Hello,
we have a 404 cloud template and a corresponding 404 mobile cloud template. The desktop 404 page is displayed correctly, but on the mobile 404 page the css for the header and footer is missing. How to fix?

Hi,

in the theme panel i turned off “load default fonts” for Open Sans and Roboto and turned off all their different weights.

In the font settings I changed default font for all elements (sections: General, Mobile menu, Page) to Palanquin font.

However while inspecting what is downloaded on website opening I found this:

After further inspection in the page source code I found those places where other fonts are called:

according to your comment i have installed BuddyPress on Newspaper v. 3.9.1 and the pages like activity or members are all full-width instead of the newspaper-boxed-theme width.

Hi I have the Guest Author plugin installed and it works fine when I have the author box at the bottom of the page or in the sidebar. The minute I move the Author Box to the top of the Single Post Template it defaults away from the guest authors name to our user name. Is there anyway to fix this as I’d like the authors name to appear at the top if possible?

Most of my Author Cloud Templates are displaying the incorrect header template/style. I have a particular header style set in my theme panel, but for some reason, most of my Author templates show a different style. It’s weird because when I edit the template, it shows the correct style, but the live website shows the incorrect style.

I have 3 different page templates and corresponding mobile templates that I use for posts. The issue is the same on all of them.

The issue just seemed to start for no reason and I can’t say exactly what day it started. I had 3 ads inserted in the Ads settings with the first one to start after the 5th paragraph, the second one after the 11th paragraph, and the third after the 20th paragraph.

On the desktop sites, the ads display as they should. But on mobile, it began displaying two ads at the top of the post, one after the other below the title. The ads being there kept any content other than the title from displaying above the fold.

I thought it might be a conflict between the Amp plugin, TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, and Mobile Templates. I deactivated and deleted both the Amp plugin and the Mobile Theme plugin, leaving just the mobile templates. The problem still exists.

As a test, I removed all ads from the content section. None displayed on desktop or mobile, which is as it should be.

I added one ad back in after the 11th paragraph. It worked as expected on the desktop, but displayed at the top of the content section on mobile.

I moved the ad to be after the 5th paragraph. Same result.

What’s even stranger is that even with only one ad inserted in the settings, the mobile template displays duplicate ads at the top of the post content section.

The settings won’t allow me to set different ad settings for desktop and mobile. I can insert two ads for desktop and save the settings, then go to the mobile settings for ads and remove one and save the settings. It removes the ad from desktop and mobile. That is after changing the settings for desktop and saving, then opening the mobile settings and save them. Always – change ads in either one, the other one changes, too.

No matter what settings, as long as there is at least one ad in the settings, two will display at the top of the content section on mobile.

Of course, I have cleared the caches in all browsers on mobile and desktop, cleared the cache in WP Rocket, cleared the CDN cache. The server cache refreshes every 60 seconds. None of those help the problem.

What could possibly be causing this?

We are using the latest version of your Newspaper theme, but on our front page we get a lot of slow queries from the TD Composer. It is not a problem of server optimization (dedicated) since with other templates there are no problems. We are using a pro template from the cloud templates. Is there anyway we can optimize that so that the site would run better. Also we are using WP Rocket as a cache plugin, but out TTFB is not that great.

When we run the twitter card validator for any of our posts at our site warnews247.gr we always get the following error: “WARN: No metatags found”
It also seems to work just fine for static pages like our homepage and category pages.

When we Curl a post page like “https://warnews247.gr/oi-rosoi-meta-ton-tourismo-chtypoun-kai-tis-tourkikes-metafores-den-afinoun-ta-fortiga-tous-na-epistrepsoun-stin-tourkia/” using the Twitterbot user agent string we get an error page with the wp-die-message and the following error on our webserver log:

I just bought “Newsmag – Newspaper & Magazine WordPress Theme”, installed it, try a pre-build template, all works good.

But i can’t activate my licence, when i click on “activate now”, i got an error “sorry, you’re not allow to access this page”…

Hi guys

I set the smart sidebar from control panel —> template setting.

The problem is the smart sidebar only on single post. I want the sidebar to be sticky too on homepage.

I have also tried setting it through composer using Row ===> Sticky the result so uggly not only sidebar is sticky but the content on the body also get sticky.

And I also tried using sticky on column via composer still no luck.

I’ve been working with the Mobile Theme Plugin for a few months now.
I want to deactivate this plugin now, because I don’t want to work with the Mobile Theme anymore, but with Cloud Templates.

1.) Can I just deactivate the plugin or do I need to do something before that?
2.) Can something break after deactivating? Or could it be that some pages are no longer accessible (archive, categories, etc.)?
3.) What should I check after deactivating the Mobile Theme Plugin?
