I am using Romania Pro pre-built theme. There are plenty of issues which i need to clear.
1) When i am removing header and footer from 404 template. Header and footer are getting removed from whole website. How to get this solved?
2) How can i remove header image which is before the Romania News logo?
3) Is it possible to disable footer and sidebar from pages/category pages/search result page? Can i have full width pages?
4) Can’t see temperature feature in top bar?
5) Sign in/Login is not removing from website if i disable it from theme panel.
Hi Vlad,
I was trying with the plugin custom-post-type-ui and advanced custom fields to generate some generic post template for some custom post types.
As an example we would like show on the frontend an overview of different doctors offices and they should have a detail page. Every office has custom fields like opening hours, address, name of doctors, thumbnail image,…
For this I would like to build a frontend template in tagdiv to show the data on the website.
Thanks, Dennis
Hi,
If you use standard template, then on post you use sidebar widgets, this need to be set in appearance > widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/fxQWM6j.png for posts you can assign the sidebar in theme panel > template settings > blog and posts templates -> https://i.imgur.com/IToTeu8.png for pages you can set it here -> https://i.imgur.com/q5FJ6ZM.png also the pages can be edited using tagDiv Composer and set the widget element -> https://i.imgur.com/WWDld2i.png -> https://i.imgur.com/otoa7VZ.png
Thank you!
Hi RichFarina, before Newspaper v11.2 did you use single post templates from tagDiv Cloud library or standard post templates from the theme panel.
If you use standard templates, then you had in sidebar sidebar widgets, those can be find in Appearance > widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/uF1gVrU.png maybe your ads are in this zone, please check in inactive widgets.
I hope this will help you!
Hi Vlad,
This page: https://www.wandelingen.info/wandelinspiratie-new/ is made with Visual Composer. It works as you can see. But when I set this page as homepage in customizer > homepage settings, it breaks.
The actual homepage: https://www.wandelingen.info was edited in Visual Composer, but I guess it s base is in the demo ‘travel blog’, which is no longer available in the demos. So I guess this is where the WP Bakery Builder elements are?
My post template (f.e. https://www.wandelingen.info/agatha-christie-in-torquay/) is made in Visual Composer. When I uninstall the travel blog demo, the font settings change and my layout shifts. So my guess is that there still are some elements of WP Bakery Builder here as well. Is that the case?
Plugin is not installed. Travel Blog demo is installed.
Do I have to uninstall the travel blog demo to get rid of the WP Bakery Builder settings or what should I do to solve the problem?
Thanks
Hey guys, I have several thousand posts that utilize the co-author Plus plug-in already that you have already documented working with which is why I used the Newspaper theme in our new build. I’m using the default page, not the cloud template, and yet I still have no ability to see my co-author Plus authors attached to the posts. Any ideas?
I tried to turn off Sharing button in Theme Panel > Post settings, but it still appears.
When I use TagDiv Composer to edit the template, sharing buttons aren’t there. But then it’s still on the page.
And it also appears on the Footer template, no matter what which footer template I use.
Please check the ss as below: https://i.imgur.com/dJc1EGe.jpg
Thank you!
Hello,
Did you install or make the page with another page builder plugin?
Also, please check the console when you try to import a template and see if an error is showing.
Also, please do a test, let enable only tagDiv Plugins and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Thank you!
Hello,
@usmanramzan,
Please make sure that the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is active on your site because I saw you have a standard template. If it isn’t, please install and activate it.
@theflashupdate,
The footer templates do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend, the footer can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF that page can be private, but the header template has the button to edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/aFaeEdEpT
Thank you!
Hi testszerviz, I think that I know what it is the problem. You have installed the Magazine PRO demo and this has set on all posts loops an offset, on category, tags, search cloud templates. To remove it, please edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on post loop element and remove the offset number -> https://i.imgur.com/ZuMU9On.png -> https://i.imgur.com/DmMXQBa.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Dccumaa.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Is you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can achieve that by editing the single post template with tagDiv Composer and adding a test/button/image with a link to Google News.

I hope this will help you!
Hi, everybody. I’m using the default template here, and while not a total newbie to WP, I’m still far from proficient. There are some elements of that template that say things like “Fashion Week” and “BEST Smartphones” scattered throughout the page, and I have no idea how to modify those. What on earth are they?
Hi there, I can’t not import any Cloud Template into ARTIRST PRO theme.
After I choose an element to import, then click “Import Section”, there’s nothing. I think something is overlap the “Are you sure you want to import this template?” dialog.
Just the homepage has that issue, others page do not.
Please check this out.
Thank you!
Hello,
I currently have an article page template that is split into a 2/3 column and a 1/3 column on the right. I’ve made the right column sticky.
When a user scrolls down the page, it loads the next article over and over, but unfortunately when it switches to that next article, a new sticky sidebar comes up. Is there a way to keep this column sticky even when it loads the next article?
Thanks for your help!
Here is a video of my site and what I’m referring to:

Dear Support,
How to avoid the situation that the cloud templates come up in google search instead of the actual pages of the blog created with the Newspaper Theme: http://www.detektywsmaku.pl.
The first search result is this:
Home Mob – Detektyw Smakuhttps://detektywsmaku.pl › home-mob
And it takes you to the template of the mobile version on normal computer…
All the best,
Barbara
should it be possible to select the sidebar individually, on a “normal” page that has not been edited with Tagdiv?
I mean, similar to posts, there should also be a wordpress-module in the backend for pages where I can select the sidebar.
Unfortunately it doesn’t appear anymore. Even though the “Page Template Settings” checkbox still exists.
It still does apear as post-setting in the post-section.
What can I do? Is this currently a known bug?

Hi Vlad
I am using the Romania News template. For my store, I imported the Woo Shop Base Template – Shop Apocryph, as instructed in the previous message, as it would not affect my news theme, and I could customize the store according to this template and not the standard woocommerce template. Which what happened was that the store opening is according to Apocryph, however the Products, Categories and Search pages are not as presented in Apocryph. I’m using a test environment and I just need to configure the store to publish the site. For better understanding, the site is published at http://revistaesmeril.com/.
You can see what I’m trying to explain at http://revistaesmeril.com/loja/ , http://revistaesmeril.com/categoria-produto/souvenirs/ , http://revistaesmeril.com/produto/kit-camiseta-caneca / . where it can be seen that I am reporting.
Thank you and I wait
Regards
Roberto Gomes
Hello, do I see it right that you can not customize the woo product pages?
Like for example here > https://assets.prestashop2.com/sites/default/files/wysiwyg/pagina-producto-descripcion-completa_0.jpg
You can only create one product template?
Hello,
If in your top bar the name is “Standard Template” => https://www.screencast.com/t/DCmYwOYyOwDm then you can’t edit with tagDiv Composer, because is a Standard Template from tagDiv Standard Pack.
But if you have Single Post Template, then need to be displayed like this https://www.screencast.com/t/osIXYm9xam
For the comments on homepage please enable this option from Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> Page Template => https://www.screencast.com/t/izMZkco5
Please send some screenshots if you don’t mean this.
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems you use a cloud template, so you can change the font color by editing the homepage with Tagdiv Composer. For example: https://www.screencast.com/t/QZqp5vN3h3N ; https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve bee trying to set the AMP Standard Mode in my website but every time I select the option and save it, when refreshing the Template Mode sets back to Transitional Mode. I already try it by disabling all plugins with exception of tagDiv ones and still not working.
Can you help me fixing it?
I really need my website to appear as full AMP and not redirect the pages because that few seconds are causing problems to my stats in Google and I cannot make any posts to appear in Google Discover. My website is https://www.homosensual.com
Thanks a lot! =)

Hello,
I disabled all cache plugins, but now the mobile version of the page not working. Only the header and footer are shown. Is there a way to get rid of this mobile template thing and just display the desktop site with its own responsive style?
Andras
Hi Anamaria
I installed as informed, only the template of the store I intend to configure, but the only page that came was the Shop Base Page. Categories, Search and Product Page items are not available in Theme Panel>Shop>WooCommerce. I also didn’t find these individual pages for download in the cloud template. Tagdiv does not provide templates for these individual pages. Is there any other configuration or download to be done besides the store template?
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I do not know why these design problems. I do not use any other page builder other than TagDiv composer.
1. Ok. The share icons do appear. But why does it take a long time to be loaded?
2. How do I remove the divider on the row? I have removed it for mobile home page and it works well. How will I get this screen – https://www.screencast.com/t/2yMNXV4DDe to remove the divider for posts?
3. The same issue. It is fine with the mobile home page. How will I be able to do this for the posts’ template.
Thank you!
Hello!
Let me explain you which options you have:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version for your mobile version, then you should uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin which has its own templates and your responsive version will appear automatically.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
