To increase page speed, I recommend checking which thumbnails you are using on your blocks. You might want to avoid having all of them enabled and optimize and regenerate images. You can use the EWWW Image Optimizer for image optimisation, and the OMGF plugin for fonts. Additionally, you can use the WP Rocket plugin.

Please try the plugin for OMGF fonts. On WP Rocket make sure that you have the remove unused css option on, and use a plugin to optimize and convert images to webp.
Also, using CDN (Cloudflare), will improve the performances.

Make sure you use the same global header on the homepage as in the single template and not a default header that can not be edited with the tagdiv Composer.

Hello. I have a problem with newspaper. The site doesn’t look alike on view on pc when editing homepage. It looks like it is loading from site defaults, from newspaper theme and the tagdiv doesn’t change anything on mobile. I don’t use JetPack, so this isn’t a problem.

I do NOT want to design a special mobile view. I want whatever I create for desktop to have an optimized mobile view. I would rather design an optimized mobile view that looks decent on desktop because data shows most of my web visits are from mobile devices, but now on my phone there is a BLANK page where content used to be after I started playing around based on your detailed note above. God knows what I checked/unchecked to go from a header messed up site to a good header and zero content on my mobile phone. My tablet shows content for the site but now the header is wider than the page, that was not happening before but at least unlike my mobile phone the tablet does show content on the pages. I am so frustrated.

Hi urishtaujjain, those are links from the theme that are loading the theme css. I believe that you receive some recommendation to optimize those links, right? This can be done using an optimization plugin, most of the time is a cache plugin that provide this functionality (use the options for minify the css and cache browser). This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
