Hello,

Please use this code for this issue -> https://i.imgur.com/X8SljpL.png
.td-search-icon
{
display: inline-block;
right: -10px;
}

Also, you have the mobile theme plugin enabled, so all the changes that you have done using Composer do not apply to the mobile version. Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/

Thank you!

Hello
I changed the permanent link of my website by following Semrush suggestions on my site.
Naturally, the URL changed and now I am facing a 404 problem.
I wanted to go back to the old one, WP does not accept it. It does not go back to the old one.
I am experiencing the real big problem on Mobile.

I AM RECEIVING THIS WARNING:
“—-Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)—-”

Can you please help?

Hi muktipolice, if the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is used then please notice that on pages will be display by default only the title, the post content for pages should be made using the mobile editor (not builders) or you can use the options available on Gutenberg to disable it on that page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/https://i.imgur.com/tBRKAUU.png
Thank you!

How do I fix this? In the mobile mode, the menu arrow is missing for one of the menus in the main menu. Yes, it´s a mega menu, but so is the one before and its menu arrow is showing in mobile mode. Link to images below shows the mega menu fully functional in computer mode and how the same menus arrow is missing in mobile mode.

Why is it only pulling in the mega menu module instead of the mobile menu i created? I got it to stop being buggy, but doesnt make much sense to me,

I’m currently using the Official AMP plugin along with the tagDiv mobile theme. While editing the mobile menu, I’ve noticed that the bottom area of the menu is being trimmed, likely due to the mobile device’s navigation bar, which includes the back and home buttons. Could you advise on how to resolve this issue to ensure the full menu is visible and not obscured by the device’s bottom bar?

Hello!

This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.

Thank you!

Hello!

I’ve checked your website and I can see your mobile menu. I recommend using the cloud templates for all your articles as well.

Thank you!

Nevermind. Solved it using Row display hide for mobile and show for Desktop.

Hello!

You need to access your mobile viewport and add the elements there. You should change the logo on your sticky header too. Please follow the video to see where you can find and edit/build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt

I hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello!

We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Thank you!

Hello!

Google frequently updates its search algorithms to improve the quality of search results, and these updates can impact how your site ranks in search results. Some common factors that might influence traffic drops include:

Algorithm Updates: Google rolls out updates to improve search quality. These updates can affect how your website is ranked.

SEO Practices: Changes in best practices or penalties for certain SEO tactics (like keyword stuffing or poor-quality backlinks) might affect your site’s ranking.

Content Relevance: If your content isn’t as relevant or useful compared to newer content, it might rank lower.

Technical Issues: Issues like slow page load times, broken links, or mobile usability problems can impact your rankings.

Competitor Activity: New content or improvements by competitors can affect your site’s visibility.

It’s a good idea to check Google Search Console for any notifications or insights about your site’s performance, and to review any recent changes you’ve made to your website.

Thank you!

Hello Bernd!

It’s a gradient there: https://app.screencast.com/AT1FaLeQQa0ol
There are also the settings for the fonts: https://app.screencast.com/6RrHkkdBmNYVP
Please note that mobile theme layout is limited in customizations.

Site https://www.fiestascostumbristas.cl/

I am using Google Ads and a sponsored banner in the site header, but I need to insert custom ads for both web and mobile in the posts.
I followed the instructions from the help guide to do a test, but it’s not displaying.
I am attaching a screenshot of how I am inserting the code.

Could you tell me what I am doing wrong?

When I visit my website on a desktop, it intermittently displays the mobile version instead of the desktop view. It typically starts with the correct desktop layout but randomly switches to the mobile view without making any changes.

ajr527

That fixed the desktop page, but as I mentioned before, when that gets fixed, it ruins the mobile page. Now the incorrect mobile site is displaying, with a menu that is not clickable. Please advise.

Ok, found the issue.
In the ‘Header Template Overlay – Blockchain PRO’ cloud template, under the mobile view in Theme Editor, there was a different setting for some strange reason.

Hello,
When the logo is clicked on desktop, the expected behaviour is to link to the home page. On desktop, that works fine,
However, when the website is viewed on a phone, the mobile logo links to a 404 page.
To reproduce, in mobile view, navigate to any page on site, for example:
https://www.compassmedia.ky/what-we-do/
When you click on the mobile logo, it takes you here:
https://www.compassmedia.ky/what-we-do/Compass%20Media
It appends the ‘site title’ to the url, rather than bring you to the home page.
How do I fix this?
Thank you,
Roman
