this way I will be able to provide you an working answer.
Thank you!
Hello !
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
We have tested and the “page-pagebuilder-title.php” is working. You will have to make sure that is set in backend too: https://www.screencast.com/t/lhePnqBfck
Indeed the logo-mobile-h1.php is not working.
We have passed this issue to our developers and there will be a fix in the future.
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
Thank you !
Calin,
I do not believe this is a plugin conflict issue and this is still not working. I cannot even access the full AMP settings for some reason. My AMP Settings does not match what you have shown on the image shown here: https://www.screencast.com/t/8lN3CgJIt
For Website Mode it just says “Your install is configured via theme to use the Transitional mode.” out lined in a blue box – there are no other options here.
For Validation Handling it just says “Your install is configured via a theme or plugin to automatically sanitize any AMP validation error that is encountered.” – no other options here.
Also, next to Supported Templates it begins with “Content Types” – there is no radio option that says “Serve all templates as AMP regardless of what is being queried” as it shows in your screenshot.
On my mobile when I type in “blockdelta”, it pulls the site up on the first result but it is redirecting to https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.blockdelta.io/%3famp and there is an “i” inside of a circle (like the logo for information) and when I click it it says URL https://www.blockdelta.io/ – when clicking this it actually directs me to the correct URL which is the correct site and formatting etc… How do I make it to where the google result directs straight to https://www.blockdelta.io/ on mobile instead of https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.blockdelta.io/%3famp ? On PC or Mac (any computer, rather than mobile), google will redirect to the correct site as well and not the crappy looking /?amp version. Why is this different on mobile?
Thanks
Sidebar on mobile is left justified but the Advertisement is not, looks bad, I’m trying to center all content for mobile, but it’s not working please advise, thanks
Hi. I keep changing the mobile menu to show Main Menu but it keeps reverting to the Sign-In view AND styles do not stay. I don’t want a “Sign-In” button.
I am using the mobile theme built into the Newspaper theme.
I had many problems with the Mobile plugin not showing main content and no control over blocks so I deactivated.
Hello there,
I’m using the Newspaper 9 theme. I have installed Mobile Theme, one of the official plugins. Although I have uploaded the mobile logo in the right format and size through Theme Options, the logo does not appear on my mobile site.
Related screenshots below.
Please help me. Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt reply!
May be its not possible to override those templates because I didnt see any reference in your documentation
so please leave that for now as I did it via creating new page template
BUT
according to your documentation –
I should be able to override file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/logo-h1.php
in child theme by making following
Newspaper-child\parts\header\logo-mobile-h1.php
BUT even this is not working
so defintiely something wrong with the theme
SO PLEASE HELP
Hi, I have the same problem “2- I am unable to show the logo photo in the mobile view, it only shows the text?”.
My configuration: https://prnt.sc/oyk26e
Did you find a solution?
Thanks!
Hello Vlad and thank you for your answer that solved the first question, but I was unclear on my second question. I was referring to the menu on the mobile as you can see here https://nimb.ws/XqLx57. Please keep in mind that in the header (created with the TD Composer) I chose to use the same menu that in the desktop view.
Thanks, Francesco
Hello !
Please try this css:
.td-mobile-content .current-menu-item > a, .td-mobile-content .current-menu-ancestor > a, .td-mobile-content .current-category-ancestor > a {
color: white;
}
Let me know if this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Hello !
The background on mobile menu has to be set from Theme Panel – Background – Mobile menu/search background: https://www.screencast.com/t/dT5BOc1xZ
Also the menu seems to work and display everything as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/aOaho0LAwgd Let me know if there should be something else there or if I’m looking in the wrong place.
Thank you !
Hi Vlad,
Have disabled the tagDiv mobile theme plugin.
Am I ok to keep the Official AMP for WP plugin active?
In answer to your question – Can you post a screenshot of your error ?
In my first post above i shared URLs of the screenshots that have the errors I want to be fixed on the mobile theme, can you see the screenshots?
sir have plugins and super chache plugin, sir can you please check properly if i give you username and password.
i am using mobile theme, can you please check site http://www.learningall.com
So I figured out if I remove the Mobile Header Ad, that it will only load the responsive header ad at the above AMP link. But that gets rid of the header ad on the mobile theme, so that won’t work either.
Hi there,
I’m using Cloud Templates creating my Header. Once I put the header on my site, modifying it via the TD Composer:
- I can’t remove/change the bacground image (https://nimb.ws/n9PwHf);
- I can’t see the submenu pages in the menu;
Can you help me?
Thanks Francesco
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. The latest articles is a part of the design so you cannot edit it.
Unfortunately you cannot have the design you want. If you disable the mobile theme you will have the same layout as on desktop.
Find out more about the Mobile theme here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Can you post a screenshot of your error ?
Thank you !
Hi, on mobile I want to
-change the header background to #FFFFFF
-change the burger menu icon and search icon to #262362
-give a light shadow (just like the mobile footer) underneath the logo
As per this image https://snipboard.io/9WnXHJ.jpg
Where Can I do these 3 tasks?
Also the menu, would like to:
-change the background colour to #262362 (solid)
-have all text in white (#FFFFFF)
As per this image https://snipboard.io/gnws5j.jpg
Where can i do these 2 tasks?
Cheers.
Vlad,
Thank you for your interest.
I solved the problem number one. However, the mobile logo problem continues.
My logos are loaded, as shown in the screenshot. No problem in size and picture format. My logo disappears when I install the Mobile Theme plug-in (widget) provided by tagdiv.
Hi,
We are in the process of having our site evolving from 9.0 to 9.8. One of our problems is that the mobile logo is not showing ?
Thank you
