I want all users on computers and mobile see my video files – it is my statement.
For computers I made nice cloud template for posts where video goes together with text and so on before post content on the top after logo.
But then I recognized that for AMP version this block is invisible and my mobile users can not see my video.
For them I decided to upload the same video as featured video for this post, so it could appears in the top of the mobile version as well. Also I marked this post as Video post. Otherwise in mobile version thisfeatured video still invisible. But in this case the preview of this post in the main menu and in all other blocks like related articles block and home page block are as the video picture like this https://ibb.co/hPddZp but I want to make preview picture of such post as for the general post with featured image but not featured video.

This will display either the featured image or video you used.

You can use VC instead because the theme will work fine with only VC as well. You will not be able to use the cloud library plugin though. The plugin was designed to work through the tagdiv composer and not any other page builder. If you do not need td composer or the cloud library templates, you can use VC as you did before newspaper 9.

Hi,
You could use the page with title page template, the h1 will be the name of the page. If there is no h1 in teh page then the logo will be it. Some more details in these topics

If you placed the video in the template and not in the post content, then it would not appear. The AMP post page will display the post content not the template.
So if the video is in the post content it will appear in the AMP variant as well.

It is pitty that sidebar will not be displayed because I put price and other important points into sidebar.
The video is not featured – it is just simple video element made with composer in cloud template.

Yes I checked but a template is something when you want to keep it standard for all post which sometimes is not the case.
Is there a chance to see TagDiv composer fully compatible with post same like it’s for pages.
As multipurpose elements I don’t think will work for post.
So can you tell if you have plan to have something like that in future to customize the post same way we customize the pages?
As it will directly compete with Visual Composer which allows easy customization to post as well

Each theme has its own elements and design and the theme used on that site it is not ours.
So no matter what demo you import, you will not have the same layout.
I can only suggest to check our live demo and import the demo you like more. Or if you have already content on your site, just try to create your homepage using tagdiv blocks – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/

Tagdiv Composer was not designed for posts. It works on pages.

The setting was integrated with the theme panel.
As for the problem you mention, we did not encounter it, or has it been mentioned in the forum as far as I know. Do other settings in the theme panel reset as well?
Once saving in the panel, everything is saved in the database, so maybe this could be related to database problems.

I have almost 2000 products on my website. In default woocommerce template 4 products per page and per row.
Thats mean visitors needs to click 500 pages to see all products.
I made some changes in functions codes, and finally now 100 products per page, and 4 products per row. But this time I had another issue that. In some rows 1 product, in some 2 products, in some rows 4 products… In rows must be same number of products.Also products and rows are not aligned.

@simchris I didn’t know that… been using WP for about 11 years, and all the themes I’ve been installing up to this one, allowed comments on pages. This is why my site has a lot of them on some pages. Thanks for the clarification.

The comments list (previously registered) for both posts are not showing up. If I enable comment count, the right number shows up, but the list of comments is never showing up in pages, only shows up in posts. It looks like the theme was not meant to show comments in pages – if that’s the case, what’s the php template I’ve got to edit in order to add the list of comments? – thanks.
PD In the future, when the theme gets updated, I guess I’m going to loose this changes, should I create a child theme to make sure that doesn’t happen?

I’ve created a new page template for my custom post type ‘event’.
On this template, i pasted the tagdiv gallery shortcode with specific images ids as arguments. Everything works fine as each image is displayed with the {width}x420 image format of NewsPaper theme, in the gallery.
The thing is:
When an image in the tagdiv gallery is clicked, the gallery shows up as “full screen”, displaying each image with its original format, meaning if i would have uploaded 30Mb images, the tagdiv gallery in its “full screen” mode would have displayed 30Mb images.
My question is:
Is there a way to call a specific (already generated) format of image when the gallery is displayed in “full screen” mode? I would like to replace heavy original images by a compressed format.

The theme related articles section will always be at the bottom of the post page, only the comments will be below it when enabled.

Maybe modify the location of that code in the template, move it higher and see where it appears then.
Make the modification for the post template you want (Ex: post template 1 – > loop-single-1.php).
For the new cloud post templates everything in the post template can be rearranged with the tagDiv composer.
