If you import only a template, then the colors and settings are applied only on that template; I said to change the blocks and the template to be able to turn off the tagdiv standard pack plugin because this plugin will be deprecated. You already have a cloud template for posts, authors, and categories. Maybe you have only cloud templates and don’t use elements from the standard pack plugin.
From what you said, I understood that you have more widgets displayed only a few days before the event. Is this correct?
You can add a page on the homepage, but this can be done in an iframe, and the content will load from both pages; what I can suggest is to use modal popup -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ and set the page there. Then, the content will be loaded only where the button is pushed, depending on what trigger you set.
For optimization, please set the height and width of the logo https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-cinefilia-ro/lys3ldwyle?form_factor=desktop, and you can use the option from Theme Panel – Block Settings -> inline css. The template I’m using is the same for all category pages and the header is set as a global header. We’ve tried clearing the cache, updating plugins, and a handful of other things, but the template still isn’t working.

I created the homepage. Added the header template. made it global. but it only works on the blog post(showing the feature image of the blog post) but on the website it doesn’t work at all. The website header doesn’t work.
I tried with a different template and everything works fine so the problem is definetly from the header 32 (I think)

The tutorial I followed (https://www.theblogmarket.co/how-to-customize-the-jetpack-subscribe-opt-in-form/) was aiming for this look that i liked and i copied the code exactly how it was here, but it didn’t completely changed.
So i actually got that exact code as a start… but it doesn’t change… it still looks like the default widget that i added before the custom code. 
I don’t use a shortcode, it’s just the jetpack widget. I tried one found online but it looked horrible so i deleted it. I usually use Shortcodes Ultimate as a plugin for basic shortcodes I need on posts.
I tried browsing the cloud, but it doesn’t actually fit the estetic I wanted for the website so I worked with what I could actually edit as I wanted to look, i wanted the custom blocks that have only 16/9 images, because i’m not interested in mixed image dimensions as I don’t want to worry about them being cut or stretched and this format almost fit my old website featured image dimension. I only use Flex Blocks. I really don’t get why are you asking to make my website like other website, with those not movies related templates. I bought a theme so I can make it custom, If i wanted predefined designs I would’ve stuck to wordpress.com themes. When I got the theme I uploaded a custom design from cloud (as it was suggested) that I edited to fit my needs. Every time I imported something from the cloud all my global settings, content and colours went all over the place and I had to redo everything and lost a lot of time deleting and recolour things. I still find things that I’m pretty sure I fixed before and now they are wrong again. I’m not anymore on the staging website, I’m on the live one so I cannot remake everything again from scratch. Please explain why are you suggesting this. What have I done wrong by working with these settings that I choose?
You are quite confusing and it seems you merged two separate questions in one answer and I don’t really understand what do you ask me. You mean that my website can be slow because I placed the widget with the jetpack subscription box? Or you mean the column text block is making the website slow? Or you mean other part is doing that?
I only used column text block in only three places. The Popcorn section and with the two sliders because the two kind of sliders the theme provided were useless for what I wanted (actually one was useless and other too complex to handle). The one I’m using is called MetaSlider and it is really simple and it has a shortcode that i added in the text box… so that is who i find it quite lite.
The Popcorn section is the one with the shortcodes that is worrying me in the future. I initially wanted to make a separate page with it but the content to be shown on the homepage as it can be seen now… but to keep the whole code on the page, not on the homepage, and just load it the homepage. But it didn’t work so I uploaded the whole content on a column text block
(that might affect the page speed in the FUTURE if it will get full of images in all of the days, even if those pictures are not shown – I now clean slots while I’m updating it with new ones). I made the separate page with the shortcodes here: https://www.cinefilia.ro/10963-2/ but I want to show the content of the page on the homepage, as you can see on the homepage (but with some kind of a display shortcode so it wouldn’t have all the code on the homepage as now). I tried to do that with a block that shows the meta of the page, but it only gets the code that should not be seen. 
So the questions is if there is a way to display other page shown content in a box on the homepage so I would not worry about adding too much content on the homepage at least with this big text. I don’t want to keep all this content on the homepage, but i can’t display it automatically on homepage from a separate page. Maybe it would’ve been just easier to explain in Romanian…

I notice that you use the tagdiv standard pack plugin, I recommend replacing all templates with cloud templates and blocks 1-25 or big grid blocks with flex blocks and big grid flex.

We are currently using a cloud template that we like, unfortunately, the header and footer have formatted correctly but I have noticed an issue with the Post Zone.
The format is still full width whereas we would like it to match the correct size which I believe is 1168px.
Is there anyway we can fix this?
Hello. I have Newspaper theme on https://www.cinefilia.ro/ and I wanted to add a jetpack subscription box. I really hoped that i could’ve looked something like the social media count box i used on the page so they would blend in better, but when i added the widget it turned like a mess. So I searched and found a CSS custom code that I can edit. I added it in the place and it didn’t changed that much. It got some features at the email box (is now pink as the template code, i will change the colour, but first I want to make it work well), but not all the changes (the subscribe button is still rounded and gray and ugly) and I’m concerned that it might be in a conflict with other stuff… somewhere… I really don’t know. I even tried to add a direct code to a subscription box in a text directly in the homepage design… but if i add the custom code it doesn’t change at all and it looks even worse. I feel really lost… as I am going in circle… I don’t know where to start looking for any setting that may conflict that CSS custom features.

I think you may came across it as there are not that many custom subscribe button tutorials online. So… do you have any recommendations?
2. Oh… and another question. I added a custom text with a really long shortcode as a calendar that automatically displays only that day events with photos and links despite the fact I set more days in advance. I’m really emerged by this feature for the homepage, but I’m concerned that when I will add more images and stuff (even is they are not on display in that day) the homepage might feel heavy and have speed issues as it is already a busy page so I made a page with the same content, but i can’t get it to show exactly like the one from the popcorn section. I added a test just above the popcorn section and it displays all of the code. I will let it there until you will answer. Any idea how to externalize this in a page? In other themes I used Content views plugin, but I disabled it as I didn’t know if it worked well or might work (in this instance I just forgot if i tested it with your theme), but I actually want to make more without that many plugins so I would like to find a more practic way to do this. I’m still concerned that I have to many plugins.

I have tried to view my website http://www.rarecoins.news on quite a few websites like Browstack that show different browsers and devices and the side bar never shows, I have also tried Page Layout size on Page template from Default size to Full size and also 1800px content but none are are working, do not think it`s a plugging issue or cache because the page is not showing correctly on Browstack, can you help.

You should check which template you use in all your categories and assign only one to each category. Also, you can make your header global in the cloud templates, and it should come for all your pages, even blank pages.

The widget on the right side has been present since the page was designed last year, so I’m wondering if that could cause an issue all of a sudden?
I think I may have done a poor job of explaining before. These two pages are the same page, this screenshot (https://imgur.com/fiAUdVJ) is what a category page looks like live, and you can see at the top that the category template is applied to the page. And this screenshot (https://imgur.com/qPWYhLX) is what the category template looks like in the tagDiv composer/how it should look live (the editing panel is collapsed).

Before, I tried to activate Newspaper with the purchase code I have, and it said it was invalid. I tried it again, and now it says that it is activated, but that message is still showing in the dashboard saying that it isn’t registered.

We just moved to a new ad system and we are facing an issue.
We put the – script async src=”https://cdn.fuseplatform.net/publift/tags/2/3328/fuse.js” script in the header ad unit thinking it will show in each page once the user scrolls down to another pages on desktop (infiniote scroll). However it is not.
We tried putting in the RHS ad unit as well as in a single external shortcode box also, placing it above the headline in the template. We tried the raw HTML script box too, placing it above the headline in the template.
Nothing seems to be working.
We asked the ad unit suppliers, they said –
“you already implemented all the tags on Infinite Scroll. But it’s not working because it’s inside iframe. Since it’s inside iframe it’s like a separate page and it requires a separate fuse.js header script.
The fuse.js header script needs to be loaded on each article inside the iframe in the <head> section like a new page.”
Please let me know where can we put script async src=”https://cdn.fuseplatform.net/publift/tags/2/3328/fuse.js”
So that the ads show in each infinite scroll pages as well.

“Does a missing product key affect this?” What do you mean? Don’t you have the theme activated?
Check also in the theme panel settings -> Categories -> Per category settings, if you assign the correct and the same template for your categories.

I turned off all plugins and it did not give results
We found out that on the two problem page templates: the product category and the store’s main page, if we remove the Woo Menu Cart element from page, the Add to cart button works well
If the Woo Menu Cart element is present on the page, the Add to cart function is disabled
At the same time, it doesn’t matter where the Woo Menu Cart element is located in the header or in the body of the page
On the simple product page, the Add to cart button works perfectly when the Woo Menu Cart element is enabled
The problem occurs only on mobile devices
I’ve been having some issues that seem to be different versions of the single post page.
Even though I have only one single post template configured in the theme panel (as can be seen here), some posts display features I’ve deactivated and don’t show the ads I added through theme blocks (the post view count is there, and shouldn’t, and the ad isn’t).
It’s like the theme is using an older version of the single post theme (before I edited it with TagDiv Composer) for some posts and the correct version for others.

Hello, we bought the newspaper because of the Craft ideas theme, but we are not finding the Single templates for it, and as a result we are unable to edit it. Another thing is that the 404 page of this topic doesn’t have it, nor does the author’s page! I need help how to proceed?

Just following up on this. So far the only solution support has suggested is using a different template for this post, as it seems the template that came with the theme doesn’t work for this one post, for an unknown reason. Obviously we can’t have one page look completely different from the rest of the site, so this isn’t an option. Is there a way to escalate this issue?

I purchased the Newspaper theme in 2021. Now I’m getting the alert that our copy of the theme is “unregistered.” This is causing significant issues with the function of our site. I have entered our item purchase code to “activate” the theme (which we have already been using for 2+ years), but still getting the alert that it’s unregistered. I purchased the theme through the Envato Market. I have reached out to them and have not received a response on this issue.
The most noticeable problem is that our templates have been compromised and won’t display our header on pages & posts. We also can’t turn off “lazy loading” of images (a highly questionable feature in any case), among other issues. The problem is now negatively impacting our site traffic.
I am really frustrated, and would appreciate any support the community or tagDiv can provide to me.

Could you explain which widget you’re referring to? All of the category pages are the same and have the same template applied to them. They were working properly last week, but now they aren’t and nothing has changed as far as layout. Does a missing product key affect this?
I figured out that the post templates can be changed one-by-one by editing the post, but I’m still having issues with getting the category pages to show up correctly, even though it says the template is applied to those pages.

Bettina, I apologize, you probably did not understand me
I know what a working “Add to Cart” button looks like when clicked.
As I wrote earlier, the buttons do not work in some cases.
On some template pages they work, on others they don’t. Perhaps the template is incompatible with WooCommece version 8.1.1 or perhaps something else. What advice do you have as a template developer to resolve this issue?
