Hi,
Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site. Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?
Please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
You can try to revert an old revision on a page/template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
Thank you!
I Set in Under Costruction mode.
However, I solved it by simply uploading the single page template
Hello!
No, it’s deprecated. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
You can update the theme automatically or manually. Please check our guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please check those screenshots to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/6xLVMmlsY ; https://www.screencast.com/t/zWHrRmK1LQC ; https://www.screencast.com/t/vuFdT9Stx ; https://www.screencast.com/t/DWbSf3qj ; https://www.screencast.com/t/QuHyGccTK71v

Goodday team. Been using this template for over 6 months and so far its been the best.
I have a little request cause i want to submit my site for google news sitemap and one of the requirements of the site is, about us page containing address, what we are and list of our authors.
i use Crypto Gaming PRO prebuilt website and i would love to know if its possible to just add that one page on that particular prebuilt site please, i really love it and won’t want to change to another of the other sites.
Just somewhere at the bottom with About us Page where i can just fill in all the details, such like our vision, aim. objectives, location, team members.
Thanks Solomon

Hello,
No unfortunately the problem with the block [td_block_homepage_full_1] is still there and is not displayed when we display the website on the HD screen of my three laptops as well as my Desktop. The browsers used are Microsoft Edge and Chrome.
This is my main issue.
As for Twitter icons, not displaying the same version between Desktop and smartphones, I don’t really care, even if I find it irritating. We have the new ones on Desktop and the old ones on Smartphones.
At first glance, it looks like the template doesn’t use the same code, depending on the display.
I don’t want the display of my website to be the one used by the code used in the release 12.6.1 for the Desktop but the one used by smartphones, like it was with release 12.5.1, except the X icons.
Now, how do we make the [td_block_homepage_full_1] block work, as it was on version 12.5.1
Thanks in advance,
Luc Laporte
Hello,
A workaround to achieve that you want is to duplicate the header template and assign the
header template for each page where you want to have a different menu.
The same steps are for all templates -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-different-sidebare-for-different-posts-with-the-same-category/
Thank you!
Hello Rahul!
It seems that you have a sticky header. Please follow the video to see where you can find and build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Delete all the cache and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide more details, with the link to your website and screenshots.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!

Hi there,
I changed my blog template to the Cali Site one but I can’t seem to change the background from the cream color to white?
Can someone please help me?
Hi Bettina,
Can you look a little deeper into this?
1. Yes I understand the child theme is not overwritten, I’m asking for guidance about why we would get a critical error from this line of code in it’s header.php – perhaps related to #2? It is related to general issue of the update breaking the site, child theme or not.
This is the code:
/*
* loads the header template set in Theme Panel -> Header area
* the template files are located in ../parts/header
*/
td_api_header_style::_helper_show_header();
This is the error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “td_util” not found in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/wp-admin/tagdiv-view-header.php:19 Stack trace: #0 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/wp-admin/tagdiv-view-theme-plugins.php(59): require_once() #1 /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/tagdiv-wp-booster-functions.php(499): require_once(‘/srv/htdocs/wp-…’) #2 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): {closure}(”) #3 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(334): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #4 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-admin/admin.php(259): do_action(‘newspaper_page_…’) #6 {main} thrown in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/wp-admin/tagdiv-view-header.php on line 19
#2. We have all dependent plugins. Below is what the shortcodes look like that are appaering everywhere – they look related to the composer, which we have installed & activated, and the new version from the theme update. My theory is that because we are making such a jump in theme versions, we’re missing one of the intermediate updates that performed some sort of action that converted them in td composer during a previous update. Can you please ask your dev team?

The theme panel settings will apply mostly to the default templates. For cloud templates/PRO will apply the settings you’ll apply from the tagdiv Composer and then the ones from theme panel settings.

No not this time… usually yes, it’s often about update, active plugins after updating theme,
but here it literally removed all templates… header, footer, event the home page is not recognising some tb_blocks…
they’ve been wiped out …
even after DB restore from yesterday, when everything was right…
I’m gonna try to get the files backup to restore the old plugins as well, plus yesterday’s db…
any help from support is welcome !
Hi Anamaria,
Thank you for coming back to me. I’m still having an issue. I’m able to import the xml file and it is importing templates such as Header Template, Footer Template, 404 Templates, etc (see screenshot attached https://imgur.com/a/oNUWKeq) but not the Homepage.
It is this customized homepage (with blocks/fonts/colours) that I need to import to the updated staging site. Am I missing a step or is there a workaround?
Thanks for your help.
Hello!
You can adjust it and add some padding to the rows in the CSS tab of your mobile viewport (see point 1) https://prnt.sc/Ut0ztV89x03W)
If you want to use default templates (which I do not recommend), then you need to use the Standard Pack plugin, and you can’t customize it with the tagdiv Composer. You will have only the theme panel’s settings. For example: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
Thank you!
Hello @keverix3 !
It is free, but you can use another app or whatever you want if you want to be helped.
Unfortunately, AMP is not working with the cloud templates because the AMP’s layout is not fully customized.
The AMP version works best with default templates and not cloud templates. That’s why we integrated it with the Mobile theme plugin.
The feedback from our clients about AMP was negative and it is not used anymore, that’s why we didn’t add more customization options. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
I do not know exactly about which issue you are talking about. But I hope all these links(they are working, just copy-paste them manually in another tab) are helping you solve your issues.
Everything should work well in the latest update of the theme and plugins.
Thank you!
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
How can I do that?
I find another… unofficial way to edit homepage thru Cloud Templates – Homepage Templates – and select Prebuild Template that I like and edit from there with Composer, and but I don’t know how to import that modifications in prebuild demo…it is possible? One possibility is, after I make modifications I like in that metod, edit de prebuild demo, and, somehow, step by step, apply them from prebuild template to prebuild demo… I know, it is weird and complicated… well, yeah…
If it is another simple possibility please tell me.
Thank you again.
Hello Gus!
If you will use cloud templates, then you can easily modify the size of every element: https://prnt.sc/TgRPw6BaLHFJ
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

I hope that helps you!

Hi,
When you import a prebuilt website, this will apply to the entire website, including the homepage. You can import only the cloud templates from Cloud Library and design them after you can apply them.
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria,
Thanks, yes, I know the individual author pages are come after the “author” slug, the problem is that this page “https://rareparenting.com/author/” redirects to the template page “https://rareparenting.com/tdb_templates/author-template/”. Creating a redirect for a redirect doesn’t seem to make sense. I’m asking how to remove the current redirect. To that end, where do I find the https://rareparenting.com/author/ page in order to remove the redirect to the template?
Hello Narendra!
You use a mobile page with that name, so of course the URL will display another name (of the template).
Unfortunately, AMP is not working with the cloud templates because the AMP’s layout is not fully customized.

Hello!
1. There should be a plugin conflict because even the scroll is not working. And if you click everywhere on your site, it will redirect you to another site. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
2. If you want to see the mobile page for your desktop version, then you should uninstall the Mobile theme & AMP plugin.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
