Hello,
Did you convert the header for mobile templates -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd? and in this way, will it be displayed only for mobile
Also, the ads are not showing on the desktop version https://i.imgur.com/7lnNG1a.png -> https://wpadvancedads.com/adsense-errors/

Dear TagDiv Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered with my website’s mobile header functionality.
Important- I have a separate Mobile page template.
Specifically, the mobile header is not appearing when scrolling on the homepage. However, when viewing a post template, the mobile header works as expected and does appear during scrolling. This issue only seems to affect the homepage.
Could you please assist me in resolving this? I would greatly appreciate your help in troubleshooting and fixing this.
Thank you for your time and support.
Open this in your mobile devices you’ll see- https://thewellnessland.com/
The solution was to reactivate AMP, go to the AMP Settings panel and use the “Other” rollout to turn off “Redirect mobile visitors to AMP”.
At least, that worked in this particular case.
I haven’t tried deactivating the AMP plugin since, so it might just be a “post hoc ergo propter hoc”
best, Thomas
If an error, how come the ads are being displayed for the desktop version
For the responsive versions, if I change the header in the global template for the mobile section, the change is taken globally!

Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
If you modify in the header or footer, then yes, all the changes will be applied on all your pages because you use that header and footer template globally.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you add a code there, then you should have that code also in the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Make sure you do not use any mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
Also, maybe it depends on the code as well.
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems that you have an error related to the ads https://i.imgur.com/yu5fYt0.png
Also, did you create a mobile page for the mobile version or edit the responsive version?
Thank you!
Hi muktipolice, please disable the tagdiv mobile theme plugin and the problem will be resolved.
When the tagDiv Mobile theme is used, then for each page you need to create a different mobile page using the mobile editor, if this is not used with mobile editor, then will no content be display.
I have created dedicated mobile-specific templates, especially for the home page and single post template apart from the desktop version. But they aren’t showing up on mobile the desktop version is only showing on mobile too. I have design issues when showing post content in the form of a table. Moreover, no amount of ads I have inserted manually are being displayed on mobile!
I solved the problem, but not in the nicest way. I reactivated AMP and turned off the mobile version in AMP. This stopped my phone from going into the mobile version of the page and start to present the reponsive version of the site.
I know this is probably not the best ways to solve this, since it required AMP, but it did the trick for now.
best, Thomas

Calin,
Friend, if you look at this page on mobile, only the title is displayed and the main content does not appear. In this case, will it be exposed if I set it up the way you told me?
Oh dear… just realised, that if I go all the way to the bottom of the page on my phone, I get an option to disable the mobile view of the page. And then it works. Is there a way to preset the page to not go into that view on a phone?
bedst,
Thomas
EDIT: I seem to have to exit mobile version on every page manually to make it work.

I am having problems displaying the mobile menu on single posts on https://kongensoe.dk – the mobile menu works on the front page and on category pages, but not on the single posts, even though it is the same header.
It seems to work when watching it from the backend and when displaying the mobile version in a regular web browser on the desktop, but on my actual phone it is not working, and I get stuck on the post and can only return to the front page.
How can I solve this?
Best,
Thomas
Hello!
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

A solution for sending a screenshot/video with the issue you have is this:

Hi everyone,
I’d like to ask about the benefits of AMP in 2024 because I’m considering implementing it on my website as well. Is it still relevant or not for a blog or news website that aims to generate revenue through ads when using AMP?
I’ve heard some recent news saying AMP is no longer relevant since it’s no longer supported by Google, but from all the articles I’ve read, they emphasize, “If your site is a news site, using AMP is an important step.”
My mobile website, when tested on PageSpeed Insights for Core Web Vitals, passes the assessment. However, I’m still confused about whether I should use AMP or not. I’m uncertain because the Core Web Vitals results sometimes fail after a month or after significant Google updates.
What about you? Do you use AMP, and has it been beneficial for your site’s ranking or revenue? Is using AMP for a blog or news website a necessity?
I hope I or others who are as confused as I am about AMP can gain clarity from experienced webmasters and theme developers here.
I don’t see an error message in Console for this page, but do see this file referenced:
https://remember.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel&td_page=td_view_import_export_settings
That’s getting the 500 error.
>>> This error happens when I try to save in Theme Panel for the mobile theme:

This is the error message when I generally try to save in Theme Panel, the square icon keeps spinning with a 500 error for:
https://remember.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=12.6.7
I’m not sure it’s related to this import/export problem, but stops me from updating the mobile themes. Thought it might be related.

Nevermind, I think deactivating the mobile theme entirely fixed it.
How can I completely disable mobile theme?
I don’t want the megamenu modal though, I just want it to pull in the mobile menu I’ve created. Navigate to other pages on the site on mobile to see what i mean
I did it from the Permalinks option in the WordPress dashboard Settings section.
I tried to restore it but it doesn’t work.
All Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook shares are 404.
The mobile page is not working anymore…
Is there a way out?
Thanks
