I believe you are referring to the scroll on mobile, when using the menu, using the dental studio demo.
There could be some scrolling issues on mobile only, the scroll may not stop where it is supposed to. That is on our list and we will try to optimize it in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

then will appear a window with many templates (), they have suggestive title; chose anything you like, click on it ( there you can preview to see if you really like it ),

or individual template on post, go on the post section, select the one you wish to set a different template,

You can set an image as featured, a thumbnail of it will be shown in all modules

The image will appear in the top of the post page for most templates, you can see how the predefined post templates look in the live demo (Features->Post templates)

The exceptions are post templates 5 and 12, the featured image is not shown in the posts that use these templates.

If you set an image as featured, then add the same image in the post content, it will appear twice in the post page.

1. You can use Visual composer, or the tagDiv composer. We recommend the tagDiv composer however. Our front-end builder has a considerable amount of options, elements, multi-purpose features etc.
Also in combination with the Cloud library plugin it can be used to design/import beautiful templates (for post pages, category pages etc)

All of these are not possible with Visual composer in the theme.

2. Could be the most common mistake, maybe you are not uploading the image in full size. For example as a footer background

3. Can’t say about social login, I have no information about the status or progress made in this matter. At some point it may be available.

Those footer templates are custom made -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ and all of these can be customized only through the code. Another alternative for you would be to use a Footer Page functionality. You should create a simple page and then set ut it as Footer Page from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VqdvPs7ePyv Using this functionality, notice that page can be created with TD Composer and the good part is that you can customize each element as you wish.

That icons appear in top menu, if you don’t have it activate will not appear on desktop.

In order to remove them you need to go in Newspaper > Template panel > Social Networks and from there remove them by empty the field as in example.

This is possible, now you can select different template for each Author,
in order to do that you need to add (or create ) tow Author templates and from panel select from each one individuality the template.
To be more clearly I will guide : go in Cloud Templates, click on Add New from the top of page https://www.screencast.com/t/Scp5baszj7Z
section Author select the template you want to set, click on Create Template ( you can create if you don’t like any of them by selecting the blank page )..
after you choose yours templates go on Newspaper > Theme panel > Template settings > Author template and in section “TDB individual author templates”

@crazydiver Anywhere the tagDiv composer can be used, the newsletter can be used. So that means pages, post templates, category templates, author templates etc.

Style 5 is a templates of newspaper theme, (here is all the theme templates https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ ,
unfortunately there is with max 3 columns ).
If you want to customize your footer you need to create a page and set it as your footer page
( Newspaper > Theme panel > Footer > Footer settings) .

Please notice that the sort order of the default category pages is the only setup by latest articles. Another alternative for you would be to use the Cloud Template Library and create a category page with your desired blocks which can be sorted by more options. WPBakery can still be used with the theme and it will be provided and updated, just that the new features will not be possible with it. When both composers are active there could also be issues in some cases.

There is no way to add content into the category on the existing default templates. Only by creating a new template can you ad your preferred content to the category page. You can import already made templates and then simply place the ads you want on the page without actually creating it from scratch.
