Hello @EmilianoB2T!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Hello @diocesipn !
Check in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Header -> Logo & Favicon -> Text Logo, text logo tagline.
Are you using the Mobile theme plugin? For Mobile Theme plugin, you can change the logo from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header and the copyright text in footer -> subfooter.
You can adjust the logo differently in the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB, so then it will fit there.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

Hi Begintar,
This problem can be resolved, but we need to figured out what is creating those multiple image links, normally should be like this https://i.imgur.com/pOwRj8U.jpg but it is possible that some plugins for optimize to generate the extra links.
Thank you!
Hello @universidademanizales!
You use the Mobile Theme plugin. If you uninstall it, then it will work like the desktop version. The Mobile layout is different than the desktop version and you need to apply the settings for the mobile theme in the theme panel-> Mobile theme. When you do some settings in the desktop version, the settings won’t apply to the mobile theme either.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-quick-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more information, please visit https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
For options 1 and 2, you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello @beldar!
In every update, we introduce more settings in our TagDiv Composer, which may slow down your website if you use them all. We will investigate this issue and try to do all that we can to optimize it.
Thank you!
Hi,
When you are logged in the problem with the mobile logo appears? If the problem do not appear, then it is from some cache option or optimize made for the images.
Also, you have some errors in console that should be resolved -> https://i.imgur.com/s930hjP.png the mixed content usually it can be fixed using a ssl plugin, you can try this one -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
the 1.jpg image it can be a background image set in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/WETGEWq.png and the newsletter.jpg is from here -> https://i.imgur.com/LbmNTPW.png (newsletter element)
Thank you!
I realize that Newspaper Theme creates a lot of thumbnails. Unfortunately they are the burdens on storage.
Every module only allows a limited list of thumbnails, so you cannot optimize at all.
Here’s the Tagdiv current rules:
If the thumbnail image is not enabled for a specific module that you use, the module will show a default placeholder with the size of the image and instructions about how to enable the thumb for that module.
Can I use Original image instead as a default thumbnail?
Or, can I make every module have all thumbnail options?
Hello @primeirojornal!
The tagdiv Composer plugin is a bigger one with a lot of functions and settings. Our developers tried to improve it more and more and optimize it as much as they could in every update.
There are a lot of factors which can make your site slow. Make sure you use only some templates and fewer functionalities and options.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.
Some starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

Hello @edragon!
1. Let me know exactly(screenshot) what you need to align to the center.
2. In order to disable this option “Exit mobile version”, you need to disable this setting: https://i.imgur.com/LxpDtB2.png
You can’t have a global template if you use the Mobile theme plugin or AMP.
a Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
b Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
c Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
You can add some paddings to the rows in every viewport you need the space and you can center it like that.
3. Unfortunately, there are no settings in order to change that menu.
4. We do not have any settings in order to achieve this.
We should investigate this issue and find the problem. Please contact us and provide the required details.
Thank you!
Hi there.
I have installed your theme but the website speed is very slow.
Idk even know where to optimize it or which is the cause of this speed.
Hi ankitchugh,
Please try those guides for improve the loading speed by using the mysql query cache:
-> https://dev.mysql.com/blog-archive/mysql-8-0-retiring-support-for-the-query-cache/
-> https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-optimize-mysql-with-query-cache-on-ubuntu-18-04
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, then the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. Check the case here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-shown/
If you use the Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with tagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in the Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Fixed it – so funny, I was sure it wasn’t a plugin, which is the obvious look, and it was the EWW Image Optimizer plugin, which blocked it and a bunch of pages.
Turned it off and voila! Pages appear.
So funny how when I give advice to others, this would be the first, but when it happens to me, I think I know it’s not a plugin…and it is. This one was updated recently, which should have been the clue, which I ignored.
Thanks!
