Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
All Requirements seem to be ok and the newspaper version is 10.3
I have deactivate all plugins (except Tagdiv Composer) and cleared cache but the problem persists.
I noticed also that since the problem appeared, I’m not anymore connected on the frontoffice of the website, no more admin top bar, and when I want to comment a post, I have to fill all my infos.
If I use Classic Editor it solves the problem for posts and pages but not for templates…
Thank you for your help,
Valentin

Hi,
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png

To confirm, system requirements fall within tagDiv’s requirements:
wp: 5.4.1
php: 7.3
mysql: MariaDB 10.1.43
as of 2020.04
nginx: 1.14.1
apache: 2.4.25-3
apache modules (mod_rewrite exists as rewrite_module): https://www.screencast.com/t/gIi6gKRod
Memory I set to 128MB after deploying the server.
All plugins disapled, excepting tagDiv’s, enabled main theme from child theme, no plugin cache, reset memcached on server, cleared browser(s) cache and history, and tried again. Issue persists.
I’m using Flex Block 4.
Module Flex 1, I can adjust title length (I believe was able to adjust previously as well), however excerpt length adjustments have no effect on article content lengths.
Module Flex 4 will adjust title length (was able to adjust previously as well), excerpt length not expected, so except length adjustments displays no effect
Hi,
I suspect this problem comes from your hosting provider which might do not have enough memory and that’s why that error appears on the frontend when you try to import a demo. I suggest you consult your hosting provider and request to them to increase your system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also, if the problem persists, try to change the hosting provider to another one. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and Cpanel access so we can take a closer look at your setup configuration page.
Thank you for your understanding!

For Warning: getimagesize =>
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please enable the option in PHP.Ini as you can see here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37531149/php-getimagesize-not-working-on-external-links That allow url is 0 on your side. You can ask your host to do this. Also this is the only solution for the moment, I will ask our developers about the allow_url_fopen security risk.
The flex block 2 is look different because in that demo is use a specific class that it make that layout -> https://i.imgur.com/QQLsm9s.png td-medicine-pro-quick with out that class -> https://i.imgur.com/NK31ljo.png
Also for the edge problem, please use this custom css ->
.isEdge .tdb-title-text {
background-color: #172842!important;
}
The code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css.
Thank you for your understanding!
